On top of this, the owner or manager of the company offered to put a used processor out of his own personal computer that is several years old into our computer... And to complete my great service with this company, the screen is still broken and the cooling fans were never actually replaced, it still has the old fans inside it after taking the laptop apart myself. Do NOT go to this company, just buy a new computer... I spent $650 on this repair and could have boughten a new laptop of same version or slightly newer for just a couple hundred dollars more. Also, our repair took over two months!!! This company Sucks!

I Wish I Had Found Webformix Sooner…read more I recently moved into a new home in Bend, Oregon, and signed up with an internet company I had not heard of before: Webformix. I only wish I had known about them sooner. They ROCK. The speed and reliability of the service are the best I have ever encountered. The internet itself is excellent, but what really sets Webformix apart is the company's GREAT attitude toward service. The staff is genuinely helpful, genuinely responsive, and genuinely super kind. That may sound simple, but it is not something I have often found in Bend, Oregon.... or really anywhere else in the United States. The people at Webformix seem to actually like helping people. Their service is immediate, and effective. I have honestly never seen anything quite like it. It almost seems too good to be true. But it is true. The internet service is the best I have ever had. The company is the best internet company I have ever dealt with. And, on top of all that, the price is lower than any internet service I have had before. Webformix has beaten every internet experience I have ever had, by a mile. It is excellent. I just want to spread the word and thank the company.

Went in to add business internet today and was told no employee in the store could assist us with getting equipment today because the "business associate" wasn't in until 11? They are lucky that their coverage is better than AT&T here in central Oregon because otherwise I don't think they would have any customers. This little punk bi***ch immediately shows me a phone that has every stinking app there is on it. I assumed I could just use the phone as a phone. The guy says nothing else, I get back to my home and this new phone & I immediately notice my laptop & tablet settings had somehow changed. It changes the screen size on my laptop, turns off ad blockers I have, among other things. I took it back and tried to return it but the fat ugly manager was all smug and told me I couldn't return the phone because they wouldn't be able to resell it. Not to mention they said I would have to pay a $50 restocking fee. How does that make sense?? They can't resell it but they can take it back & restock it with another $50?? The phone had already cost $80! I tried to explain how challenging it was for me as an old man with dementia. I'm 65 & asked the manager how old she was just to illustrate how things get harder to understand when you get old. She looks at me & says, "I don't have to tell you any of my personal information". Saturday, the 17th, I had an appointment at the "Verizon" (cellular sales) store on the north side…read moreof Redmond to get my new phone. I got there, and we got started. I had an iPhone 12 Pro Max and was upgrading to the 17 Pro max...huge improvement! Mind you, my 12 was paid off. (I would hope so by now with how old it was.) I decided not to trade it in because it still works; it's just slow, and if ever I needed it, I'd have it. It was never mentioned that I had to trade it in. So, as the sales rep is transferring things over, he starts telling me that I'll have to keep my old phone activated on the account for 36 months until my new phone is paid off. It didn't sound right, but maybe because I was keeping the old phone, it made things harder, idk. He puts my old phone on a new line and gives me a new number for that device and gets my new phone set up. I then ask him directly, "So, because I'm not trading this phone in, I have to have service to it until my new phone is paid off?" "Yes, that is correct." I'm in no position to argue with someone "doing their job." I finish up at the store and go on about my day. I realized later on that he had added Verizon's device protection to both phones and the Netflix/HBO max perk even though I specifically said I don't need that and I already had a Netflix subscription. So with everything minus the taxes, I was looking at $157 a month for a brand-new phone and a burner phone I'd keep in a drawer. I vented to a few people about my experience and finally decided to call Verizon's customer support and figure out what the reason is for making me keep my old, paid-off phone activated on top of the $1600 phone I just bought. The customer service rep verbatim asked me if I was joking and said, "I'm pissed." "That's bullshit," so he knew that I got one pulled over on me and that the sales rep in the store was doing what he could to make a bonus/commission. He immediately deactivated my old phone from the account and explained everything that should have happened and what to expect with my phone bill from here on out. Just be mindful when you do go into the stores and listen to your gut because sometimes they're just as bad as car salesmen.
