    Horrible wifi. the service from them has not been extraordinarily laggy wifi :( good luck trying to perform with this wifi

Call…read moretech support, wait 45 min on hold before getting a tech support person, work with tech support for 45 min to troubleshoot, tech says nothing more he can do over the phone, so set up service appointment at tech's recommendation, availability more than a week out, schedule appointment for about 10days out, get a 4-hour window when I have to wait at home for their tech (ok, pretty standard), days later receive VM from BendBroadband telling me I need to call their tele-help number to troubleshoot over the phone first or they'll cancel my service appointment. Wha?! I call back, wait on hold for 45 min until a real person answers, make sure they understand I've already spent 45 min troubleshooting over the phone and it's their tech who told me to make a service appointment. Appointment day arrives, I wait at home for tech during the four hour window, 3 1/2 hours in I get a call: we're running an hour late. An hour and a-half later 5 two techs finally arrive. They make some adjustment, say it's all fixed, and in 30 min. they are gone. That's truly noteworthy service. Next-day update: Conducted a speed test of my high-speed BendBroadband service: 0.53 Mbps download, 5.13 Mbps upload.

    I had very high hopes when I started service with BendTel. They seemed to have solid customer…read moreservice and reasonable options for a local ISP. They even worked with me on price. Unfortunately that's before I was sold on one service, and then slipped a contract for a different service that operates at 1/10 the speed and locked into a 2 year contract. I'm a business owner, not a network engineer. A difference like that needs to be explained before just giving me a bait and switch inside of a contract. When I reached out to try and come to a resolution I was Chastised by my sales person Doug because I contacted the wrong account manager who coincidentally seemed to be the only person willing to help. After that I simply wanted to be let you of the contract I was tricked into agreeing to. Today I was informed that the cancellation cost would be over 4 thousand dollars. I'm absolutely sick to my stomach over the experience, and can't believe its happening from a local company inside of Bend.

Super professional and incredibly helpful through the whole process. It's a process, a system. But, if you work the system, it works!! You park, get in line, get on the list, told when you are going to get help and help comes!! I got a new phone for myself with Colton's help, then a few weeks later, got phones for my daughter and father and again, with Colton's help. I was easy for me, my daughter's situation was moderate, my dad was complicated. Colton didn't skip a beat and we have three new phones in our home and three happy customers. If you are up to it and are willing to work the system, their system does work. If you are impatient and crabby, I get it, but it's going to take a lot longer to resolve. So, my advice, be patient, realize that we are all in this together, that the staff is just doing their job and doing it to best of their ability with the resources available.

The Verizon website said they were in stock in the store. The guy who helped me did t know much about watches. He told me I could get it cheaper at Best Buy or Costco (except I knew more than he did, those cheaper options did not come with cellular service). Once I finally convinced him to sell me a watch, when me ordered it (none were in stock), he didn't provide me the options. Find out he ordered a S/M watch bad size when I needed a M/L. Also didn't ask which band option I wanted. Basically, the employees are zero help. It was completely ineffective to shop this store.
