They are both extremely knowledgeable and helpful and know their mattresses. If one wasn't able to answer a question, the other would help. They function as a team and work very well together and it's obvious they enjoy helping people and have a fun time with it. I have been in numerous mattress stores and never have I felt so comfortable and welcomed and the fact that they wanted to answer all of my questions and help me find the perfect mattress.
