System sucks, someone's used my card at the same register where I did my return. Only 2 minutes difference I'm still inside the store, demanded to watch the camera on the same day..I waited 2 months to do it. And keep telling me that the customer swiped his card. I asked them if he swiped his card why you charged my bank. What happened is I swiped my card for the returned, but the cashier said no need. The next customer also returned after 2 returned was the unauthorized purchased customer used card to pay for it .But I think my card still active on that same register..So I paid for his stuff...so it's the system sucks .after my transaction register supposed to be clear....told them watched the camera that I'm still inside the store..With this experienced I have no plan to go shopping at Walmart anymore... read more

Everything.First of all they do not keep everything stocked well.Secondly the people that work there are very rude.Especially the place where you return things or question a price on a item from your receipt.Their attitude towards customer service is the worst ever.Also when you use a checker instead of self check you can no longer see the price they charge for each item so their is no way to check a mistake in price until after you pay and get your receipt.Kinda sketchy if you ask me.I like to see each item ring up and what I am being charged and not have to wait till after I pay to find a mistake.Also the people in there shopping for the other people who wait to get their stuff in the parking lot have no regards for you at all.They get in your way racing around the store and bump into you at times also.I have shopped there the last ten years but never ever again.i will give my biz to another store that treats their customers with respect which Walmart employees could care less about.I mean you are not saving much money shopping there anymore anyway.Also I have noticed that their produce is of bad quality and seems to go bad a lot faster than other stores.I would give zero stars if I could. It's a Walmart, and I really don't have the same issues with Walmart as a lot of people seem to have. If I need something, Walmart probably has it. It especially helps that this one is HUGE and clean and I have found it to be well-organized every time I've been in. Their garden center seems to be lacking, but I can expand on that in the review specifically for that, though I wouldn't recommend this location if you are looking for a good garden center. There's also a McDonald's inside which is nice. Overall not a bad Walmart in my opinion. read more

Walmart Vision Center in Redmond, Oregon needs a new manager. Manager, Lisa is the worst I have ever dealt with, obnoxious, will not listen, never shuts up and allows a person to clarify or explain a situation. The sales person I dealt with was nice but there was a clarification needed with the doctor's prescription I took in. It was agreed she and I would each message my doctor to get his advice to complete the order. I left at 4:45 on Friday, called back at 10am on Saturday to see if doctor had responded. He had not, given it was a weekend and he is not in on weekend. I talked with Lisa, the manager who informed me she had cancelled the order ( order should not have been placed until doctor responded) because doctor response was not received that day. I asked if my credit card had been refunded, as I had paid in advance as required. She replied I would have to drive to the store with my receipt before the amount was refunded. This did not make sense, they had my account information and I live 30 miles away from the store. When I arrived at the store with my receipt and questioned why the order had been sent in when the needed information had not received, she stated that as soon as I made payment, it is policy to send order immediately. I responded ," If you ordered it the glasses would have been incorrect because you did not have the doctor's clarification on the prescription". She then accused me of illegally trying to change the prescription." She would not listen to my explanation, just kept running her mouth loudly, talking over me. I finally raised my voice and told her if she would just shut up and give me a chance to talk and explain, she might understand. That just made her demeanor more defiant. I had to wait 20 minutes for the transaction to refund my payment because she was so riled up she could not get the register to complete the transaction. She left to room 3 times trying to find a supervisor to come unlock the machine for her so I could get a receipt. It was bizarre!! The chicken I bought here set my BBQ on fire. They do not carry quality brands in the clothing department. Kids shoes fall apart in a week. They do not pay, train or treat their employees very well. This being said I am adding one star and updating my review due to my descovery today. I am seeing more organic options in the produce dept. A SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO CONNIE (Door Greeter) and Local REDMOND Management. Have had multiple run ins with this one particular door greeter! She has Physically tried to block my entry to the store for NO VALID REASON. She has in front of other Employees and customers. Told Mr point blank F*&K U without even saying a word to her!!!!! I have called the local store to complain they know who she is prior to even stating her name! (Multiple managers! They have stated yes I just had complaints from other customers with her as well) Yet they do nothing at all about the wonderful customer service she provides! (Only to be treated like I am wasting their time!) I have called corporate Ref# 201028-080158 I have been promised at every level they will look into this and be contacted within 3 business days! And- what is up with employees STILL parking their pallets/carts in the middle of the isles so one cannot get by?! Interesting that many of the complaints are from people returning items. What ever happened to the philosophy "if you buy it, you own it"? I love shopping at this Walmart. I've never had a bad employee experience - just sloppy pig customers. Dogs and ratty kids are the rule rather than the exception. It's not Walmart's fault that their customer base looks like a bunch of bums who got bused there from a homeless camp. I have returned 2 items and sure I had to stand in line. I tried online grocery shopping and pickup for the first time yesterday and it was amazing! Grocery shopping gives me awful anxiety. I try to combat it by going in the middle of the night so that I don't have to deal with people, but even then my trip always ends with me standing in the checkout sweaty and pale being asked if I'm okay. I hate it! Since I do most of my grocery shopping at walmart I decided to give this a try. I did all of my shopping from the comfort of my desk on one of my breaks Friday. I was able to look at the recipes I would be using in the coming week and double check that everything was in my cart. I'm pretty sure I saved money because I really couldn't impulse buy since there was nothing to distract me from what I was looking for and it was much easier to do price comparisons. Plus, because my food was all being kept cold I didn't have to plan my trip around the store to make sure that anything frozen or refrigerated went into my cart last so that it made the hour drive home. I got an email, a text, and an app notification when my groceries were done. I checked in on the app and let them know how close I was to the store. When I pulled into the parking space designated for pickup a wonderful lady was waiting for me with my items. I had already paid for them online so all she did was make small talk, we talked about our dogs, while she loaded my bags into my car. She gave me a goody bag for it being my first time and sent me on my way. I received my receipt via email shortly after. When I got home everything was there exactly how I ordered it and i never had to step foot into a store. Hands down the best grocery shopping trip of my life. I will never buy a week's worth of groceries the same way again. The whole process took minutes to complete. Even the online shopping saved time because I would have usually dedicated that time to writing my list and instead my cart was my list. It was the best! If you have anxiety about shopping or you're an impulsive shopper, or if you're a busy mom who doesn't want to drag her kids around a store, do this. You won't regret it. read more

I unfortunately live close to this walmart, and every time I shop here, they make me and my husband feel unwelcome. Usually the customer service representative at check out will just be rude, so we would use a self check out, but the thing that prompted me to actually write a review was how completely rude Billy the 'greeter' is. I shop this Walmart regularly due to good prices & it being a one stop shopping place. I'll keep shopping here because of these but a few things I hope they improve upon: 1.Do a better job keeping goods stocked. I can go in for 2, 3, 4 weeks & the same shelves are very low. 2.The switch to majority of self check stations is not appreciated. Live checkers please! This afternoon there were only 3 manned check stations with long lines when I went through. 3. Follow through with the posted no animals in store rule. I had not been in Walmart for years but decided to make a quick trip in to grab a couple things about 11pm last night. I am still having a hard time not throwing up when I think about what I saw. There was a woman in the snack section defecating diarrhea and peeing all over the floor. She was walking back and forth through it tracking it all over the place. She acted like she didn't even know she was doing it. Some employees saw it happening. Rather than asking her to leave or calling the Cops, they just allowed it to happen. I moved to another area of the store to get away from the smell. But I had the misfortune of exiting the same way she exited. She had tracked her excrement clear through the store, out the door and across the parking lot. I cannot believe that Walmart would allow this to happen. I will never EVER go into ANY Walmart again! I went to a car club meeting today and someone else was talking about it. They said that they smelled something and walked around the corner to see what it was and saw the whole thing too. Deli department mis marked some food and when we went to self checkout in which whats your options when only 2 cashiers working. Night manager waited till we were all paid and on way out to pull me and husband to a room and embarrassed us causing my anxiety to go into panic attack. Customer service employees are very rude. I tried to return something with the wrong receipt and they told me the items were past 90 days. I was very polite but she kept treating me like I was doing something wrong. I came back the next day and the greeter scammed my items and put stickers on them. My review is for ONLINE! I am so over buying from Walmart. I purchased an item 12/3 with delivery 12/9, then it changed 12/11, then 12/13, then 12/15, then 12/17, then 12/19 and now 12/26. They won't issue refund and won't give me a reason. Obviously the package is lost!!! I will wait till 30 days are over and fight it on my credit card! They just don't care. You can tell the character of a company by how they handle an issue. They just don't want to go the extra mile to find out where my package is and why it's not being delivered. I feel that those of us who go through regular check out lanes are not priority and have had to wait in longer lines than usual. I don't know what is wrong with this store. Wonderful, giant huge store with a massive selection. HUGE Food section, amazing selection and variety. But the employees look like they work in the bad end of a sewage collection plant. Scowling unhappy faces. There was one very nice looking older woman, about 72 years old checking one day, and she looked so terribly tired. I know the feeling, I've worked on my feet 14 hours a day. I was very nice to her, told her what I'd learned over the years (from nurses) about great shoes that really help. She narrowed her eyes and looked at my suspiciously, and said, "The only people that are nice to me are trying to steal something. What are you trying to steal?" Oh my God, just amazing. I've seen some employees there now for over three years, I always smile and say hello, never once has any of them smiled or been friendly at all. And this you understand is in Redmond, a place where the great majority of people are friendly and happy. This is a happy place, a very very good place. The atmosphere of the employees is unhappy. Oh and I had a problem, I bought 4 of one item along with a ton of stuff. I got home and checked the receipt, they'd charged me for 5. I went back and nicely told someone, they took the receipt and said wait. I waited. About 20 minutes later I asked what was going on? He said, "They're reviewing the tape". After 45 minutes he came back and said "I'm sorry, they decided you bought 5 of the items." He suggested I look under the car seats, etc. which I did. Of course I knew how many I'd bought. Hey, these things happen but 45 minutes to review the tape, and treat me like a criminal? 26 years as a Federal law enforcement officer, I'm not used to such treatment. We only go there when it's the best price there, and if it's close we'd rather pay a bit more than have to go there. read more
