Ineptitude at its finest. My doctor sent two prescriptions first thing this morning (around 9:30…read moream). It's 3:06 pm and they STILL don't have one of them ready. They claim they never received it from the doctor. I drove back to the doctor's office and got a hard copy only to have the doctor show me the confirmation that BOTH were sent this morning. I came back to Sisters Drug and handed the copy directly to them. After waiting in line yet again, the lady behind the counter tells me "they still haven't sent it in." Ummm...I handed it directly to you a few minutes ago!! For the love of Pete?! I know they're busy with a lot going on but how inept are they? You don't remember me handing up a piece of paper literally moments ago?! I asked if they could please rush it as I was supposed to start taking them this morning. I was told it would be at least 30+ minutes. I asked to speak with the pharmacist, a manager, someone who could actually assist me. The pharmacist comes to the counter and says he can put it to the front of the line & the receptionist says it already is. I ask, "the front of the line is still going to be 30+ minutes?" What a joke of an organization. If I had any other choice I'd run there now. Unfortunately, I don't have the means to drive to Redmond or Bend. SISTERS DRUG IS SUBPAR AT BEST. I'd give ZERO stars if I could.

I am so grateful that they are still in business if only a shadow of what they once were. They are the only pharmacy left in town and they TRY. I have driven the 20 miles to the next closest pharmacy and had the same experience there that Andie C had in Sisters, except that I was left with the choice of driving 40 miles home and back or hanging out in another town with nothing to do but wait for the pharmacists to catch up.

So many products and things to look at and check out. So much that I was a little overwhelmed at first, that I knew I had to come back to explore a little more and see what they had. I believe this store is built up of two brands, that's my guess anyway. So I went up to the woman who I assumed was the owner of the skincare products, her name was Sherry. At first she seemed nice but then I guess I scared her or something as she told me that she didn't like people exploring in her shop. At which I was a little stumbled, since I was a potential customer checking out something new. Either way, I must've intimidated her or something and I just left without finished my exploration. Not sure what to say, looks like they had some amazing products, but the customer service definitely wasn't there. I was hoping she'd give me a breakdown of her products since she made them herself, but unfortunately I was told that they don't like explorers and I made them feel uncomfortable. Maybe it was my LA Dodgers hat, who knows. Either way, it made me feel uncomfortable haha. No one has ever told me that before. But that's fine, hopefully it's just me and they're not like that to everyone. In my defense, I've been hauling my kid here weekly while she tests out different contacts for her uniquely dramatic astigmatism, so I assumed all the reminders were for her. Plot twist: they were not. They called me ten minutes after I was supposed to be there, and somehow I sweet-talked my way into being seen if I could get there in 10 minutes -- which was nothing short of a miracle given they're often booked out 4-5 months for routine exams.
