I had to return a CPAP part that was not what I had ordered. The person in the Medical Supply area was defensive and unfriendly, repeatedly telling me that the part I received was "what they normally ship." I continued to respond by telling them it was not what I had ordered. It was sorted out eventually, but I can't imagine what I did to upset them. This is my first experience with their Redmond store and it was just plain bad. read more

I gave up going to the more conveniently located Bend location because the clerk was not wearing a mask--3 months ago. I gave them a second chance recently. No deal. When I went to Redmond, clerks were masked but a customer had his hanging down to his lip. I asked him to pull it up which he, naturally, ignored. Having a sign on the door that says masks required means next to nothing. Means I can just carry it in. Medically fragile people are not protected here. I was told that they cannot enforce their own "requirement". Disgraceful. read more

I don't genera leave negative reviews but I want to leave this so people know to press more when they say stuff isn't covered by insurance! My OB has sent 3 prescriptions to Norco and every time they call me saying it's not covered by my health insurance. I know that medical gear is covered by my insurance so each time I've confirmed after with my insurance that it is in fact covered. I recently I wouldn't have known to question people when they say stuff isn't covered and I would just go ahead and pay out of pocket. It's happened enough times that I don't think they even bother checking my coverage, so be sure to verify with your insurance yourself! read more

I sat through a very thorough class with Brian Kostrba. He is amazing and a wealth of knowledge and really knows what he is talking about. Glad he is my RRT. He still follows up to see how everything is working and I couldn't be happier with the service I have received from Brian at Norco South in Redmond. If you have completed a sleep study, do yourself a favor and request Brian for your class, you will get the complete information about what to expect and things to look for once you start using your machine. I had sat through a class at this location before close to 10 years ago for my Dad's CPAP machine and the difference in information is night and day, Brian has really come in and made a huge difference. I have severe sleep apnea and since getting my machine I have been sleeping like a baby, I still wake up from time to time but that is because my wife changes my pillow daily and she typically gives me the softer pillows and I sink into them. I ordered replacement nose pieces through Norco. Unfortunately, I got the wrong kind, so I called their main number and asked for ones that have small holes in the nose piece for breathing. The woman told me she would have them ready for me to pick up at Norco Redmond the next day. When I got there, the customer service rep said she had no record of my order and didn't have the nose cushion in stock. Then she went on to tell me I had the right ones as those were issued to me in January. Well, apparently they didn't update their system to show I returned the wrong ones in January and got the correct kind. She kept insisting that I had the right ones and that these were an "upgrade." I got angry and said, "No, these are a downgrade as I cannot breathe with them." I gave her the bad ones and ended up ordering the correct kind via Amazon and having to pay out of pocket instead of it being billed thru Medicare. Norco needs a better computer system, and better training for their customer service reps! read more

Very poor customer service at the Redmond location. Have been there several times over the last few weeks. Not enough counter personnel. Took over 2 weeks to get a walker for my husband. Have to wait at least 20 minutes to be helped. read more

I am Terry and on October 23rd of 2018 I had Brian go over my cpap machine with me. He was outstanding with informing how to use the machine and what to do and not to do to the machine. I went home with complete knowledge on how to use the machine and was stress free when I put it on the first time because of Brians knowledge and his good teaching. Annoyed by an unnecessary 3 hour talk by Brian Kostrba, a RT, to describe the cpap machine; only the actual 15 minute demonstration was useful. Waste of time, plus no warning ahead of time that his talk would take 3 hours. Also, he wasn't helpful to a client's question plus didn't offer to assist her when she had trouble with the cpap reservoir. Then, unbelievably, he asked us 3 times for this 5-star rating! His stack of papers for us to sign included a secondary medical release allowing him to use our personal medical info in his presentations. ( I saw it but never got a copy of it.) RTs were NOT available afterwards, DID NOT return phone calls (even the doctor's office knows this), there is NO help from Norco for adjustments. Norco is overpriced, disappointing, basically all talk and no follow-through. After persistent requests, I was unable to get a simple adjustment to my machine. After months of trying, I ran out of time to use it (on my insurance), and my sleep apnea is still untreated. From my viewpoint, that's a very serious complaint about an equipment provider. read more
