My 88 year old father is no longer mobile & couldn't bring his scooter on the small plane we booked to get there. Lisa & Dan helped arrange the PERFECT ride for him to go down the aisle with. When we arrived at the shop, Dylan was extremely helpful. He literally became our ANGEL of MERCY when my Father became a bit agitated. After the flight & missing lunch, anxiety was HIGH for all of us. To help calm my Dad down, Dylan very patiently & calmly took the time to show us how the scooter worked & how to assemble & disassemble for transportation. He made sure my Father felt comfortable operating it & even let him take a test ride through the store before we went on our way. He offered his help with any other needs we might have while visiting Bend, including shower chairs or ramp rentals we might require for the wedding. I did business with them a couple years ago also, and it was also stunningly bad. In this case I was helping out a relative who was too sick to deal with it.
