Although it was a bit frustrating that they don't answer their phones, it's understandable because…read moreof how shortstaffed they are. That being said, I am tremendously grateful for the work they're doing in the Pharmacy as well as the floor staff.. they always greet you when you walk in and Bob is my particular favorite. They have a reasonable selection of wine, And regular discounted items. Good energy a good environment. I would recommend this particular Rite Aid over other Rite Aid in Central Oregon.

This review is solely for the pharmacy department. I had just visited an urgent care facility…read moresuffering from a high fever and bronchitis. I was given a variety of prescriptions and advised to get them filled at Rite Aid, the nearest pharmacy. We were traveling a fair distance and admittedly were under a tight time frame because of a narrow check in window at our hotel. We asked how long it would take. We were told 45 minutes. Considering it was Saturday I understood it would take some time. My husband and I went to a sit down lunch and the grocery store for provisions for the road. It took a little more than an hour. We asked the pharmacy if they were finished. She said it would take several more minutes. Ten minutes later, they still weren't finished. We then said we would take what they had. We the. Learned that none of them had been filled after an hour and twenty minutes in that time they had printed two labels and had not pulled the corresponding medications. Let's be clear. I don't fault the pharmacy for our travel arrangements. I do, however, fault them for not providing an accurate assessment of when things would be finished. If we had known that it would take upwards of twice of what they told us (potentially more), we would have gone elsewhere.
