Hauling all my stuff to purchase the full length of store I find at the self ck out area open but three , yes I said 3 checkers are open next to self ck out. I inquired why not have a couple at the other end of store so don't have to haul everything to the other end where there is a self ck out and 3 checkers??? then parked at other end to haul them back. No comments. Aside from that yesterday looking for painting tools, which of coarse is not where it use to be I asked two walmart employees where moved to and the replies: NO ENGLISH. I found and had about a 3 ft area for everything. No products at all. Inquired with a gal in area and She said : Got to order on line, we are like Amazon. This is all we carry. So I spend expensive gas coming from Sunriver area only to be told to order on line and also have to pay shipping. WHY BOTHER WITH WALMART. Proceeded to produce and pretty much empty and what was there was almost rotted...Have shopped 7 yrs there and NO MORE. EVERYTHING HAS MOVED, NO DIRECTORY OR ASSISTANCE FROM THEIR "stocking personnel, or better yet one time prior finally found someone to ask and couldn't help me as he was 'GOING ON LUNCH". ABSOLUTLY TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT WITH THE CUTTING EVERYTHING BACK AND NO SERVICES. DONE WITH WALMART AND WILL SHOP ELSEWHERE. THEY DON'T GIVE A SH_T.

They told me that my prescriptions are at their distribution center. The she said they could fill in store. I told them I have shopping to do at the store and I'll come back when I'm done. I came back and waited at the side line (limbo) for 45 minutes!!!!!! Their is hell on earth . Find another pharmacy.

They're doing SO many other things than just "grabbing" your meds... Me & my husband have been using this pharmacy for years! The staff are so helpful & kind! the pharmacists are thorough & knowledgeable (particularly Julie - she is absolutely incredible)!! The technicians are welcoming & also very helpful (HUGE shoutout to Sue - she's always so genuinely sweet). I'm quite confident that the majority of negative reviews are authored by those who've either never worked in a pharmacy or have failed to recognize the damaging effects of COVID-19 on staffing/logistics/etc. The pharmacy staff are juggling an unbelievable amount of varying tasks, while then having to try & de-escalate inconsiderate & impatient customers!! Try & take a deep breathe, put on a smile & thank them for everything they do!

This review is solely for the pharmacy department. I had just visited an urgent care facility…read moresuffering from a high fever and bronchitis. I was given a variety of prescriptions and advised to get them filled at Rite Aid, the nearest pharmacy. We were traveling a fair distance and admittedly were under a tight time frame because of a narrow check in window at our hotel. We asked how long it would take. We were told 45 minutes. Considering it was Saturday I understood it would take some time. My husband and I went to a sit down lunch and the grocery store for provisions for the road. It took a little more than an hour. We asked the pharmacy if they were finished. She said it would take several more minutes. Ten minutes later, they still weren't finished. We then said we would take what they had. We the. Learned that none of them had been filled after an hour and twenty minutes in that time they had printed two labels and had not pulled the corresponding medications. Let's be clear. I don't fault the pharmacy for our travel arrangements. I do, however, fault them for not providing an accurate assessment of when things would be finished. If we had known that it would take upwards of twice of what they told us (potentially more), we would have gone elsewhere.

The Safeway pharmacy person admitted they rarely answer their phone. He also said the equivalent of "we're about to go on break, we'll get around to it whenever we get around to it." My pharmacist told me she'd never talked to or heard of anything this bad. This was a four hour ordeal for an extremely time sensitive medicine. This place is the worst. I did business with them a couple years ago also, and it was also stunningly bad. In this case I was helping out a relative who was too sick to deal with it. In the end, the relative went back to the ER and got the medicine there. Wow.

Rude to my doctor when she called the prescription in again, and then admitted it was in the voicemail but they didn't listen to it. Rude assistants and pharmacists that apparently don't think voicemails should be checked. Then after they have my prescription at the register make me wait until the entire line that formed (after I waited in line twice because they didn't do their job) was cleared before they called me up. Horrible experience. I'm really glad that they are not my regular pharmacy.
