I've been calling the store all day nobody answered the phone go in they told me I stole never stolen anything in my life

After numerous times lately at Walmart I don't even give them a single star. First: after a long day I stopped to po//u garden supplies and after getting went to check out and was furious. I spoke with the cashier with no comments back. Hauling all my stuff to purchase the full length of store I find at the self ck out area open but three , yes I said 3 checkers are open next to self ck out. I inquired why not have a couple at the other end of store so don't have to haul everything to the other end where there is a self ck out and 3 checkers??? then parked at other end to haul them back. No comments. Aside from that yesterday looking for painting tools, which of coarse is not where it use to be I asked two walmart employees where moved to and the replies: NO ENGLISH. I found and had about a 3 ft area for everything. No products at all. Inquired with a gal in area and She said : Got to order on line, we are like Amazon. This is all we carry. So I spend expensive gas coming from Sunriver area only to be told to order on line and also have to pay shipping. WHY BOTHER WITH WALMART. Proceeded to produce and pretty much empty and what was there was almost rotted...Have shopped 7 yrs there and NO MORE. EVERYTHING HAS MOVED, NO DIRECTORY OR ASSISTANCE FROM THEIR "stocking personnel, or better yet one time prior finally found someone to ask and couldn't help me as he was 'GOING ON LUNCH". ABSOLUTLY TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT WITH THE CUTTING EVERYTHING BACK AND NO SERVICES. DONE WITH WALMART AND WILL SHOP ELSEWHERE. THEY DON'T GIVE A SH_T. read more

The first time I went to this store, I ordered online pickup. They made me come inside to pick it up because it was a little rainy. First red flag. Needed a usb today, $130 purchase would have been. My significant other went in for me and said 3 secret shoppers followed him around but no employees around to help with anything in electronics! He left, we will never return to any Walmart ever. It's been a couple years of us deciding because it's always so chaotic and the easiest thing is difficult for them... and the secret shoppers are inhumane. This store locks up so much, they do not support the people. It's so dumb, can't pick up can't get it inside. Hire more people to watch people shop, no one to help in real life with a uniform on. Don't forget the frequency. I don't foresee Walmart being the way once boomers pass on. read more

Former Walmart Delivery Driver -- Unresolved Assault & Unfair Treatment I worked as a delivery driver for Walmart Store #2075 for over three and a half years. During a routine pickup, I was involved in a minor fender bender in the parking lot. While retrieving my belongings, a cart attendant picked up a piece of my vehicle's fender that had fallen off and approached me in a hostile manner. Despite my calm response, he refused to return the part and, in the process, injured me. I reported the incident to the Bend Police Department and expressed my desire to press charges, but no action was taken. A month later, I returned to the store on my own time to shop for personal items. After completing my purchase and leaving the premises, I was stopped two blocks away by bend police department and informed that I had been trespassed from Walmart stores without any prior notification or documentation. Police had to do some digging only to find that a trespass issue was never acknowledged in reports. They then contacted management of Walmart to try to clarify, and it was discovered that only now they wanted me trespassed. I have the video of the police telling me that Walmart wanted me arrested. I shopped for over an hour and not one store employee, nor manager approached me directly. This is all very shady.. Despite my long service record, Walmart has never compensated me for the injury as promised by their internal ethics team. I was assured by their ethics team that the situation would be addressed, but nothing has been resolved to this day. As a long standing delivery driver for over 3.5 years this kind of treatment is unacceptable. In my experience, this situation reflects poorly not only on Walmart Store #2075 but also on how such incidents are handled locally. I want others to be aware of how my case was managed--assault ignored, promises broken, and ultimately an unjust trespass order issued without proper communication. read more

Everyone is oblivious to there saroundings. The store is not set up for convenience its ridiculous having to go from one side all the way to the other just for 1 item that should be near the grocerys . Small spaces to not navigate through. Rich people are the worst here like thay forgot that poor people exist and have to go to Walmart. And the poor people are bullies thinking thay are better then everyone. read more

This is the most pathetic store I've ever been in. They have like 92-year-old women and men employed here that can hardly move much less think they are rude and hateful and this is a horrible place to shop. They don't know where anything is and going thru a check out is like getting a bill they Congress! I think you get the picture!!! One guy in sporting goods, Mac, seemed to be knowledgeable but literally no one else. I avoided coming here for almost a year because I knew there would be a ton of anti-maskers. It's true yes, even when mandates are up, but what can we do? Just make sure you've protected your own self. Anyway, I give Wal-Mart a good rating because they are much better stocked than my preferred store Target. Also they have a larger selection of items, bigger grocery section, and of course better prices. It's your typical Wal-Mart. Those wearing their PJs are most likely the ones not wearing a mask, if you know what I mean. Also, the pharmacy is great. I was able to get a flu shot as a walk-in and it was a quick process. Huge waste of time!! After spending time getting my order I put for delivery and choosing 7-9 am for delivery the next day so there wouldn't be any delays, at 10 am receive a message that they are delayed. The message said they were still shopping my order so I tried to be patient. After waiting at the house all morning at NOON (3 hours after my 2 hour delivery window) I call and find out that the 3rd party delivery people had trouble with their own system (not my credit card) and couldn't check out and cancelled order (3 hours prior!). No one notified us, Walmart couldn't fix it and I had nothing for 26 people at my house for lunch. Never again. Total waste of time!! read more

It's a typical Walmart Supercenter. Great selection of groceries and household essentials all in one place. The parking lot had a number of RV travelers and big-rigs parked early in the morning and we saw very few cars with people sleeping/ living in them this time. Because it was early on a weekday or maybe they cleaned up the place a bit, it felt less sketchy this time around. Inside was busy for the morning time and like most stores nowadays there are some items very low or out of stock but all the essentials are available. Nice big market area was fully stocked. Lots of cashiers and self checkouts available. Masks required to shop. read more

Bought two floaties we didn't end up needing so we came back today to make a return and we're advised only one person in the whole store could process the return and that person was out to lunch and wouldn't be back for an hour. We confirmed that with the store manager. That's not what earned the store a 1 star review. We came back later and made the return. What really got us upset was when a 90 year old Disabled Korean War veteran asked an associate to get him an electric grocery scooter and was refused assistance. That's just wrong on every level imaginable. Shame on you Bend Wal-Mart. Find another place to shop. Thankfully my husband helped the gentleman with what he needed. We wont be going back. read more

One of the worst Walmart's I've ever been to, yet unfortunately I have to keep returning because it's the least expensive place to get groceries and household items. They are constantly out of stock on large sections of freezer. It's not uncommon for shelves to be bare. And this isn't just in the winter when there are trouble with trucks, this is also in the summer when there are lots of tourists. Whoever does the ordering for this store needs to order two or three times as much as they do. I will find something I like, a brand or particular item, and I can never count on it being there in two weeks. This goes from shampoo to sour cream. If you like a certain kind, don't count on it being there. So much stuff is out of stock that it's ridiculous. Every time there is a holiday it's like an apocalypse happened; anything relating to that holiday will be completely wiped out. After forth of July there were no paper plates, even though it was two days later. There were no plastic knives, and I had to buy mini solo cups because they were out of the large ones. Meat is always dodgy too. I like their salmon, but it's out if I try to buy any later in the day, and their beef and chicken is usually good, but they also run out of that frequently, leaving only the more expensive cuts. And let's talk about the parking. I'm disabled and I almost never can find a space. I've had to park out in the far far parking lot because there's nowhere near the front. This is most of the time, and I go to this Wal-Mart consistently. They also never have motorized carts available, which is difficult if you have trouble walking far. They're checkout lines are also insane. Expect to wait a long time. The only good thing I can say about this Wal-Mart is that the employees are usually nice. They have helped me find things and the checkers are usually friendly. I just wish this store wasn't so horribly stocked and disorganized. read more

Very rude employees. I refuse to show my receipt, because why should I have to? I am on camera pretty much the entire time I am in the store, unless I am in the restroom or fitting room. They want to make sure I paid for my items, then watch the cameras. But it is absolutely unacceptable to have snide comments made to me about it from the employees. Since when did it become acceptable for employees to speak to customers any way they choose? And when you attempt to call and speak with a manager about the issues, you're on hold for at least 10 minutes. I remember now why I don't shop there very often anymore. read more

It's been 6 years since I reviewed this Walmart. Back then I found it just OK and gave it 3 stars. The big one in Richmond was far bigger and better taken care of back then. Since then they have expanded the place in Bend and have far more products. It's a cleaner store now and all though it will come as a surprise to everyone that likes to make fun of Wally World the one here in Bend had done a better job by far with masks and general safety than many of the other "more desirable" grocery stores around town (I'm talkin' 'bout you Fred Meyers). I'm updating my review to 5 stars and I should have done it earlier. They are doing a very good job during these difficult times. Get there early and you'll be in and out fairly quickly. read more

I am so pleased with this store. I asked Kirsten, the Supervisor for some help in getting pillows for a project for the elderly for Christmas. She was so accommodating and the best ever to work with. She had someone assist me with 20 pillows to the car and was the sweetest ever. I'm so happy that she took time in helping me and was so generous with her time. read more

Attention adults: If you want to buy alcohol, expect your kids to get carded too! I'm 17 and my dad will buy beer when we go shopping and they always ask for my ID even though we come here all the time. My dad will usually just say "she's my daughter" and they will look at us all suspicious and be rude. It's not fun to be treated like a criminal when you're just there to buy groceries. Also the store is super unorganized and messy and I asked where a certain aisle was and the employee didn't even know. One time I was buying hair dye at self checkout and one of the employees came up to me and ranted about how people act like "sheep" and dye their hair based on what's trendy. I was like..okay? On the positive side, it's convenient and cheap and open 24/7. I've also encountered some nice staff. read more

If this place was bad before, it is much worse now. Shelves are empty. Where there are items, there's no price tag. Unable to find a worker to assist me, even after walking all over the store. Stood in the only open checkout line for 25 minutes and still didn't get my situation rectified. No manager would answer the help call of the cashier either. Every worker moves at a snail's pace and no one is concerned about your wasted time or negative experience in the store. There is zero attempt to respect the customer. The store itself seemed nice enough. We just wandered while our tire was getting fixed down the street. My brother ended up getting something. At check out the cashier coughed into her hand then grabbed the box my brother was purchasing, with said hand. Disgusting! I live in California and as a truck driver, I come to oregon often and plan to move here...I stop at Walmart to buy food and supplies as truck stop food is not the best for me..everywhere I go in oregon the people are so damn nice. .until I stopped at bend walmart. .I thought I was in the ghetto of l.a people wise!..I tried to park where the trucks offload and I got the most angrier man come out and treat me with hate..I spend a average of $ 100.oo each visit. The store is humongous and has a modern looking McDonald's inside. The store apparently has a theft problem because there were signs around the store telling you how much of a bad idea it is to steal and how they WILL apprehend you. Made the mistake of going to this store and was treated worse than I have ever been treated before. The mentally challenged checker was wearing a cape which should have been a red flag. After ringing up all of our stuff, he began a conversation with the lady behind us, completely ignoring us as customers. Then when we got to our rig to unload everything into our cooler we realized that the checker stole our stuff. I quickly went back into the store and he was gone, as was our stuff. I asked for help and only got grief instead. This big fat assistant manger came out and had an attitude right from the go. He had the audacity to tell me we left our stuff behind. Who was wearing a cape? Who disappeared after the transaction? These employees are thieves and we will never return to this horrible store EVER again!!!! read more

I want to be clear that this review is in regards to the grocery side only. Oh boy. Walmart has tried to reinvent the grocery store and has failed miserably. Seriously Walmart? Who was the merchandising mastermind that said, "Hey, let's try to sell produce and fresh meat; but instead of seeing how grocery stores do it we'll just figure it out on our own..." Result: Terrible produce and questionable meat. So here's the story. We decided to go camping over the weekend. Walmart was a convenient stop and the prices are usually pretty darn good. However, we quickly figured out their prices are good on things not found in a grocery store. My goodness. Produce was NOT fresh and I've seen better produce prices at gas stations (slight over exaggeration) - meat was terrible. Terrible selection and it wasn't until the next morning that I was cooking breakfast that I realized the breakfast sausage I purchased just didn't look right... Well, I was camping and committed! I so wanted to buy steaks but just couldn't do it - prices were way high for the quality I was looking at... A nearby grocery store had same price but far better looking steaks - which by the way is where I landed up purchasing most our meat. Seriously Walmart, have you seen a grocery store meat department compared to yours? As for produce, we did purchase our produce at Walmart. That was a bad idea. Nearly half our potatoes were bad. I've never had that happen before... But then again, I usually shop at a grocery store. Walmart is great for non-perishables. Need batteries - go to Walmart. Need underwear - go to Walmart. Need Aspirin - go to Walmart. Need Charcoal - go to Walmart. Need Lettuce - Go to a grocery store not named Walmart Supercenter. if you want to experience people with sticks up their asses then you found just the perfect place!!! my friend has a broken ankle, just got her cast removed, and the employees didn't know and kicked her out of the cart and then kicked her ankle saying "see? it's not broken!" she's only 7 years old, i don't know what kind of despicable behavior i just experienced, but for claiming to have great customer service they sure did a shit job and i will be taking my business over to target, not impressed. read more

Not even worth 1 star, but nevertheless here is my review. First off the employees had basically made my few days working there, a living hell. I was in the apparel department, the largest in the store it seems. I was told to do everything that the other employees were supposed to be doing. I was tired at the end of my first day on the floor while they all hung out at the dressing room on their cell phones and talking bad about everyone I knew and them some who worked there at the time. Needless to say I quit but the reason for doing so was injury in my leg that had happened during my work. Not too long after, my fiancé was fired because of the frozen department manager and his friends who did not like him. I had heard they claimed they saw him sleeping in a back room, when in actuality he wasn't in there more than a moment to take care of some work. They had done no investigation or even asked if it were true or not. I know their policy and it said that there would be an investigation before termination. Luckily he moved on to a better job a week or so later. Finally, the store as a customer perspective. As with all walmart stores the check out was very minimal, only a few open when they could open more. The employees who work there are rather lazy about showing you to an item even if they were doing nothing. They will point and expect you to find it yourself. The quality of some products are poor... but the ones that are name brand are fine. I shop there still but do not expect any help to be given. I just get my things and leave, end of story. read more
