Convenient American Lane location East side Bend has parking lot and ADA parking near door. Light years ahead of other providers in Bend like Norco and Advanced Mobility which we have used across years. Plus Bellvue delivers and we chose that service for a transport wheelchair for my mom this week who is receiving home hospice care. We also picked up a walker for my dad. Unprofessional. They have a one woman show. She is their only employee who personally visits with those people who NEED wheelchairs. I capitalize need because it seems she thinks she's doing a grand favor to those of us who are disabled simply by doing her job. No amount of gratitude is ever enough for her even when the bare minimum is being done. If she gets it wrong (and they got it very very wrong ) instead of listening to the doctors and the wheelchair clinicians when they try to make corrections for the patient she is unprofessional and plays "damsel in distress "to her superiors and you will be out of a chair even when you can't walk. Even if you wait an entire year for them to get the right parts if they haven't gotten it right she'll make sure YOU suffer ; you'll be given an ultimatum to keep the chair as it is (even if it's completely dysfunctional )or send it back She's heartless. She will say demeaning things when no one else is listening. Best to stay away from them altogether ;they are liars they don't keep their promises and their hearts aren't connected to their pocketbooks. If there are people in the organization who want to run it ethically they should thoroughly look into her deceitful manipulative and heartless behavior. Being on a power trip with those who are suffering and vulnerable positions is repulsive and unforgivable. In this town the wheelchair vendors have an ego problem. They all act as though we are lucky to have something that we have no choice in. Some people in dire situations with illnesses can become angry or upset with the Wheelchair vendors and even those people deserve proper care. What I find the most interesting is if you are a client who is patient and kind and respectful they will surely take the opportunity to stomp on you should they have the opportunity. Any complaint about the equipment even if it is not being distributed per prescription is taken personally no matter how kindly the information is delivered. Again they seem to think they are doing a grand favor and that the patient works for them. They seem to get off on saying no when something imperative for one's survival as requested. Their behavior is despicable and ethically criminal. All this woman had to do was follow through on the doctors prescription. However when it got too hard for her she simply quit. So easy for her to walk away. read more

I needed a c-pap/bi papmachine and had an amazing experience with our new to Bend provider, Bellevue Healthcare, on American lane in Bend. The doctor's orders were faxed to Bellevue and within 2 days, my insurance coverage had been verified. I was given a same day appointment with their respiratory therapist, ANN-MARIE, who has years of experience in sleep therapies. She fitted me for a mask, instructed me on my new equipment, and I even walked out with her cell number in case I had questions! Previously, I had an experience with another local company which was vastly different. It took 2 weeks to get an appointment, they fitted me incorrectly and were rude when I complained the mask did not fit well! I encourage you to go to Bellevue Healthcare. They are very professional and they focus 100% on their customers. I am happy they are now available in Bend! read more
