Cyndi couldn't answer basic questions about how much the device would cost me initially or what it would cost me monthly and said I would have to call my insurance. I have had a CPAP before and multiple experiences with DMEs who will absolutely provide an estimated cost out of pocket. Unhelpful at best. Then she mentioned a "modem fee". ResMed does not charge a modem fee. The fee they are talking about is a 15/user licensing fee for the AirView software (their responsibility) that they are lying about and passing on to their customers at 30 dollars as a "modem fee" "to get the data". Just say it's a startup charge that applies to all customers. Don't lie. I called back and got their "director" I think his name was Joe, who continued to lie about this mysterious "modem fee". All ResMed devices with cellular work out of the box. If you are in network, you are contractually obligated to NOT bill your customers for ResMed AirView software licensing fees.

My 88 year old father is no longer mobile & couldn't bring his scooter on the small plane we booked to get there. Lisa & Dan helped arrange the PERFECT ride for him to go down the aisle with. When we arrived at the shop, Dylan was extremely helpful. He literally became our ANGEL of MERCY when my Father became a bit agitated. After the flight & missing lunch, anxiety was HIGH for all of us. To help calm my Dad down, Dylan very patiently & calmly took the time to show us how the scooter worked & how to assemble & disassemble for transportation. He made sure my Father felt comfortable operating it & even let him take a test ride through the store before we went on our way. He offered his help with any other needs we might have while visiting Bend, including shower chairs or ramp rentals we might require for the wedding. Bottom line is Advanced Mobility of Bend & DYLAN ROCKS!!!! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH for coming alongside our family to make our bride's dreams come true. First I had to call and ask a question of the pharmacist. After 20 minutes nobody picked up the…read morephone. Then I called the Walgreens manager to get a hold of a pharmacist for me. I waited for 15 minutes, they never picked up the phone. Once I got there one of my prescriptions was transferred to another store by the pharmacist. He said it would be ready that night. He said it would be a 20 minute drive. That was OK. I needed it. The next day I drove to get my medicine it had not been transferred. All they had for me after all this driving and waiting is a simple "sorry". Well, sorry doesn't cut it. I like Walgreens, but this one has terrible customer service. What a waste of an hour and a half of my life.
