Even the meat department the prices are very good and the grocery items also. They also have a Department store & Electronic and Jewelry department inside. They claim they never received it from the doctor. I drove back to the doctor's office and got a hard copy only to have the doctor show me the confirmation that BOTH were sent this morning. I came back to Sisters Drug and handed the copy directly to them. After waiting in line yet again, the lady behind the counter tells me "they still haven't sent it in." Ummm...I handed it directly to you a few minutes ago!! For the love of Pete?! I know they're busy with a lot going on but how inept are they? You don't remember me handing up a piece of paper literally moments ago?! I asked if they could please rush it as I was supposed to start taking them this morning. I was told it would be at least 30+ minutes. I asked to speak with the pharmacist, a manager, someone who could actually assist me. The pharmacist comes to the counter and says he can put it to the front of the line & the receptionist says it already is. I ask, "the front of the line is still going to be 30+ minutes?" What a joke of an organization. If I had any other choice I'd run there now. Unfortunately, I don't have the means to drive to Redmond or Bend. SISTERS DRUG IS SUBPAR AT BEST. Clearly they don't have the resources nowadays to comment on mean reviews or to modernize their computer system. I am so grateful that they are still in business if only a shadow of what they once were. They are the only pharmacy left in town and they TRY. I have driven the 20 miles to the next closest pharmacy and had the same experience there that Andie C had in Sisters, except that I was left with the choice of driving 40 miles home and back or hanging out in another town with nothing to do but wait for the pharmacists to catch up.

First I had to call and ask a question of the pharmacist. After 20 minutes nobody picked up the…read morephone. Then I called the Walgreens manager to get a hold of a pharmacist for me. I waited for 15 minutes, they never picked up the phone. Once I got there one of my prescriptions was transferred to another store by the pharmacist. He said it would be ready that night. He said it would be a 20 minute drive. That was OK. I needed it. The next day I drove to get my medicine it had not been transferred. All they had for me after all this driving and waiting is a simple "sorry". Well, sorry doesn't cut it. I like Walgreens, but this one has terrible customer service. What a waste of an hour and a half of my life.
