I tell her I have a pickup and she just says what size. I tell her my name and that it's an online order, thinking she'll look it up, and she just asks what size again--more rudely this time. I tell her I have two 5X7 items and she asks my name again, guess she couldn't focus on anything until she knew the size. She hands me the photo envelop, saying nothing, and I notice there is no printed label and the handwritten price is wrong from what my online total was. I let her know and she just says the printer isn't working. Okay so she couldn't look up the order and get the correct price??? I show her the email confirmation and she writes a new price, again seeming annoyed at having to do her job. When I go to the counter to check out, the nicer lady there says, oh no, there's no label. I let her know the situation relayed by the other gal and this lady says something like, she should know better and I reply, well she's not very helpful. The lady just says, yeah she needs to work on her customer service. So this is a known issue? I know it's hard to find help these days, I guess you can't expect it to be good help. This Walgreens is decent 2 out of 5 times I go, thus the two stars. It's not the first time I've gotten lackluster service, but there are some good customer service associates there at times.

Even the meat department the prices are very good and the grocery items also. They also have a Department store & Electronic and Jewelry department inside. The restrooms located in the middle front of the store which are very clean. Large parking lots.

I've been coming to this Fred Meyer in Redmond at all hours of the day (and night) for years because it's close to home, but I keep coming back because the staff are consistently helpful, patient, and kind. Whether I'm asking where something is, looking for a substitute, or doing the classic "I know this was here yesterday" aisle stare, someone is always willing to help. The produce is generally fresh, and while the occasional item is out of stock, that feels pretty normal--especially around busy times. I also want to give a shout-out to a front-end manager named Gio. Just this week, I made a totally my-fault mistake at checkout involving cash back, and Gio handled it immediately with calm, professional kindness. It was a small moment that really captured the level of customer service I've come to expect here. Clearly they don't have the resources nowadays to comment on mean reviews or to modernize their computer system. I am so grateful that they are still in business if only a shadow of what they once were. They are the only pharmacy left in town and they TRY. I have driven the 20 miles to the next closest pharmacy and had the same experience there that Andie C had in Sisters, except that I was left with the choice of driving 40 miles home and back or hanging out in another town with nothing to do but wait for the pharmacists to catch up.

You don't remember me handing up a piece of paper literally moments ago?! I asked if they could please rush it as I was supposed to start taking them this morning. I was told it would be at least 30+ minutes. I asked to speak with the pharmacist, a manager, someone who could actually assist me. The pharmacist comes to the counter and says he can put it to the front of the line & the receptionist says it already is. I ask, "the front of the line is still going to be 30+ minutes?" What a joke of an organization. If I had any other choice I'd run there now. Unfortunately, I don't have the means to drive to Redmond or Bend. SISTERS DRUG IS SUBPAR AT BEST. I waited for 15 minutes, they never picked up the phone. Once I got there one of my prescriptions was transferred to another store by the pharmacist. He said it would be ready that night. He said it would be a 20 minute drive. That was OK. I needed it. The next day I drove to get my medicine it had not been transferred. All they had for me after all this driving and waiting is a simple "sorry". Well, sorry doesn't cut it. I like Walgreens, but this one has terrible customer service. What a waste of an hour and a half of my life.
