Frozen Dungeness crab they had on sale for $ 6.99 lbs in Hawaii on sale is $17.99 per pound. Banana's .55 per pound and they carry a wide variety of produce items and Fresh and Frozen Seafoods. Even the meat department the prices are very good and the grocery items also. They also have a Department store & Electronic and Jewelry department inside. I've been coming to this Fred Meyer in Redmond at all hours of the day (and night) for years because it's close to home, but I keep coming back because the staff are consistently helpful, patient, and kind. Whether I'm asking where something is, looking for a substitute, or doing the classic "I know this was here yesterday" aisle stare, someone is always willing to help. The produce is generally fresh, and while the occasional item is out of stock, that feels pretty normal--especially around busy times. I also want to give a shout-out to a front-end manager named Gio. Just this week, I made a totally my-fault mistake at checkout involving cash back, and Gio handled it immediately with calm, professional kindness. This review would not exist if the service was not terrible. The high pressure air service near the gas pumps has the appearance of a robust commercial grade air compressor. Fred Meyer Pharmacy did a wonderful job. Traveling from out of state, I needed a prescription filled. My doctor submitted it electronically. I called to verify that it was received. It was. The pharmacy tech took my information. I was told it would be ready in an hour. I was notified by text that it was ready in 30 minutes! Called three other "gas stations" in Redmond, OR,, they were quick to tell me their prices on premium fuel. What gives. They called me the day my cake was suppose to be ready that they couldn't make my cake at all. They explained they couldn't make my cake to the error or they didn't have the photo but I explained the supervisor took the photo on her phone since mine didn't want to send. Second then after I send the cake decorators a photo she then says I can't have that at all. Which would have been nice to know in the first conversation a few weeks back and we could have redesigned the whole cake. I generally like all Fred Meyer's and this one is no different. It's very clean and has more than everything you need. Out of the options near my area, they have some of the best sales too. Finally tried some of their sushi from their little sushi place and was pleasantly surprised. Nothing beats going out and having it prepared right in front of you but it was still super tasty and fairly priced. I really like this store. In my opinion, it is much better than the Fred Meyer in Bend. I usually find what I am looking for and the store is clean and well stocked. The main reason I like this store though is that the store employees are always so nice and helpful. I always leave with a smile on my face after chatting with the cashiers. Judy is amazing and she is ALWAYS in a great mood. She is really special and I can't praise her enough. I met Bryce today and he too is exceptionally friendly and pleasant. He is very engaging and efficient. I hope to see him again. The only thing that really gets on my nerves about this store is the number of shopping carts EVERYWHERE in the parking area. Seriously. People push shopping carts in the bushes and the landscaping. They leave them in the parking spaces. I can't count the number of times that I have started to pull into what appears to be an empty parking space, only to find that there is a shopping cart in it. Always handy for a quick stop. Today was no exception. We stopped to pick up a couple of random items while we were out in and about. I went to the vitamin aisle to pick up some vitamins and found there is a vitamin aisle in the drug aisle and one in the natural foods section. I finally found what I was looking for in the natural foods section. The clerk was impressed with my key ring application on my I Phone for use at the check out for the rewards card. This is specifically for the pharmacy. Fred Meyer pharmacy staff lack any sensitivity or empathy for human suffering. Not knowing anything about me the pharmacist mainly said there are 400 people ahead of you and you can just wait your turn. A lady at the front counter said to come back in 45 minutes for prescriptions that have been called in hours earlier. When I returned one of the two had been filled. They admitted they had the other one they just hadn't gotten around to filling it and I could continue to wait. But by no means will I being forced to do anything. A different woman checked me out with the one and only prescription I received. She clearly hates her job and communicated with his few words as humanly possible. This is routine for her as she always is glaring and frowning at people at her window when I'm in your store. When people are suffering a little human kindness goes a long way. The Fred/Kroger Brand should be embarrassed and ashamed to be associated with this pharmacy. read more

Their grocery pick-up is pretty bad. I don't think they've ever gotten my order right. I either get expired meat or a completely wrong product. I'll order organic fruit and get charged the organic price but get the cheaper non-organic product. The ordering process could also use some work but I'm sure that's a corporate thing. Though. Appreciate the managers here for trying, I was told that store policy was to not 'enforce' the mask law. I watched a man and woman in the produce isle, putting produce up to their face and then putting it down. No one in the produce department asked them to put their masks on. They clearly didn't even have masks. I approached them and kindly asked them to put their masks on, especially in the Produce section. I asked the person in the produce section to back me up. He said nothing to them, and told me it wasn't his job. At the register, I took the mans photo to report to OSHA, telling him that I have major immunity issues and he was putting me and others in danger. He proceeded to walk towards me with his fist raised, and tell me that I am stupid for thinking COVID is real, he's never going to wear a mask and 'this hippie is so dumb, wearing an old bandanna. The ladies at the register were clearly concerned- so we're the managers I spoke to- but the overall situation at The Redmond Fred Meyer is unsafe. It is not the employees fault, though I do believe at least one person in Produce could've maybe spoken up, before I had to. Before I had to give up on a healthy dinner, because these people touched everything in Produce. I am appalled at their lax covid rules compared to other grocery stores. In Redmond, they allow people in without masks, today I also saw two employees with their masks under their chins. One shopper was walking around with her mask hanging from one ear. It is crowded, it is impossible to maintain a 6 ft distance. I've been in there several times to pick up a prescription that is never ready or they are out of stock and have to come back the following day after waiting in line for a while. Last time I went in to pick up a prescription, there were quite a few complications and had extreme difficulty in getting the prescription. The girl had deleted everything and we had to basically start from square one again having the doctor call it in again and get additional approval and paperwork which I had to wait another three or four days. I wish I could give it a zero star. I brought my wife's ring in for the prongs on her invisible setting to be tightened. They broke the diamond. They Tried "fixing" the broken diamond with a new smaller diamond. After 6 months of them sending it back and forth to be fixed for the 3rd time (still not right) they said were not going to fix it or give you the appraisal amount. We had it appraised threw them. The ring was in perfect shape when we brought it in for routine maintenance (insurance purposes ). So after all this time waiting for them to fix the mistake (made by them) they told us we're screwed. $15,000,00 n were the 1s that lost out. Taking it to court. I don't recommend going to the jewelry store for anything. Repairs or purchases...update. I had it looked at by a different jeweler today.
