I was given his business card which listed 2 addresses and a phone number. After arriving back to my home in Alaska, I attempted to install the system and found it to not be compatible. I spoke with John who assured me that he would refund me for the purchase when I returned it. I was very careful and packaged it back for a return. After $225.00 for the purchase and $89.05 for the shipping, it was returned by the post office "Forward Expired, Unable to Deliver. So, not only did he lie about refunding me but cost me an additional postage fee for a product I cannot use. He has also not returned my calls or emails. Do not purchase anything from this place. He is not a stand up business man.

A 15% restocking fee for a gun you picked out, paid for, and waited for. Then not receive. Through no fault of your own. And since they're going out of business soon, there's nothing they can do. Seems to me like a scam. I know they don't control th background process, but 15% restock for something out of either of our control seems pretty b.s. Hopefully I can save someone else a b.s. fee.
