I've always thought that maybe she was having a bad day and always try to approach her in a friendly manner.I work in customer service and know that it is difficult to continually answer questions and handle people that are difficult. But it doesn't matter, she's always salty and a couple of weeks ago she was the worst. Admittedly, they do have a few people that are always helpful. But with their issues with the app lately, im going to try to find other places to go as often as I can.

My family LOVES board games and we have a Christmas "Steal a Gift" game. I'm not into board games, so called my sister in Southern California and she talked with a staff member who described some of the games based on family favorites and told her what won "Game of the Year" for 2022 and 2023. She recommended two to me and I chose. I think my gift will be a hit at our Christmas game (2022 Game of the Year). They had tables set up in the rear, and there were quite a few people playing games. The other shops looked interesting, but we were on a time crunch since Modern Games didn't open until 11:00.

The whole area is very clean, well maintained, and super dog friendly, which we loved. It is also close to Riverbend Park, so you can easily make it part of a longer walk or hike. We walked from the park to the Old Mill District and enjoyed the river views the entire way. Between the shopping, dining, and incredible scenery, this is one of the highlights of Bend. The views are amazing and it is a perfect spot to spend an afternoon. The selection of stores and restaurants is top notch. Highly recommend!

Just terrible attitudes. **** When you have the manager herself looking like she hates the world and everyone in it then it's not really inviting. The overweight woman whose younger and always checking out is the rudest person with the worst looking face on her. Honestly just her face is so depressing to look at I asked to deal with someone else. THEN the manager comes over and visibly all mad & sassy... she rushed through it all and even made an issue out of me taking the the basket outside to my car which was parked right in front of the doors on and running. It woulda still been on the same property nothing left or stolen but she acted like I was going to steal from her. Terrible service, hopefully they get some new help in there cause that was the worst

Having been a regular shopper at the location in Sellwood, I was a little concerned I would lose some of that service that I've been accustomed to at the show and location however my fears are put to rest easily on my first visit to the Bend location. My first experience was with one of the management team - Brody - and I cannot day enough great things about my interactions with him. My family and I will be back!

Everyone here treated me like a king. The level of professionalism, friendliness, and kind gesture was unmatched. Flying around the country is a rewarding experience. My time in Bend was incredible, especially when I visited the Nike Store. No tax! Wait, what? No taxes on sneakers. Give me a few pairs haha :). If you're in the area, I highly recommend you make a stop here for an hour and carefully take time to walk the store. The sneaker selection here was unlike any other Nike store I visited outside the Seattle location. I was in awe during my time in-store. Next time I'm in the area, I'll make sure to stop by and say, "hello." 2025 & beyond.
