Burger was decent but definitely nothing special. They ought to change the name to, "Little Burger Big Price". Just not impressed. If you do want a burger place that knocks your socks off, drive up to Portland and go hit up PDX Sliders. You will not be disappointed. read more

My brother lived here for several years, and as we were driving through on a road trip he recommended this place to us. We got a double bacon cheeseburger with chevre and some truffle fries, and it was INCREDIBLE. A very fair price for the quantity and quality of food. The burgers were cooked medium, the buns were soft and buttery, the cheese was plentiful and the truffle fries had just the right amount of truffle flavor, not bitter or overpowering. I cannot recommend this place enough. read more

Tried this on door dash and I didn't think about it but yep it's a little burger. The burger on its own couldn't fill me up but I'm glad I ordered the fries they travelled well and were bomb! I got the Sasquatch burger it had more sauce then I needed but it was pretty good! I would order again with light sauce! read more

Best fries in town. Burger packed with flavor. Cole and Katie provided me with great service and even better food (which is saying a lot). Mix the fry sauce with their Catsup for an awesome experience. Will be back soon! read more

Not for ambiance, but FOR burgers AND (truffle) FRIES!!! THICK juicy Pattie's cooked to order, with many choices of cheese (fav is Mild Cheve ) great price for great burgers read more

Friendly staff. Delicious cheeseburgers. Lettuce wraps, too. I've been enjoying little big burgers since the first location opened. I was happy to see one here in Eugene. read more

I get not being open a day here or there, life happens and businesses aren't always running as smoothly as we'd all like to believe they are. However, this burger restraint has been unable to fulfill the hours they advertise for a month now. All because they've run out of BEEF! And this week they don't seem to stay open past 4 (when their online hours still say 8pm). Please update your hours or do something, its getting impossible to eat here. read more

This was a recommendation from a cashier at Albertson's in Springfield, OR. She said it was her favorite burger place, so we gave it a try. Fantastic service. All team members were super helpful and friendly. The restaurant was clean and taking extra measures between customers. We ordered cheeseburgers and shared an order of truffle fries. We made a special trip into Eugene before we left Oregon to enjoy them a second time. BEST burger and fries in the last 5 plus years. This a must try! read more

This is a fast quality burger joint that has replaced the old venerated Holy Cow slow food place at the UO EMU. I enjoy their Beyond Burger with chèvre, reasonably priced at $8, the fountain soda is however overpriced at 3.50 a pop.Beyond BurgerAmerican read more

Hawthorne location. Love the food! Have eaten here, other NLB locations and ordered off DoorDash many times. Delicious vegan fast food! Service was amazing at the recent Hawthorne visit. All the young staff there were extremely professional, helpful with modifications and super friendly! Shout out to the management for hiring these great people! read more

The burger is small but juicy and lean. The toppings were nothing special. Definitely better than Mickey D's but 30$ for 3 burgers?! Yikes.

I stopped here for lunch after touring U of O's law school for a quick lunch and I was thoroughly impressed. Everything about the restaurant was minimalistic, the decor, the menu, and the food. But hey, I'm a fan of minimalism, so I wasn't complaining. I ordered a regular cheeseburger and the truffle fries and I was a big fan of both. What the burger lacks in size in makes up for in taste. The fries were equally delicious too, they were my favorite part of the meal and I'm not normally a fan of fries. Oh and the dipping sauce that came with them was delicious as well! As a few other reviewers have said, a burger with fries and a drink here is honestly the perfect sized meal. I left feeling full- but comfortable- not stuffed to the point that I wanted to puke or even remotely bloated. Definitely a fan, if I end up living in this area I'd probably become a regular. read more

Great little spot on the campus of the University Of Oregon in Eugene. Terrific staff, friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious. I encourage you to come and experience this piece of heaven in Oregon. read more

I haven't even gotten my food yet but I'm leaving 1 star. It's been over 30 mins and they said 15. I'm sorry to sound like a diva but I'm immensely hungry and this is not OK to me at all. EDIT: Just got it. It was sitting there as I was waiting for 20+ minutes and no one alerted me that it was ready. This is not OK. Additional edit: changed to 2 stars because wowie that was a dank Beyond Burger & fries, too bad it got so cold sitting out forever. I just know it's probably the bees knees when fresh. I might open my mind and try again sometime, but I am very turned off due to this negative experience. read more

Great fresh burgers, worth the wait, but not a speedy cook by any means. Yummy yummy burgers.

Little burger with a big taste. Best fries around. A great meal at a reasonable price. Friendly and talented staff.

A little $$ for the size of the burgers. But the truffle fries are a MUST!! Sometimes I come just for the fries

We were early fans of LBB, especially the Truffle Fries. After today, not so much. Their app may be better, but online ordering via the web is awkward and counterintuitive. To go on from the first item you add to your cart, you have to click a large X that looks like it could be canceling the whole order. We asked for two orders of the Truffle Fries, one with two catsups and one with two containers of "fry sauce." Got plain fries without any truffle oil, and one fry sauce, no catsup at all. The final insult: the ETA was about 10 minutes after we ordered, but after submitting it jumped up to close to 20, and the order didn't come out until after that. Sometimes getting taken over by a big corporation is bad for business!! read more

Consistent excellent burgers and fries. Recommend adding bleu cheese to the cheddar cheeseburger. Delicious!

For quality, prompt service, ease of ordering and getting it right, LBB can't be beat. Local ingredients too. No extra charge for a lettuce wrap either. read more

Great food as always and my grubhub ordering experience was great as well. Good place for a small but filling meal!!

The employee who took my order was very clear in communication. The food was incredible from the flavor of the beef to the crispness of the truffle fries. read more

Ordered using app. Which is very user friendly. Order is always ready on time and I'm always greeted by friendly, happy people.

Service was great, burgers were bomb, music was nice. Always yummy, excited to try this new burger.

Do not eat here - Portions are tiny and overpriced. The "burger" was literally smaller than the palm of my hand, and it cost $8+ - I am a very small 5'2" lady and this "burger" looked abysmally small in my hand. An absolute joke. The tiny amount of food we did get was BURNED. The fries were cracking like concrete as I chewed them from how burnt they were. I wanted to return my food and ask for a refund, but it was my boyfriend's treat so I did not want to be rude. All I can do now is just warn others not to come here unless you are craving a burnt slider that leaves you wondering how someone could charge $8 for a charcoal briquette. read more

Great service, good presentation, high quality ingredients. Clean and well maintained restaurant.

Consistently good. Make sure you order from the right location. maybe I messed up. Good fries reasonable portions.

Their food is so good. I was nervous about the burgers the first time, because sliders....but OMG they are so good!! The fries and sauces are always amazing and the rootbeer floats hit the spot! read more

Nice little burger shop, I love the truffle fries. The burgers taste as good as homemade!

Little Big Burger in the parking lot of Market of Choice on Franklin offers an inexpensive quality grilled burger. Cheese and toppings are individualized. Fries are fresh shoe string style. You have the option of truffle oil which I prefer. Fry sauce resembles thousand island. The meat is fresh. The staff are friendly. The place is clean. Orders average 10-15 minutes. I took my 89 year old client there and it passed that bar! read more

Not just a good burger, but a really good burger. Everything was fresh with a nice thick, juicy burger that was seasoned and cooked just right, great bun, and everything was clean. Best burger I have had in a long time and I will be back. (just so you know - the bottled drinks are cheaper than the fountain drinks) Great food. read more

The guy that took our order had a huge issue, he was disrespectful to me and looked like he had no sense of care for his clients. The burgers are okay but I'd avoid this place if you're looking for decent service . It's not a 5 star restaurant service we wanted just common curtesy. bowsux-xanfy1-coTqyg read more

Went in and got a cheeseburger it was great! But I also got a beyond burger and it was pretty gross, the bun was freezing, I also got an order of fries and they were pretty good. However, the music was so intensely loud, it was so loud that the worker would turn it down so he could talk to people ordering, it felt like I had to yell to talk to the people I was with, not fun. The worker also kept playing logic songs, like 3 in a row which was annoying, he also kept changing the song half way through Update: I've gone back a couple times... the music still seems to be a problem, however the food seemingly gets better every time I go in. The fries and cheeseburgers are super good! It's better to get it delivered or just to go, the inside experience is not great. read more

I had wanted to try this for a while, as I had read rave reviews about it, and I'm always looking for something different. Sadly, I was disappointed. I came in last night with my husband, before the Duck basketball game at Matthew Knight Arena. The line was out the door. My husband suggested Subway, but that's boring and I could taste it just thinking about it. I was determined to go somewhere different. We get in line, and wait, and wait, and wait some more. Thank god we had a solid hour before the game started. For having a whopping four items on their menu, they are incredibly slow. We finally make it inside and order. The person at the counter was helpful and sweet. She gets three stars for her service. It was loud, so a little hard to hear her. I let my husband order for me, since he's louder than I am. After ordering, we wait some more, and wait even more. This was a very long and tedious wait for a burger and fries. The restaurant is insanely tiny to accommodate the number of people in there. If you're going to eat here, I recommend getting your order to go and finding somewhere else to eat it. There was literally nowhere to sit, and if you're unwilling to bug other customers for their table and help push them out the door a little faster by asking for their table when they are done, you'll never sit down. Since we didn't elect to be those asshole customers, we didn't get a seat. We were forced outside. I got to eat a 3 star burger at best, outside in the freezing cold. Happy day. Our food was alright. Nothing special, but it was decent. Better than McDonald's, but not by a ton. The fries were a big portion, but incredibly salty. I ended up giving my husband the majority of my fries, and even after that, he was still hungry. Even he said they were quite salty. I felt bloated by the time I was done, but still hungry myself, and I don't eat a whole lot in one sitting the way my husband does. Would I return? Ehh, maybe. I can't really think of a reason to bring me back. The food was alright, but the tiny restaurant with almost no seating and being forced to eat outside was kind of a deal breaker for me. I wasn't terribly impressed. Review 26 of 2017. read more

Big fan!! The truffle fries.... oh my god the truffle fries! Even the chicken burger option is delicious; I've ordered it several times. You can't go wrong with the little bacon cheeseburger. The proportions are just right - meat to bun to condiments - it's a tasty morsel for sure. And I appreciate the sensible portions on everything that don't put me into a food coma whenever I just want a good burger. read more

By far the best burger in Eugene and possibly the entire State. I've only ordered take out dozens of times, and everything has been exceptional. read more

I completely understand this is a campus joint. Loud music, a bunch of kids working. What I didn't expect was how disgusting this place was - it was filthy. The tables, the chairs, the floor, the windows and the walls. I wasn't aware our food would be packaged to go, so that ended up working out well because the thought of eating a meal at those disgusting dirty, sticky tables was an absolute no go. I ordered a cheese burger, got a burger without cheese. Son ordered his sans pickles, it came with pickles. Service wasn't friendly, like we were another number in a line (wasn't busy). Ketchup tasted off, fry sauce was strange. Bummer all around. read more

I really appreciate the high quality ingredients, fresh and consistently delicious. The truffle fries are my favorite.
