This restaurant tries to be a posh version of In-N-Out. They only have 5 items on their menu. How pretentious. Even their cheeses are snobbish. Why not call them what they are, (goat, blue, cheddar, swiss, etc.) They do not need fancy names. Over all the service was good, same goes with the burger. They were not kidding about the little part, get two! I was impressed that the bacon was raw and cooked to order. With their need of being overly trendy, they drench their perfectly cooked fries with a disgusting fake truffle oil that is a culinary abomination. Who wants to eat something made from perfumists? They should stick with the basics and they would have a great product. I am glad I had a 50% off coupon. 2 tiny burgers, order of fries, and a soda should not cost $14.00. read more

Great, fun place to eat! Really reasonable prices. But they are called little big burger for a reason.... If you have a big appetite you may need to order 2! Small burger with big taste! read more

Little Big Burger - Eating area - Burgers Near Me - Eugene, Oregon

So we heard that this place had good burgers and excellent fries. Not so on the day we ate there. We ordered the cheeseburger with bacon and it was just okay. Nothing special for sure. Greasy yes, tasty no. The truffle oil fries were disappointing. We were expecting so much more taste than what we got. Again greasy. We also had the root beer float. This was the best part of the meal. But, how much skill and talent does it take to scoop out some Tillamook Vanilla Ice Cream into a cup. Probably about as much skill as it took us to go to the fountain dispenser and add the root beer to it. So the NON-skilled item was the best item we had. Unfortunate! We won't hurry back here for another disappointing meal. read more

Lovely food, GREAT staff. They clearly work well together, and for the most part are a great team. Just try not to get the waiter with a mohawk and lisp -- he's a bit rude. :P Props to Little Big for also not buying into the college-student-heavy surroundings (they're located within an apartment complex's building). They're a bit hipster in decor, yes, but the food is so good and wholesome you won't even mind. Be sure to try the veggie burgers! They're great quality, and aren't so veggie-tastic that carnivores will be scared off. read more

Scrumptious truffle fries, and delectable burgers cooked to perfection. Also serving local organic beer! Blows away any burger joint in its price bracket. Divine American simplicity. This place should be in the "foodie life idiots, guide book"! read more

Little Big Burger - Organic beer and truffle fries are amazing!! - Burgers Near Me - Eugene, Oregon

I suggested LBB for lunch because I have eaten at the portland locations quite a few times and it's always delicious! Unfortunately, what I ordered at the Eugene location was the worst burger I've had in a really long time. It was so raw I couldn't even eat the burger and the truffle fries (usually my favorite fries) were so salty I couldn't eat them either. So bummed! Spent $20+ dollars on lunch and we are still hungry read more

Little Big Burger - Not a fan of raw beef, thanks though - Burgers Near Me - Eugene, Oregon

Fantastic Burger and Fries!!! (My favorite) It was our first time checking out this place, last month when we were in town visitng friends--who recommened it! So glad we did. The service was amazing--so helpful and recommened some really great things to try! Next time we are in town, we will be back! read more

Best little filling burgers ever!!! This is our go to when I don't want to cook. All ingredients are always fresh and the spicy ketchup is bomb! read more

Why is LBB so slow? Their menu has 4 food items on it. Don't come in a hurry. I've been three or four times and it always takes at least 10 minutes to get 1 order of fries and a plain no cheese burger with no drink. I know it's supposed to be a higher quality product, but that is ALL they make, so why the long wait at lunch time? It wasn't very crowded either. Burgers are pretty tasty. They come medium -- some pinkness in the middle for sure. Fries are probably over rated here on yelp -- the truffle oil can be a bit much, but they are perfectly crispy and have a good amount of salt. I like the non-traditional ketchup and fry sauce available. LBB is fine if you're in the neighborhood, but don't get your hopes too high. Parking can be tricky if you don't want to pay a meter and don't want to chance it parking at market of choice. Oh yeah, and I'm always FREEZING in there. Turn on the heat! read more

The french fries in truffle oil are super delicious - great that they use Yukon Gold potatoes. There is no silver ware or plates or a place to put your ketchup - that kind of sucks and is messy. The burger is small but is made with high quality meat. My burger was cold - the cheese never even melted. I emailed the corporate office about this but NO response. I would go back for the fries. I would make sure my burger is cooked fresh and not pulled off the back of the cold stove - that sucked. read more

Great fries! My burger was good but the chèvre cheese was missing and I didn't anticipate it taking so long to get. Not an unpleasant experience but not one I'd seek out again. read more

I only gave low stars because of the Price vs. Quantity ratio. Full price, half size burgers, but tasty. And no tomatoes.

Wow i was amazed! The burgers were so good. The location is small with only three workers when i was there. I ordered four burgers and not even 15 minutes later, we got them. All I can say is if you're a Eugene Resident or you're passing Eugene and you want a place to eat, this is the spot. The burgers are pretty small but delicious. 10 out of 10 will definitely be returning. read more

Honestly, I love Little Big Burger's food! It's always been super tasty and delicious and I've always felt the service was good! Until now. I understand we're in weird times where we're not able to actually dine in at the establishments we love! So I've been trying to make an effort to do at least a couple take out orders a week to try and do my part in giving business to the places I love and enjoy and want to see make it through this already super challenging time. I called LBB today to make a to go order and the the first thing the lady on the phone said to me (in a real snotty way, which was seriously SO off putting) "Have you tried to make this order on line already?" I was somewhat takeout aback at A.) the attitude and tone of her voice and B.) why I couldn't call my order in? To which I told her "No, I haven't tried to make the order online, am I suppose to order online?" To which she replied "Oh well it's our preferred method, but it's totally fine I can take your order over the phone" I was seriously so taken back, why can't I call? I asked her if she wanted me to make it online to which she replied "oh no, I can take it over the phone but just for future reference make your order online next time." It seriously left such a bad taste in my mouth, I ended up not ordering and honestly don't feel like I'll be back. In times where it's already so difficult with social distancing and restaurants being shut down to dinning in, does it really matter if I call in!??? Is it worth loosing my order and a future customer? What a disappointment. read more

We LOVE LBB! Their Beyond Burger is the best substitute for traditional beef patties, and their root beer floats are delicious!

New best place for burgers, it's so much fun and great burgers. They also offer fry sauce which we thought was only something that we could find in Utah. read more

The burgers are very good but small. The prices match what you are getting too. I got the truffle fires with my cheeseburger but they tasted like normal fries to me. I would recommend that they start serving shakes to make the perfect combo. read more

The truffle fries are excellent, and the burgers are decent. Be aware that the burgers are made well done unless specified, and there are apparently menu options that are not on the menu, but only on promotional postings around the register. Nothing to write home about, but satisfyingly good! read more

Best "home made" (as opposed to !prepackaged) veggie burger I've had! Best choice of cheeses (chevre & bleu i.e.) fries cooked in truffle oil & the buns are fresh, soft & flavorful. They make their own ketchup it has a kick & is really tasty. Now i just have to try the root beer floats & shakes. Extremely inexpensive. (VERY busy weekdays lunchtime) read more

Really disappointed with Little Big Burger. Took way to long, truffle fries were sub-par, and the bun on the burger was awful. Wasn't that cheap either. $9.95 for a cheeseburger, fries and a soda. Won't be going back as there are far better options for burgers in Eugene. read more

I love little big burger for something quick but flavorful! The meal is extremely affordable- and despite the small appearance, is plenty for one person! The ingredients are all local and beef is grass fed. I love that you can get goat cheese on the burgers, and the truffle fries and fry sauce are pretty bomb. Despite this being a relatively quick bite to eat, they can get pretty busy and do not answer the phone if you try to call ahead- so plan to wait for a bit if you are taking something to go! read more

Best veggie burgers in town! I actually like the veggie burger better than the hamburger! You have to get the truffle fries if you visit! Fun little burger place. read more

Holy hell. 6 hours after eating two burgers here, and some fries, I was longing for the taste, feel and substance of those beautiful burgers in my mouth. Longing!! I can't explain it other than there obviously was an emotional reaction to the sights, sounds, smells and taste of my experience here. I wish they were open later. I drove by to take two more to go but, alas, here I sit the morning after with that unquenched longing for some Little Big Burger. read more

Little Big Burger - Best thing I've eaten this pay period. - Burgers Near Me - Eugene, Oregon

Theo: It lives up to the name. Chase: It was all pretty good. Basile: The veggie burger was delicious, it tasted meaty and veggy. The French fries needed salt but were satisfying. All around ok. Sam: I didn't have to pay for anything so I really enjoyed it. Kiva: The burger was really greasy, I feel anxious about my health. Julian: The burger was delicious but I felt like I was drowning when I ate the greasy fries. Bad music too. Madeline: Although the burger and fries were a tasty average delight, I was appalled to find a thick nugget of tooth-resembling cheese wrapped up with my burger. read more

When in Eugene Little Big Burger is a must stop , it really is a little big burger that taste like heaven. Make sure to have time to eat there it's only 5 stars when it's HOT! Best little burger place in town. Burgers are delicious, the ketchup/fry sauce is unique and so yummy, and the customer service is awesome. My mother in law's burger was a little pink (which she is not a huge fan of) so they remade it for her with no hesitation (and were nice about it!). Highly, highly recommend! read more

The food is delicious but the quantity to price is ridiculous. A hamburger fits in the palm of my hand.

I assumed the name was just a clever title-I didn't realize how small the burgers actually are!. They are excellent burgers... but they're about the of size of a slider at other places (the picture below shows the burger with the fry container on top of it for reference).. I don't think I would've paid $5 for it, had I realized how small it is. Both the fries and the burger are very good. Very good atmosphere as well. read more
