First time here. The pizza was just okay. Nothing special. We grabbed the thin crust with half cheese and half pepperoni. We also grabbed an order of the bbq wings. A hidden gem you wouldn't necessity expect. The menu is pretty extensive and there are many items off menu that are available. In today's restaurant scene it's less common to find a chef that still prepares food to truly satisfy each customer. My wife and I came for a casual dinner and were blown away. All were great and cook to perfection. The buffalo sauce on the wings is a spicy so if you can't handle spice maybe get it on the side so you can add to your liking. If you feel adventurous maybe ask for more ranch or blue cheese to take away the heat. The fettuccine Alfredo came with a side of breadsticks and they have Parmesan cheese if you would like to add more cheese. The slices of pizza are more like pan pizza but they taste great and the bread is cook right. The Greek salad was great and everything was fresh. The wings tasted great, but they could have been better with the ranch i ordered but never received. Okay minor mistake onto the pizza. I ordered a thin crispy crust with sausage and jalapeños. I opened the box and the cheese whales white as a gallon of milk. Fine maybe it's still crispy but the cheese is just not brown. I take some pieces and instead of it being thin and crispy, it's thin, flaccid and barely cooked. The outside pieces are salvageable but the inside is just gross. You can taste the undercooked flour in the dough. A thin crust crispy pizza should not require a fork. This is hands down the worst pizza I have ever ordered. Complete garbage! read more

On a trip to Chicago and when we were staying at the embassy suites and decided that we would order in, there was a menu from little angelos. The pizza looked appealing, but since we stay out of town we decided to get some of our favorites. An Italian beef sandwich, which was tasty as all get out and we added hot Italian Giardiniera and peppers, it was delicious we polished the whole thing off. We also had and amazing meatball sandwich which was perfect because it came with three meatballs, they were perfect a seasoned well, and the Italian sausage was equally delicious! Horrible! While visiting Chicago I wanted to try the deep dish pizza that the city is known for. I was told at Angelo's that it would take 40 minutes to prepare. Being rushed for time, I opted for a small double crust pizza that would take 20 minutes. I also added a small salad and took the order back to my hotel. Had I eaten it there instead, I would have refused to pay and walked out. The "pizza" was nearly raw dough, garbage tomato sauce topped with cheese. One could easily duplicate the taste by adding a bit of water to flour, pouring in some generic tomato sauce and melting some cheese. The salad was a thin layer of lettuce, two small slivers of soft tomatoes and a slice of cucumber thin enough to see through. This garbage came to a total of $33. In fairness, I imagine that starving sea gulls would somehow manage to force this crap down their throats, but, my fellow human beings, stay away. Far away from away from Angelo's. read more
