The ambience is smooth and friendly vibes. I mean it , the TVs aren't too loud , the lights aren't bright it's cool and relaxing. Now the food is a different story. There's a whole halal menu I didn't get to try. I wanted something that was fast but not too fast so I settle on a burger. The bun was decent but the patties looked preformed and kinda bland. There's a whole leaf of lettuce ( iceberg lettuce) of course on top. The tomato slice was double the thickness of a nice slice you would get at any other place. I asked for grilled onions and got this 1/2 thick slice slightly charred whole onion piece like a piece of tree with all the rings. When I tell you about the flimsy over pickled pickles , it was all down hill. Overall their burgers aren't the greatest but there's a whole other side to the menu . A friend and I went here on a Thursday and it was empty inside. Had to have been a party of 3 old dudes getting ready to leave. You could tell they were regulars. No greeting when you enter and the lady (who I would later learn was the manager), looked like she was on her last straw and nerve. Type of person to be very mean and rude but would say they're not, they're just direct. Mmmmh! Wasn't a clean table in the table and took forever to get a menu and water. When I asked about happy hour that I saw advertised she simply pointed to the menu and said these without recognizing it was the regular drink menu with the regular prices. I simply ordered the chicken tenders and sweet potato fries. She swore to heaven that their honey mustard was bomb. I don't think this lady knew her elbow from her wrist. The sauce was ehh. The food itself was good but again it was bar food so I didn't expect much. I wouldn't return or anything. Absolutely not.

Now, the first time I stopped in here was in the 1990's, to watch a game and eat some burgers... and I didn't go back again until the mid-2000's, just once, for karaoke. I had little kids and didn't get out much, met up with some friends and made it a quick stop for the evening, since I had to work in the morning. Here we are, 2026, and I've been in a few times in the last few months. I've got to imagine you're wondering why I'm only giving it three stars, it's the ambiance, to be honest... there's something that isn't for everyone here. I like the place, a little dive bar and a bunch of regulars, but it's not super inviting and I guess that's the issue. The crowd is also a bit on the older side and it's generally pretty dead on the weekends. The food, though... the only thing I have had and wasn't all-in on was the Caesar Wrap, because it was an oil based dressing rather than creamy and it was very messy - everything else I've had (wings, burger, fries) have been quite tasty! I went here for lunch and had a nice experience, overall. I have had bb.q Chicken food at a different location before but this was my first time at this location. It wasn't busy when we got here. We were seated promptly. We took our time in deciding a I could not decide between getting wings or 1/2 fried chicken. Finally, I decided to go with 1/2 fried chicken (8 pieces) since I hadn't had it before. The small order of wings also comes with eight pieces and is a couple of dollars less than the 1/2 fried chicken. The food was freshly prepared. The chicken was hot when it came out. My wife got a lunch special of 8 pieces boneless wings in honey garlic sauce which came with fries and a soft drink. I got my 1/2 fried chicken in Spicy Galbi sauce. My chicken was very flavorful. The sauce had a nice taste. It was a bit sweet, a bit savory, and a light kick of heat. One thing different with having this 1/2 fried chicken from the wings I had at a different bb.q Chicken was that the 1/2 fried chicken pieces were not as meaty as the wings. The boneless wings flavor was good as well. The food hit the spot. The service was satisfactory. Next time, I'll go back to having wings.
