I love Rosati's pizza! This was my first time visiting this location at Mount Prospect, & our waiter Jesse was beyond the best! The food was great! Fast, & delicious! We have never tried the, "Nutella dough bites" & they are by far so good especially for the amount you get for the price! Today, I called Rosati's Pizza in Mt Prosoect to inquire about the prices and to possible order a pizza. One of the representatives answered the phone. I'm assuming it's a call center or who knows maybe it was the restaurant. Initially, I asked about the price of an extra large thin crust cheese pizza. The rep was being complicated. Then I asked her how much one topping would be and she said I don't know, I asked if it was three dollars or four dollars for each topping she said I don't know. I asked to speak to a manager and she said no. I said, what do you mean no!! She replied they're not here. She continue to be complicated so I hung up the phone. I'm so sick of people thinking that it's acceptable and professional to be snippy with a customer and not answering basic questions. This is not the first time that I've experienced that with Rosati's, but I really didn't expect it from Rosati's Mount Prospect. I've been a customer of this restaurant since 1998. I feel that I deserve better service than that. Sometimes I have received good service sometimes mediocre service and at times bad service. Today I'm very disappointed. read more

Slices are salty not sweet, they do the job of filling a hungry stomach. Slices are doughy with a crunchy bottom, crust is like a soft pretzel. Food is moderately priced, for instance a half slab of ribs costs about $10 dollars plus tax. Sandwiches and deluxe sandwiches cost under ten dollars. While some families stop in buying slices at $3/ea it makes a ton more sense to buy a full pie which is grossly less in comparison. This is a nicer Rosati's than many of the other locations in and around the Chicagoland area. It's not carry out only. A nice sit down eating area stocked with many sizes of tables. Homely appearance with a few stock Italian family photos and a couple flat screens showing current news or sports. read more

I was so disappointed with the dinner i ordered for pick up that i felt compelled to write a review to warn others of the slop i was served. I ordered online and it is posted there that the approximate waiting time is 30 min. I called at least 15 minutes after i placed the order to make sure my order went though properly. The lady who answered the phone told me that my meal was already ready. I was not notified that the food was ready which speaks volumes about the quality and how much time and care was taken to prepare the food. I ordered fettuccini alfredo with grilled chicken and fresh garlic. The alfredo was not very appetizing. The sauce wasn't creamy but instead more like a thick paste. On top of that, the grilled chicken had the texture of soft plastic. No fresh garlic was added either. I also ordered garlic cheese bread with marinara sauce. The garlic cheese bread was so salty and dipping it in the canned marinara sauce made it more tolerable to eat. I only give a rating of 2 stars because the pizza is decent. Go across the street to Moretti's instead. The pizza and pasta is better. I am so disappointed just like how i feel about watching Matt Groening's Disenchantment on Netflix. The show is corny. But i just keep watching it. The animation is refreshing and it is nice to hear Eric Andre do the voice acting for Luci the demon. read more

Pizzas were cut on bizarre angles, not squares. Also I was unhappy with the finished product. The cheese pizza was folded over screwing up the topping. I sat with both pizzas ON MY LAP WHILE MY HUSBAND DROVE SO PIZZA WOULD NOT BE DISTURBED. Got home and opened boxes to find a mess. We catered for my daughter's birthday from here. They did an excellent job from giving us information regarding the menu to order placing to delivering. The food was delivered at the exact time we had requested. Everything was exactly per order and it was piping hot.
