I have been a few times for Trivia events (shoutout to Top Hat Trivia) and have enjoyed every visit. It seems small on the outside, but it truly has a lot going for it. Two levels of seating, a gaming area and nice little bar make Pizza Pavia a solid all around hang for any night out. Trivia night is fantastic because you get to meet people and have something fun to do while enjoying your meal. Speaking of, I would like to get in to the food. I have gotten to try the garlic bread. and it bodes well as an appetizer. Not too over done on the garlic and the right amount of crisp to the bread. The mozzarella sticks were also a really tasty addition to the meal. The marinara sidepiece was nice , but nothing too special if we're being truthful. As the center piece, the pizza always has some big shoes to fill. The pies, I must say, did exactly that. The flavors stayed true to that classic tavern style we all know and love. The crust was well executed and left me satisfied after every bite. Most definitely one of the best pizzas one can get in the area, and for a decent price as well. Most certainly a top spot to grab a bite at, and great location for trivia too! Can't wait to come back again! read more

Pizza Pavia has delicious thin crust pizza and they don't skimp on the toppings. The sauce is slightly sweet adding a nice flavor to complement the toppings, even just plain cheese pizza. I've ordered a few times because my kids like the crispy crust. I've also ordered the arugula and beet salad which is plentiful, enough for 2 people! Their chicken parmesan sandwich is delicious - tender, juicy, cheesy, nice tomato sauce, and the bread is sturdy enough to keep it all together. The chicken parmesan is crispy and the portion is generous! I've only done take out from Pizza Pavia so I can't comment on dining it. It's a very spacious restaurant with plenty of seating and room for larger tables. There's an area for slots, but it's not accessible to children. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. Ordering is easy - I've phone in my order and I've placed my orders online. The service is always friendly and quick. I get a text letting me know my order is ready for pick up which is really nice. They a good special of 1/2 price pizzas on Tuesdays. read more

Just FYI!! We went at lunch time to maybe enjoy the patio and the whole place looked completely deserted! Not sure what happened but the tables aren't set up inside either. Said they were open online at the time we were there. I may have missed an announcement here. There is a smaller storefront in the strip mall that also has a "pizza pavia" sign up. Definitely NOT a family friendly place. Just slot machines and like 4 tables. If you order, get takeout. Pizza and chicken tenders were decent so gave them three stars. read more

My carryout order was ready right on time. The 14-inch pizza was larger than I expected it to be, which was a pleasant surprise, and they were generous with my pineapple topping. The staff was friendly, too. The pizza's overall flavor wasn't particularly memorable, though. I'll order again, but it probably won't be my #1 choice. read more

Very interesting experience. Instead of our Cesar salad we received a mashed up birthday cake. Called the restaurant and they apologized for the mistake, but it was such a strange and glaring error and the interaction with the staff who was explaining the error was bizarre. I have tried this establishment both for carry out and dine in. For carry out, I was really excited to try the chicken parm pizza when they first opened.It was underwhelming and would not recommend. This is only for a take out review. I stopped in here on a Friday night they were fairly busy but very attentive. I got two pizza to go the Chicken Parmesan Piazza and the Veggie Pizza with no cheese. They were both really good. As expected the Chicken Parm was good, but a little heavy & I really only could eat one piece in a sitting. The veggie piazza with no cheese came out great. The crust was nice and crispy and they cut it in squares instead of triangles. I'll definitely be revisiting this place to try some other options. read more

Family was looking for a closer local go-to pizza spot and we have found it! We dined in for our first experience and immediately noticed how new, clean and welcoming their indoor area was. The outdoor patio seemed to be the preferred area for most diners, but being outside most of the day with child, we succumbed to the appeal of A/C. Wife and I split a delicious pizza with our go-to combo toppings: Italian beef and giardiniera and it blew away our expectations! It tasted on the same level as our other favorite pie-slingers. Crust was flaky and crispy. Cheese was plentiful and still maintained good balance with other toppings. The beef and giardiniera were good enough to make me want to try a beef in the next go round. We also split a Caesar salad which was tasty and for the youngin' we got him the meatballs and fried pickles which he devoured. The staff was very nice and attentive and turned around our order with exceptional speed. I had heard about this place and decided to give it a try. I ordered a mushroom pizza to pick up around 4 p.m. on a Sunday. The order taker was very nice and said it'd be about 20-25 minutes. I asked if they keep it warm if I'm a few minutes after stated time and he said yes. I got there 5 minutes after the time. Met the owner who was very personable. Inside looked clean and new. Got home (5 minute ride) and much to my dismay the pizza was lukewarm. Don't know if their oven isn't hot enough or they don't have a good warming rack. I even had them not cut the pizza so as to retain heat. After eating one piece I pan heated a few other pieces. That was better but you expect your pizza to be hot! The pizza itself lacked flavor. It needed maybe some oregano and the sauce could be a little more flavorful as well. The cheese was good, not too much and not greasy. The crust --- just ok. I'll give them another try as I like to support small businesses and they have other items that look good. But as for pizza, I hope they'll ensure it's hot or I''l have to pass. read more
