Ordered 8 corners Detroit style pizza and a cinnamon stix for dessert on the internet and had it delivered. Food was hot and a little earlier than they said. Driver was courteous even though it was rainy. We are in the range of their delivery but we might be considered outside of it for other restaurants. Plenty leftover too. read more

When traveling to the Chi town area this is one of my favorite pizza places. While I've only ordered from here 8-9 times, I have at least a dozen at each of the Jets in the area. The pizza is always a cut above. It's the consistency. I order the same double mushroom-double cheese and it just how I expect it and enjoy it. They also serve an excellent Detroit style pizza replica and their square pizza is to die for. Try the thin crust and the wings. My friends order that from time to time and ole' Steven E sneaks his share of their pie, thank you! I'm not a fan of the cinnamon sticks, everyone else in my party raves about them. That means you better tack-on an order. Keep in mind when you eat Detroit style deep dish...it's gonna be greasy. That's the situ. That's where the flavour is! I've read a few reviews that have a star or two shaved off for this. That's actually a mistake. Just a note on the service. These kids are fast and friendly. It's a machine. A well oiled machine. Like another Detroit legend, Henry Ford and his assembly line, these guys are efficient and accurate. I'm borrowing the plan from Peter S. and copying/pasting this across more than one location (Lombard, Arlington and both Wheeling sites), as they are exact and equal in their craft. I think I maybe have ordered from at least 5 different Jet's locations in Chicago, but THIS one ladies and gentlemen, is the gem you have been looking for. Their pizzas are PHENOMENAL, and I don't just mean that for the chain. If you're a fan of Detroit-style pizza, you're already in it for the thicker crust, but they do everything great here. Sauce to topping ratio is perfect, even on the breadsticks (which might as well be its own pizza). Stopped by for the first time as i was at a store in the area. Ordered 2 slices. They handed me a box and I 'assumed' it was two slices of pizza as i had gotten before. Two decent size triangular pieces. Another local place has 2 good sized slices and a soda for $6. These 2 'slices' were $5. This is my near by jets pizza Joynt. I've heard so many things about this brand i tried it a coupe of times and I really like it! My favorite I get here is the small deep 4 corner dish sausage and mushroom well done pizza. It's so good all four corners are crunchy with a chewy crust. The toppings are plenty and you get coupons for your next order. The place is in a strip mall and there is plenty of parking. This is only a take out place so no tables to eat your pizza. They do have a long parklike bench to wait for your pizza. They also have a tv to watch while you wait. The people here are nice and I haven't had issue with my pizza. Next time I will need to try their other styles of pizza from hand toss, NY style, thin, and gluten-free crust! You can also add flavors to your crust from buttered, Cajun, poppyseed, sesame seed, shredded Parmesan, garlic, Romano, turbo crust! I ask because the Arlington Heights location has been bringing their A game to my family for years... and I've got the expanded waistline and tighter clothes to prove it, especially after quarantine! The guys there know me and my family by name and have our preferred order (XL All Meaty, no ham, double sausage, turbo crust) saved, treat us like family, but they NEVER seem to be able to have pizzas ready when they say... because they're early! That Detroit style buttery crust and that sauce is just mmmmm! So yeah, they made me a touch chunkier, my wallet emptier, but it's soooo worth it! They don't wear masks. Hi my name is Nikita Biddle. I have been trying to contact someone about my complaint. I have went to jets pizza in Arlington heights at least 3-4 times in the past 2 weeks. After, ordering the first time, I was spoken to, by first name, by the manager when I didn't give me my first name nor did I introduce myself to him. So I was uncomfortable. On the contrary, when my pizza would get done while he was there, he did wait at the door for me to come and get it and had it already in his hands when I would approach, he did this twice. I thought that was professional. My first time going to this store, I saw a sign on the door that said that you must call to order. So I was trying to call and he saw me standing outside trying to call so he just opened the door and took my order in person then took my debit inside, while I waited outside, I thought this was nice. So I knew that I didn't have to call but only show up and pass my debit to whoever came to the door and tell them my order in person. But I ran into an issue with a very young male, on his shift, after I ordered by phone or text. He saw me walk up and knock on the door and all he did was look at me and my sister then walked away from us after walking toward us, he then went to the back and leaned on a sink and stared at us. He played in his hair, paced the floors, and watched me as I knocked on the windows. I believe he also put a cap on his head and continued to stand in the back, in the kitchen, and pace the floors while looking at me then continually ignoring me. He also grabbed a broom and started sweeping instead of assisting me. After a long time of ignoring me he then came to the door and said that I'm that obligated to serve you because you didn't call when you showed up. I told him the manager doesn't say that, he just has my pizza ready then I told him to stop picking on me and he told me no. My twin was here. Another man emerged to the front and saw this interaction, but he didn't get involved. I ran into another incident with this same young male the last time that I came to this location. He once again paced the floors, walked all around the back, after he saw us, stood around in random places, just staring at us and refusing to serve us. He came to the door with another lie and said I don't have to serve you because we close in 10-15 mins. I told him to give me my pizza. He closed the door in our faces and kept stalling us out and pacing the floors. He didn't lock the door so I opened it and said give me my pizza, your jealous and racist. Some men came from the back and spoke to him. I couldn't hear them. I closed the door and stayed outside. He finally gave me my pizza after they spoke to him. He tried to issue the same lie about closing time, even though our pizza was ready and I had just called in, I was furious and we stormed off. My pizza was cold, it seemed like it had been sitting in a heater for hours. It didn't taste fresh, it tasted like it had been sitting around for so long that it had lost its favor, it had no favor. This was the first time that I ran into this issue. It was burnt and overcooked, it was soo hard that it was a hard crunch with every bite. When you look at the pizza the entire tops and bottoms were dark and clearly overcooked. But I have noticed when I started ordering turbo crust, it would not be turbo and when I would complain about different orders, the manager would get an attitude with me. My pizza would sometimes not be cut right either. I called to speak to the owner and the manager that I met on the first day that I bought there answered the phone. He told me to tell him what happened, but he was there when the young man disrespected me and he to disrespected me by saying my name to me in a flirtatious manner the first day we met. I know that he doesn't have my best interest at heart, so I wasn't interested in speaking to him about my woes. He told me that he won't give me the owner's info and told me to call corporate and get it myself. I need these continuous issues to be looked into. I am incredibly angry and feel like we are being discriminated against because we're black and because we're black women who have no man around us to protect us from this staff. read more

Let's start out that I am a Jets Pizza fan from back when they only had a couple of locations in the Detroit suburbs. There is not much different about this location from the others in the Chicago area that I have visited. Quick and friendly service seems to be very consistent at all of the Jets Pizza locations. I noticed that the people that waited on me were smiling and seemed like they were having a lot of fun at their jobs. Perhaps this is the secret to their great products- a fun working atmosphere? As with all of the other locations that I have visited, it is take out only here. Orders can be placed by phone or on-line and will be ready and piping hot when you arrive. I am a fan of the 8-corner the same as other reviewers- I prefer the butter crust but their regular crust is very good too. Something to think about during the holidays is that if you ask, they will cut the pizza in smaller pieces- perfect to take to a party as a "to share" item! Give them a try when you are in the mood for tasty pizza at a budget friendly price. read more

It's Jet's!! I've had numerous Detroit-style pan pizzas from three different Jet's Pizza locations, and they all rock my mouth. I love love LOVE their crust, and every pizza - regardless of toppings - is cooked to crunchy/chewy Motor City square perfection. They're very generous with toppings, and evenly distribute everything so each bite is great. Another great thing about Jet's is that their pizzas have been consistent from order to order, and store to store... I'm literally copying-and-pasting this review between all three locations I've tried so far (Wheeling, Arlington Heights, and Lombard). In almost any other case, I wouldn't dream of such a thing, but all three of these locations' 8-corner pizzas have been flawless. read more

Wow! Awesome pizza! I got the deal of two slices and a drink. I am sometimes hesitant to order slices to go because lots of times it's been sitting around. I like my cheese to stretch!! I have been going to the Arlington Heights location since 2015 and I am very happy with the service and with the quality of their Pizza. The pizza is really delicious and is a great price. Their Detroit style pizza is my favorite because it's deep dish but not a "traditional" deep dish not just because it's in squares but Jet's pizza is very reasonablely priced whereas a traditional deep dish pizza can be very expensive. Every time I order the pizza I am amazed at how consistently they give you so much of whatever topping you ordered; I prefer the pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms and the pizza is covered with toppings lots of cheese, simply delicious!!!! I highly recommend this Jet's Pizza location because of their delicious pizza and outstanding service. And Sam the Manager is awesome! read more

The cheese sticks with turbo crust are by far the BEST I have ever had. I've ordered a lot of of cheese sticks in my day, and although not always sober when tasting them, this beats them all.
