I've been ordering from here weekly for 18 months. It just continues to get worse in both quality and consistency. Barely any sauce on the pizza, delivered room temperature and completely dried out from sitting on top of the oven waiting to be delivered. Ordered extra pepperoni and it wasn't any more pepperoni than usual. Something changed about 2 months ago and almost every pizza has been mediocre or worse. read more

We have been ordering from this Rosati's for years. The last time there was a big error on their part, we ordered from Lou Malnati's, Buffalo Grove but my Son accidentally went to Rosati's instead. The kid that was there apparently gave him somebody else's pizza with a name of Steve. I got home and I immediately called Rosati's and took the pizza that we did NOT order back. The kid got scared when I asked what happened and that I wanted to speak to a manager about this. He must have lied about his mistake because tonight, I randomly called in to place an order and the Mexican manager told me NO! He started attacking me saying that we did order from there. Even the manager from Lou Malnati's remembers that situation because I had called to see if my Son had arrived to pick up yet and when my Son arrived with a pizza from the wrong restaurant we did not understand what happened. We have been in the restaurant business for well over 55 years. We have been featured on Check Please, cooking shows and are very well recognized in the Northwest and North Shore suburbs. We are about our customers and we listen if there are issues because we have the "old school" mentality that the customer is always right. Without our customers we are nothing. I was treated very poorly and disrespected because of a poorly trained employee who lied. In my world you own mistakes you don't blame shortcomings on other people, especially not on loyal customers. This was an unanticipated situation and out of the ordinary but this is how Rosati's chose to handle it. Lou Malnati's laughed about this trying to figure out how this could happen. We never placed an order via phone, my Son walked in and they gave him Steve's pizza??? When I order my name is Elisa. Instead of telling my Son that there were no orders for us he took a payment. I called took it back and when I got there he apologized for the mistake but then lied to his manager, how convenient. I believe in Karma. Oh, and if you have an issue don't bother asking for the owner's info. The Mexican manager told me NO on giving me any information. He hung up on me and said that he would not cook for us. I am disgusted. One more thing, they don't wash the lettuce for salads. You won't see the fruit flies in your salad because of the Italian dressing. read more

In the past (several years ago) I had the WORST experience here. I ordered for delivery and they actually delivered the wrong pizza. I called to tell them what happened and the girl said their too busy so can I call back tomorrow. Tomorrow? I got the wrong pizza now! To make a long story short she REFUSED to talk on the phone, refused to get the manager and kept hanging up on me. I eventually had to go there with the pizza to get a refund and then she even refused to do that IN PERSON and STILL refused to get the manager or give me the GM's phone number. After several minutes (and yes I was yelling at this point) the cook came out, gave me a refund and the GM's number, and the manager STILL never came out. After talking with the GM he at least seemed concerned and told me he was putting my name in the system for 4 free pizzas. I told him not to bother cause I'll never be back. Well today they are advertising 1964 pricing for a large thin crust so I figured for a cheap price I'll give them a try again. Well they never answered the phone after being on hold for 25 minutes. While on hold I got on the other phone and tried to call a few other local rosatis locations. All those numbers came with a message saying (this number is no longer in service). Well rosatis has not changed at all, their still a poorly run, low budget SCAM imitation of a pizza place and this "supposed" 1964 pricing IMHO is a poor attempt to try and lure back customers. I can't understand how they stay in business. I'll be continuing to get pizza from MUGS for thin and Lou's for deep dish, their both WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY better! read more

Their business phone number is a cell phone and is often turned off so you cannot place an order. Besides for that the pizza is ok at best. Also turned the phone off to avoid the 60th anniversary deal read more

This is the 3rd time ordering from Rosati's...first 2 times was perfect...tonight they got my pizza wrong I said a veggie pizza with NO cheese and add spinach. Now I have to wait for them to make it again and now I know not to do delivery anymore!! read more

Been ordering there for years the thin crust has always been the greatest. The service is very nice, the staff is understanding and very fast. The worker on the phone told me it would take about 25 minutes and I cam a little early, after about 15 minutes, but the pizza was already ready. Amazing place and delicious foods. read more

I decided to scrap my New Year's diet for a day and headed straight for Rosati's. I've had their thin crust before an honestly I don't think I can tell it from other thin crusts. But tonight I had their double-dough. OMG it was good! Four pieces were plenty... so I had 8! The pizza was a perfect mix of sauce and meat and veggies! If I'm going off my diet I can't think of a better way to be bad than to eat more than I needed of one of these pizzas! Rosatis NEVER disappoints! Yesterday our real estate office had a pizza party. We ordered 3 large pizzas, wings, & salad. Our driver, OD, was prompt with delivery & extremely pleasant. The food was great, as usual! HIGHLY recommend the spinach classic. This is the pizza I thought would definitely result in leftovers but it was the first to go. If you've never had their stuffed pizza, you are most definitely missing out. It is absolutely incredible. ....I may be slightly biased seeing this was my first job, back in 2010. Rosati's is everywhere, yet it isn't considered one of the "big three" so people don't usually have it in their mind as a choice for pizza. I was in this trap until yesterday, which was my second time getting Rosati's. I must say, the first time I had Rosati's was from another location and I got a few thin crusts, which I was not impressed with...not that it was bad. Last night I got a deep dish and now I put Rosati's ahead of Giordano's when it comes to anything besides thin crust pizza. It doesn't have the thickness of Giordano's, or the patty style sausage like Lou's or Gino's. But damn is it delicious! They spice it up nicely and makes Giordano's look bland. Rosati's also has other Italian specialties, I think more so than most of the Chicago pizza chains. I cannot wait to taste some of their other items with these spices, though I will say I tried some of their alfredo and wasn't impressed (yet it was cheaper than a lot of other places charge). Overall, I am now converted. My family and I are long-time customers of this Rosati's location. The pizza is among the best you can get in the suburbs, in my opinion. The delivery is usually fairly quick, which isn't surprising considering they've known where we live for a very long time. Plus, we always get coupons with our purchase. I will say that in the past several years, Rosati's locations have been popping up all over the place, and the quality of food and service can differ greatly from one to the other. But I've always found this Rosati's to be a cut above. The pizza is great, the prices are decent, and the delivery is usually fast. What more can you ask for of a pizza joint? read more

Wife's out of town and I was craving a hearty and filling meal. Ordered the chicken Parmesan with Angel hair pasta, Cole slaw, and caesar salad. Although online order said 60 min, the delivery showed up in 30! Was great to see my order was accurate despite the various options I selected online. Food was straight-out-of-the-oven-warm. Portion was real large, not like most delivery places that skimp on delivery orders! Came with 2 huge slices of garlic bread...bonus. Food was absolutely delicious, perfect chicken with generous load of melted Parmesan on top. So much food I couldn't even finish it in one sitting (ate the rest for lunch today -jealous coworkers). I think they make solid pizza. My only issue is with their customer service. I called to ask them if their jalapenos were fresh or the pickled kind which taste like ass. I was told they were fresh. Obviously the person answering the phone didn't understand the concept of fresh vs pickled jalapenos as they turned out to be the kind drenched in giardiniera. Also, they wouldn't accept my coupon, claiming it "for the Glenview location." Absolute bush league move on their part. If you claim to be a franchise start acting like one. Wow, what a disappointment! Co-workers and I ordered delivery from Rosati's today and GROSS! For one thing, the order took over an hour to arrive (of which we were not advised of when placing the order initially) - so fried components of the order were inedible when we got them. French fries and calamari were disposed of. The calzone was OK, but again - due to the length of time for delivery, the cheese had solidified and made a gloppy mess. I live within walking distance of this place so it is super convenient to get take-out here and the prices aren't bad either. The wait time is short and the pizza is good. I usually get the deep dish and although it's isn't as good as my beloved Lou's I still enjoy it.
