On a recommendation from a friend, I decided to try Wing Snob, and I was honestly really impressed. The chicken was incredibly fresh and high quality. Everything was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and left me wanting more after every bite. Service was pretty standard, but solid. The person taking my order was knowledgeable about the menu and offered helpful recommendations, which I appreciated. The ambiance was just okay. It felt a bit dark inside, and I did notice that some tables weren't as clean as they should've been after previous guests, which was a bit of a downside. Overall, if you're looking for premium, high-quality chicken, this spot is definitely worth checking out. read more

I ordered a buffalo ranch sandwich. Asked for the buffalo sauce and ranch on the side and they charged me for $1.39 each for the buffalo sauce and ranch. How are earth does that make sense? Literally being charged $2.78 more for items that are included with my sandwich. Definitely not be coming back here. Scammers. read more

Wing Snob - #2 Garlic Parmesan Loaded Fries - Chicken Wings Near Me - Mt Prospect, Illinois

I've eaten here multiple times and I always order the boneless wings. Each time I order I always think that it's going to get better, but it actually ends up falling in quality the last time I ate here I took takeout and I had to call the store back because my boneless wings just looked odd. Sauces are decent however I feel like the store needs to do a better job at preparing their boneless wings and removing the excess fat from them because that is pretty much what I tasted. I would not return again for the wings. I've also had their Parmesan garlic fries and I have to say those are a 10 out of 10. Extremely crispy and very well seasoned. The location is kind of small and oddly enough they have a casino/gaming area that takes up a third of the store. we were the only ones in the store on both of my dine in visits. I have been told many people do love their bone in wings which I have yet to try. read more

I went here on a Sunday for the 20 wings for $20 special. I ordered through their app and got the garlic Parmesan, lemon pepper and buffalo. They didn't have any way for me to customize the wings or write a note on there so I would like that to be on the app one day. Since I was a new member of the app, I got free fries which was a nice bonus. The wings were actually pretty good and were very crispy and flavorful, while also being juicy. The customer service was also pretty good when I picked up my wings. I think what kind of irked me was that the wings didn't come with ranch or bleu cheese, those are extra add ons, while traditionally they would come with the meal. Also carrots and celery would come with the wings as well. So it just felt a little bit greedy to charge extra for things that come pretty standard with wings, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise the wings were good and my family loved them. read more

I've been craving good wings and had to check out this new clean location with great prices. Everyone was very friendly and I watched them doublecheck every single order for accuracy. All the food is fresh and marinated overnight. There are tons of flavors, which actually makes it hard to choose. The Cajun wings were good, spicy but not overpowering. The same with their Nashville hot chicken mini sandwich. The plain tenders were perfect. Even my very picky mother-in-law approved. Finally, there is the fries. For some reason I blurted out "Chicken and Waffle, please" when they asked what flavor I wanted. We all agreed that they were sticky but good. Honestly, they're kind of addictive. Thumbs up all around, almost unheard of in our home. read more

I tried the new Wing Snob restaurant for dinner for the first time tonight - it was actually pretty good! The employees up front are very friendly and attentive, and there wasn't really a big crowd yet for dinner time. I tried the Buffalo Cauliflower Wings and a regular fry - they were both very good. The cauliflower wings could have used a lot more sauce, but they were still tasty and fresh. The fries were also very fresh and crispy. It's pretty expensive, but definitely a nicer fast food place to check out. I'd recommend overall. Also fun trivia about this specific location - it used to be a Subway. read more

Ordered online for pickup at a specific time. Food was not ready when I got there, waited 15 minutes. Employee touched raw chicken, wiped his gloves and was going to touch another food. Customer next to me told him to change his gloves. Enployee did not seem experienced. Wings were not up to expectations. I will not be returning here again. read more

Second time I've ordered from here, but this time , I went inside and ordered the 20 piece traditional with fries and two dippers. I met this very nice guy name Zack and he was very friendly and polite and suggested that I order the 20 piece .I ordered the Parmesan which was very nice taste and moist and crunchy, then the other was original buffalo and remaining five was the sweet and tangy ones . It came with a large fries which was one of best fries we've had, Overall, will be back again and order a different flavor. read more

WingSnob knows their wings and its quite delicious. Located in a strip mall there is plenty of parking to go around. I arrived and there were a handful of people inside who had already ordered. We went up to the front counter to order. They also have a kiosk you can order from by the front door. I ordered the 6 PC meal with came with fries and a drink. I upgraded my fries to the Cajun ranch fries with was a great choice. My friend ordered the 10 pcs meal deal and got the wings half Buffalo and the other garlic parmesan with seasoned fries. We opted to dine in so we sat a table there's only about six tables in there. We waited for what seemed like forever for them to bring out our food, which I don't mind waiting on food because that means it's fresh and cooked to order. But with our wait time and them bringing out our food the food wasn't hot. It felt like it had been sitting for awhile. My fries came out without the ranch but our server noticed and took it back. The wings despite not being as hot as I'd like are good sizes. The garlic parm wasn't as flavorful as I thought it would be. The fries though-crispy goodness with every bite. I may have enjoyed the fries a bit more than the wings. They keep the place clean and there isn't much room for sitting so it is potentially a good place for take it. read more

Ordered the 10 pieces traditional wings and the sauces were great! Fries are crispy. However the wings were extremely dry and old. I ordered right when they open so my guess is they used previous day's cooked wings. This is my first time trying this location and safe to say that I will not be coming back if the quality is inconsistent and unreliable. read more

My first time at Wing Snob, I went visited with coworkers and realized the service was slow, but I still wanted to eat here again. Today, I ordered a 9-piece Traditional Meal Deal with an estimated wait time of 20 minutes, so I showed up after 30 minutes after the order was placed. Eventually, after my arrival I was told that Wing Snob had given my order away but offered to remake it. Honestly, I don't think my food was ever cooked in the first place, and a 'free' cornbread doesn't make up for the inconvenience and giving me 1less of a wing. If the food wasn't prepared, please just be upfront about it instead of making someone wait an additional 30 minutes and then offering cornbread as compensation, telling them that "I got you next time you come in" and shorting them on food. I'm disappointed tbh. :( read more

Wing Snob - "10PC TRADITIONAL MEAL DEAL" = 9PC TRADITIONAL MEAL DEAL. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Mt Prospect, Illinois

Chicken Mini (Sweet Heat BBQ Dry Rub) this could be really great, but between the breading on the chicken, & the roll, it was a lot to choke down, it needs something creamy: mayo, aioli, ranch dressing, a signature sauce. The dry rub though flavorful, the heat & sweet were missing, it tasted more like seasoned salt. Wings (Garlic Parmesan) Somehow I ended up with all flats which worked out because I prefer flats. The wings were meaty & the garlic parm coated the wings perfectly no pools of oil sogging out the wings. Coleslaw I'm torn on this one usually coleslaw is either vinegar based or creamy (mayo) & sweet, this was neither. I loved the crunch of the veggies, but there was no flavor besides the celery seeds sprinkled on top, & it was mostly dry. A blend of vinegar & mayo & a hint of sweetness would be nice, the acid would cut through the richness of the wings/sauces. Fries (Garlic Parm) I loved them, every last bite, & then I dragged my finger through the sauce. The fries were hot & crisp even after being sauced & the drive home. Cornbread my visit would've been perfect if not for the AWFUL cornbread. I'm not a wing snob, but I am a cornbread connoisseur & this was by far the absolute worst cornbread I've ever eaten. Artificial vanilla flavor & too sweet. Yuck. Overall WingSnob was a hit I will definitely return. read more

CAUTION! If there are any problems or concerns, these guys barely speak English so you won't get a satisfactory resolution. Customer service is non existent. Don't waste time trying to reach out to owner, Brian S. in Michigan as he ignores customer concerns as well. Their is too much decent competition to waste your precious money and time here. Also, Libertyville location is same. Barely any English spoken there. Any problems, you're out of luck. read more

Ordered and picked up 20 pc traditional wings, 10 with lemon pepper dry rub and another 10 with lemon pepper sauce. Imagine our surprise when we got home and were ready to eat, we noticed that all 20 were lemon pepper dry rub!! My son preferred the wet lemon pepper than the dry so he was very disappointed. He was actually the one who recommended to go to this place since he heard they have the wet lemon pepper and I didn't want to since it was a little farther (15-20 mins) compared to Wingstop, which was less than 5 mins from me. This was my first time ordering here and probably the last. read more

I ordered the cauliflower chicken with a chili sauce tossed also I had a chicken wings with the spicy rub. The chicken is a naked chicken so if you like that, then you will appreciate it. All was freshly cooked to order. Hit on arrival. Tasty. The owners was the cashier and he was very patient explaining how everything worked because my sister and I asked a lot of questions lol. The ambience was little cold, but it didn't matter. It's more of a pick up place even though they have seating. Linda read more

If a restaurant is going to state that they have better wings, they really should. This is not the case here. The wings were not really that good. I ordered buffalo and buffalo with lemon pepper and there was barely any sauce on either one. The fries were good, but you can tell they've been sitting out for some time. Service was great, as they had a lot of people talking and handing out orders. Ambiance was ok, just a typical wing place. But really, the food wasn't good at all. Lastly, one of the wings still had huge feathers on it. It was disgusting! When they were making the wings, did they not realize how disgusting it would be to have such a large feather still on it!
