The employees up front are very friendly and attentive, and there wasn't really a big crowd yet for dinner time. I tried the Buffalo Cauliflower Wings and a regular fry - they were both very good. The cauliflower wings could have used a lot more sauce, but they were still tasty and fresh. The fries were also very fresh and crispy. Today, I ordered a 9-piece Traditional Meal Deal with an estimated wait time of 20 minutes, so I showed up after 30 minutes after the order was placed. Eventually, after my arrival I was told that Wing Snob had given my order away but offered to remake it. Honestly, I don't think my food was ever cooked in the first place, and a 'free' cornbread doesn't make up for the inconvenience and giving me 1less of a wing. If the food wasn't prepared, please just be upfront about it instead of making someone wait an additional 30 minutes and then offering cornbread as compensation, telling them that "I got you next time you come in" and shorting them on food. We went up to the front counter to order. They also have a kiosk you can order from by the front door. I ordered the 6 PC meal with came with fries and a drink. I upgraded my fries to the Cajun ranch fries with was a great choice. My friend ordered the 10 pcs meal deal and got the wings half Buffalo and the other garlic parmesan with seasoned fries. We opted to dine in so we sat a table there's only about six tables in there. We waited for what seemed like forever for them to bring out our food, which I don't mind waiting on food because that means it's fresh and cooked to order. But with our wait time and them bringing out our food the food wasn't hot. It felt like it had been sitting for awhile. My fries came out without the ranch but our server noticed and took it back. A blend of vinegar & mayo & a hint of sweetness would be nice, the acid would cut through the richness of the wings/sauces. Fries (Garlic Parm) I loved them, every last bite, & then I dragged my finger through the sauce. The fries were hot & crisp even after being sauced & the drive home. Cornbread my visit would've been perfect if not for the AWFUL cornbread. I'm not a wing snob, but I am a cornbread connoisseur & this was by far the absolute worst cornbread I've ever eaten. I ordered buffalo and buffalo with lemon pepper and there was barely any sauce on either one. The fries were good, but you can tell they've been sitting out for some time. Service was great, as they had a lot of people talking and handing out orders. Ambiance was ok, just a typical wing place. But really, the food wasn't good at all. Lastly, one of the wings still had huge feathers on it. It was disgusting! When they were making the wings, did they not realize how disgusting it would be to have such a large feather still on it!
