As Chic-fil-a goes, this location has done fairly well since its been open. I generally have good experiences here and can't say I have had any specific issues. I won't get into pricing since those are obviously corporate level decisions. It seems sometimes the cleanliness can be hit or miss, though It's never terrible. They always have done a good job getting out meals out in a super reasonable amount of time, even when we are rushed to catch a movie down the street. There may have been a couple of slow times in the drive thru lines, but whatcha gonna do about a dinner rush? Food quality is always great, though the last time I came in for lunch I felt like the fries may have been a little too salty. The praise for the chicken is on point! It blows away most other fast food chicken with fresh flavors and juiciness. CFA nuggets are always a banger. Whilst I do feel that CFA is overhyped, it is great food and great vibes. My teenager has phased out of asking me to eat here often, but I went through the drive thru to purchase a Diet Dr. Pepper to tackle a Monday. I used the mobile app because I can ask for things like light ice. I was greeted warmly through the drive thru (although they did not say their usual catchphrase when our interaction was complete lol), the drink was correct and poured correctly. Pebble ice is my favorite ice so I was a happy camper. I get their bags of ice for holidays, school events, etc. All of the collective times I have been here, the food is delicious, the portions fair, and the staff friendly. Good ole Chick-fil-A! My absolute favorite fast food place. Let's be real, it's no joke the chicken here is good. Juicy, fresh, and unrecognizable as "fast food" chicken. While their chicken sandwiches are delicious, I personally absolutely adore their salads. They hands down have the best salads in the fast good game. Their spicy southwest salad with their creamy salsa dressing is such a game changer and yes, I basically get that 90% of the time at Chick-fil-A. Not to mention their SAUCE - please, I buy their XL bottled sauce from Walmart every few months. This location can get tight since it's a very busy hub in Randhurst (3 mins from AMC theater and by all the stores located in Randhurst). Every time I come here their drive-thru lines are pretty long but go relatively quickly. When dining inside, I usually come across dirty tables. I do see it get cleaned later but not after a little bit of time, even when it's not super busy. This isn't my favorite location but I don't mind going here. This is a very high quality CFA. The food is consistently good. The service is excellent. Especially at night, it has a younger (high school) clientele. Tonight I tried the free chicken sandwich when the Cubs win at home... and it worked! But you need the mobile app. CFA is a family favorite, but don't forget, it's closed on Sundays. Disorganized. I ordered curbside in the app and there were no spaces. Went to drive thru hoping to pick up my food but the person standing at the drive thru line said he couldn't help and that I'd have to wait in the drive thru line, pull thru, then wait for a spot. This location is ah-mazing! I've never had a less than superior experience. And even in quarantine and peak lunch hour going through the drive-through, the employees were prepared, courteous, and extremely efficient. Even in the rain they were well-protected, had a sanitation station, and their tablets on hand to check and facilitate orders. The frontline assembly to optimize the flow of traffic was impressive. So aggravating every time.  Drive through packed between 2 major streets must wait to get in line & then no way out of line if too long.   They hand bag & run can't alert incorrect.  Cars behind honk but no one returns.   Door Dash faster but they can't check.  CFA should show them what's in bag & check against order.   Got only piece chicken tasting like beer steamed or spoiled, & 2 things didn't order.  Threw out, reordered pimento to try.  Couldn't taste honey, pimento didn't taste like  original jar cheese, nondescript bad.  They've regressed since discontinuing tuna.  No idea what people like there. read more

Ordering from this location is an inconvenience. They consistently missed items in my order (curbside, drive through, or dine in). And for the cherry on top, last dine-in i was here and sat down with a big group, at one of the two large tables they have, i was asked to move my chair every 5min. The chairs from our table were placed in front of the door leading to the kids playground (which is closed). However, the staff is currently using it as a locker room. So staff members were going in and out. After having to move for the 3rd time after we had been there only 10min, I have asked one of the members to let a manager know that it's not convenient and if the staff can not use that room for while (promising we'll eat and leave as soon as we're done). Of course, no change. Staff continued to go to the locker. If there'd been another available large table, we would've moved. read more

What a strange experience- it wasn't even busy and I went through drive through. They now are trying to do what Portillo's does and have a worker come out and take your order. This kid stops my car short of the menu to start taking my order. Mind you there's no cars in line and from also two lanes. I tell him nicely, can I please see the menu? And I pull up and this kid runs up to the menu and stands in front of it. Just waiting for me to give him my order. I tell him very nicely again that I wanted to see the menu. He doesn't move. I was out early today and hadn't had breakfast. I haven't been to any Chick-fil-a in quite awhile. I decided to check them out, I went through the drive-thru. Noticed they had a hash brown scrambler bowl with bacon. The young lady who helped me was very patient, as I said it's been a couple of years, she was so nice when I drove up to pay and get my meal. I was so excited when I looked on Yelp and saw that this location is not too far from the hotel. Hubby and I went for breakfast. All I wanted to do was come on here (Yelp) and write a nice review of a good, Christian, conservative owned company which offers awesome chicken sandwiches. Give it a four star rating and call it a night. The adjectives don't matter much, I just threw those in for good measure. I like Chick-fil-A for offering something different than just fake ground beef. Instead I'm beckoned with a review which took me to the web in search of more information. What exactly is included in the "signature spices"!! --- MSG! No wonder it's so tasty... and about a hundred other ingredients. Aw man, I'm bummed now. For those unwilling to do the research and stay deafened to the food truths; it's a tasty chicken sandwich, an alternative to what we're forced to eat at drive thru's across Chicagoland. I like the chicken strips and the spicy chicken sandwich. I like their waffle chips once in awhile, although I'll usually upgrade to fresh fruit or fruit and yogurt. For a family of four, if dining in and with assorted sandwich combo's you can expect your table total to max around thirty five dollars with tax. In comparison to any other fast food restaurant Chick-fil-A is of the highest grade. But personally, with this new found knowledge of what's found in their signature spices, I don't think I'll be checking them out as often as before. I am truly surprised to see so many poor reviews from this location. Chick fil a is one of few fast food restaurants to me that is consistent with quality and accuracy. I have maybe had twice where fries weren't fresh and that's out of MANY visits. The workers are friendly, and the ordering process is usually pretty timely. Not to mention, Chick has a great rewards app (though they don't seem to give out freebies as much as in the past). The food is tasty and consistent and I have not had issues with orders or receiving sauce I requested, as others mentioned. We are used to the efficiency and cleanliness of the Schaumburg, IL location. This Mt. Prospect location pales in comparison. - Dirty bathrooms. I approached staff to please clean the bathroom when we were there because it was so dirty. The staff were receptive so I give them that. - Play area is closed. That's part of the fun of Chik-fil-a. The Schaumburg one is open. This one is used for storage. Why? - Dirty dining room. I wiped down our table because it was sticky. All other tables I saw had crumbs on it and/or were most sticky. Floors were dirty as well. - Our food took a long time to prepare. I checked at the counter to make sure they did not give our order to someone else. I understand that almost all businesses are experiencing staff shortage. I am not sure if that is the case with this location. The Schaumburg one functions like a well-oiled machine with what looks like the same amount of staff. The Schaumburg location is Efficient, clean, and has friendly staff. I am not sure if the franchise owner if the Mt Prospect location does not train its staff well to do a good job, or if they cAre at al about the performance of their restaurant. You could tell the difference. I suggest you travel to Schaumburg Chik-fil-a if you are craving the goodness and service of a Chik-fil-a location as outlined by corporate. read more

Not my first time there and not my first time they messed up my order. It will be my last visit. I placed an order through drive through. Got home and both adult meals were wrong. They gave 8 piece chicken instead of a sandwich and a deluxe chicken instead of spicy. The only way I could get a refund is by going back in the restaurant or they would give me a free sandwich. However I had to come back in 2 weeks to redeem. Ridiculous The replacement chicken would expire in 2 weeks. Save your money and your time. Go elsewhere. read more

Horrible service!!! A man named Alan at chick-fil-A denied our rights for the freedom of speech. Alan hated us so much that he denied our rights to milkshakes!!!!!! The people infront of us got milkshakes and the people in the place got milkshakes too! We also saw them making milkshakes and when we asked why we didn't get milkshakes too, Alan rolled his eyes and said they were out and then he got red because everyone got their milkshakes but we didn't.
