This place is terrible. Last night went to get dinner. Ordered two meals. Only got one fry. The employees seemed more interested in the free shakes the manager said they could have. Barely had any fries in the one that we got. Service was slower than i remember at this location, which ia why it has to be a last resort to come to this location.

Awesome place. Love the food. Never had a bad time here. And not very expensive. And they are everywhere so no matter where you are you can enjoy it too.

Good ole Chick-fil-A! My absolute favorite fast food place. Let's be real, it's no joke the chicken here is good. Juicy, fresh, and unrecognizable as "fast food" chicken. While their chicken sandwiches are delicious, I personally absolutely adore their salads. They hands down have the best salads in the fast good game. Their spicy southwest salad with their creamy salsa dressing is such a game changer and yes, I basically get that 90% of the time at Chick-fil-A. Not to mention their SAUCE - please, I buy their XL bottled sauce from Walmart every few months. This location can get tight since it's a very busy hub in Randhurst (3 mins from AMC theater and by all the stores located in Randhurst). Every time I come here their drive-thru lines are pretty long but go relatively quickly. When dining inside, I usually come across dirty tables. I do see it get cleaned later but not after a little bit of time, even when it's not super busy. This isn't my favorite location but I don't mind going here. Love Chick-fil-A - I will be back!

06/03/24 - I got my new tires & rims @ Discount Tires. It felt good but I needed to git sum chow so I passed Chick-Fil-A & got me a Chicken Cobb Salad @ Chick-Fil-A w/avocado lime dressing my go to meal. A good healthy meal full of yumminess. I love their salad always good to the last bite

This is a very high quality CFA. The food is consistently good. The service is excellent. Especially at night, it has a younger (high school) clientele. Tonight I tried the free chicken sandwich when the Cubs win at home... and it worked! But you need the mobile app. CFA is a family favorite, but don't forget, it's closed on Sundays. Highly recommended!

We were able to snag a back table so not loud and we can hear the whole table. We started with the Hearts of Palm salad to share. It was perfect to share with three people as a starter and we all loved the lemon vinaigrette. For entrees - I got the thin crust Garden Pizza special - artichokes, pesto, pine nuts, other veggies. I thought it was delicious and it reheated very nicely the next day. Others at the table - got the salmon, sausage pizza and spicy vodka pasta. Everyone enjoyed. Our server (AJ) was fabulous and joked with the table - he made the experience enjoyable as well as the atmosphere of the restaurant. While we're not in Arlington Heights often, it is a place I would recommend.

The evening began with the sort of optimism that has historically led men into bankruptcy, war, and…read moresecond marriages. The hostess appeared wearing a blue-and-white striped sweater hanging off one shoulder like she'd stepped out of an Italian perfume commercial. Around her neck was one of those little cornicello pepper necklaces, dangling just enough to suggest fate had finally decided to throw me a bone. Blue eyes. Not "blue." The kind of blue sailors used to abandon families over. She laughed at one of my jokes. That was all the encouragement my diseased brain required. I immediately conducted a full tactical assessment of the restaurant. The P.O.A. Index... ...was approaching DEFCON 1. Every direction I looked was another devastatingly attractive waitress carrying Aperol Spritzes with effortless confidence. It was like wandering into a government-funded supermodel relocation program. Then... A shadow fell across the table. A man. Our waiter was a man. Christ Almighty. The emotional whiplash nearly snapped my neck. It's like going to the zoo hoping to see lions and discovering the enclosure has been replaced with an accountant named Kevin. There are beautiful women everywhere, and somehow I'm discussing pasta recommendations with a guy who probably knows three different olive oils by taste. Cruel. Absolutely cruel. To his credit, the b@5tard was outstanding. Friendly. Fast. Knew the menu inside and out. Kept the drinks full. Never interrupted. The s.o.b. gave me absolutely nothing to complain about, which only deepened my resentment. The food, meanwhile, was infuriatingly good. The pizzas arrived looking like they'd been blessed by an Italian grandmother carrying unresolved anger from 1947. Thin crust. Fresh mozzarella. Just enough char to remind you that ovens are supposed to flirt with fire, not electricity. The pasta had that unmistakable handmade texture that makes Olive Garden feel like a felony. The cocktails disappeared with alarming speed. By my third Negroni, I was convinced I could hear Dean Martin narrating my life. Walking out, I glanced back toward the hostess one last time. She smiled. For approximately three seconds I considered abandoning my entire life to become a part-time sommelier with absolutely no qualifications. Then reality returned. The male waiter handed me the check. Four stars. The food was phenomenal. The cocktails were dangerous. The hostess should be classified as an Italian national treasure. And our waiter deserves a raise... despite committing the unforgivable crime of existing between me and the waitresses.

And, dare I say, better version. Except for their avgolemeno soup. Such a weak travesty. Please fix this. It's just a watery mess. However, everything else is delicious. I ordered the Greek Chicken with their lemon-butter rice. They debone the chicken and serve atop a mountain of their rice. If also had their potatoes (which are good) but the rice is magical. The first time we went, they had a serve yourself soda fountain and they since got rid of it and sell soda in bottles and cans. They do still have a self-serve water station. Once you order, staff will bring to your table, so please tip when you order or leave on the table as they do come by and clear your table as well. The food itself did not take too long to come out. Also, when there was a mistake with one of the orders, it was taken care of without any issues. Food Fried potatoes This was a recommended side. The potatoes themselves were crispy with a fluffy middle. It came with a spicy mayo type of dipping sauce which tasted good other than the fact that dipping the potatoes in it did not really get that much sauce on them. I would recommend this side dish. French onion grilled cheese The French onion grilled cheese is a very tasty dish. It has the sweetness of the caramelized onion and nice cheese pull. It is a rich dish so eating cause food fatigue. We got it with bacon. It was good but not really necessary. Crispy chicken sandwich This is the chicken sandwich seen on tiktok. The cutlet is thick and it was fried with a light coating. The chicken sandwich was juicy. I think mine might have needed a little more seasoning (my own preference). Overall The scratchboard kitchen is a nice place to go and have a bite to eat. It has a nice array of food and drink options. I would recommend at least trying the food and enjoying the ambiance and service.

In the other hand, their "Pesto Cavatappi" was served warmed and you could tell it was just made. The chicken on this dish tasted very good and the texture was very different from the Chicken Parm. I would recommend this dish instead of their number one as it was told to us by the server. We ordered two cappuccinos and their Flourless Chocolate Cake. Both cappuccinos were very milky and not warm enough. The dessert was really good but it also took a while to get it. We were half way done with our cappuccinos. Price - I feel they are priced too high for a chicken dish and pasta. Although it is a good portion it is still chicken and pasta. It was $31 for the chicken parm and $26 for the Cavatappi.
