This five guys literally is extremely impressive and honestly the best location I've been to because of the taste of the burger, friendly staff and cleanliness. I purchased the combo deal for $13 which includes fries, burger and drink. You are allowed free refills on your beverage of choice and the portions were extremely generous especially the fries. I love the fact that you can fill up on peanuts too taking as many helpings as you wish while dining in the premises. I had a great time and it was definitely worth the price. I now avoid all the other fast food burgers. If 5 Guys is around that is the place to go. We all know they overload you on fries, the burgers are juicy, fresh and made to order. Plus there is a level of service above most chains. I've gone to this location several times and they always make sure things are done right. The few times they made a mistake--no questions ask the prepped everything fresh again. Not only did the promptly make me a fresh burger (mine had the wrong toppings), but they gave me new fries so that everything was fresh when I ate that. On Saturday August 30, 2025, I was trekking northbound Rand Rd. heading up to McHenry Drive-In Cinema for the "Jaws 50th Anniversary" showing when I decided to stop by here and grab a burger. Two burgers that were no better than a fast-food joint's, and one order of fries = $40. Please! I paid $14 for a damn good sirloin burger at Flemmings Steak House and it was worth every penny. This place? A rip-off. Don't be duped by their "small" and "large". Most people think a small burger is a kid-sized one, so they will order a large one for an adult. But, this gimmick at Five Guys is that a "small" is just a regular, single-patty burger. A "large" is a double-patty burger. Went here today for a late lunch. Very friendly workers who were on top of everything. I ordered a for myself a cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce, they asked about gluten allergy. My wife order a cheeseburger in the bun. The workers were very cognizant of food allergies and packaged my burger separate from wife's burger's. Burgers, fries and shakes were excellent. Burger was good. Fries a bit greasy, but good. Peanuts were stale. The entire time we were eating, the person working there was sweeping all around us and noisily dragging around chairs, basically spoiling our enjoyment. They may want to consider we are humans, and just paid a pretty good sum of money to have a meal. Will consider going back with a carryout burger, sans fries. read more

Zero stars. Went in there on a Thursday and ordered what I usually order from a burger joint- cheeseburger with fries. Now I hadn't been to a five guys in awhile but apparently the jacked the rates so high that if you want a cheeseburger you'll need to pay $20, or $30 with fries and a drink. WTH?? Now if it were a world class high quality Kobe beef I could understand, but it's not. Food was mediocre and service was worse. Ripoff central y'all! First time ordering. The building shares a lot with a Starbucks, so there was a line to get to the building. Flagged down an employee just getting to work, and asked if it was their drive thru or if I could order in store. He was very polite, explained that it was starbucks n not theirs, and to give him 5 minutes to open the store and come on in to order. I didn't know what time they opened. It was early. When he opened the store, he waved me in from the door, and asked if I'd ever been there before. Told him I hadn't and he explained how to order. Super impressed with the employees working, the cleanliness of the store, and the quality, quickness and temp of the food. Will be back again! read more

Really enjoy Five Guys when I get a hankering for a good burger! It's not cheap though (hence the four stars instead of 5 star rating), so be prepared for ~$30+ for two burgers, share a regular size fry and two regular sized fountain drinks. I love their fries, they are cooked in peanut oil. I have an allergy to peanuts (not anaphylactic, just a rash) but have not had a problem with their fries. read more

The staff greeted us the first time we walked in and I can say that their service is phenomenal! Their staff are great, well trained, cooperative, patient, professional, kind and friendly. They would talk to you properly and assist you with your menu and with other things (finding a place to sit on, questions about the place itself, etc. Other than their great service and great ambiance, is their high quality foods. Their foods on the menu are really highlighted with delicious treats and goodies that would really satisfy your cravings. I'm growing to like this place each time I go there. Always greeted with someone pleasant at the counter. Always clean store. Music too punk rock for anyone over 35. The burgers taste like a quality Wendy's type burger and not very big either. Great variety of soft drinks to choose from. Gotta say the few times there, the buns are for shit. They always fall apart and should upgrade to a Turano bun. The menu is limited to a few things which is fine as long as the quality stays high. The fresh cut fries are to die for.
