I use an app to order takeout from Wingstop. I have to say they were efficient; the food was ready in 10-15 minutes and I was impressed with how they packed my meal. I ordered the 10-piece combo meal. It offers a solid mixture of drums and flats. The wings are of reasonable size. I think they overcooked it because it was slightly dry. I tried their new maple sriracha sauce, which has a strong maple scent but no sriracha flavor. It has a pleasant heat to it. The sauce is ok compared to garlic parmesan. The wings were not coated in sauce at all. There is no garlic flavor that I can discern. Their hand cut fries were okay; they were crispy and sweet, so I figured they were seasoned with sugar. I think it's unique since it's both sweet and salty. In addition, I had a triple chocolate chunk brownie. I can't possibly finish my meal without dessert. This used to be my local go to Wingstop and it ran really well under Debbie. About three or four months ago she sold out to new people. My average weekly order ran about $50. Customer service was always pleasant etc. needless to say I was shocked when I called in my weekly order and reminded them that I had a credit for two ranch sauces they had forgotten the last time. They switch me back-and-forth to the manager Who kept saying that they were the new owners and he can't do anything for me. They also got upset when I told them that my first three drink choices were out and they had to change them somewhere.
