I recently checked out RC Supply Co. and had the hanger steak definitely did not disappoint. The steak was cooked perfectly, super tender, and packed with flavor. You can tell they know what they're doing in the kitchen. The atmosphere was great too cool vibe without trying too hard, and the service was friendly and on point. Everything came out at a good pace, and the staff made sure we had what we needed without being overbearing. If you're thinking about what to order, go for the hanger steak. Overall, the food was good and the portions were outstanding. Michelle/Michael was not our server. I believe he was a food runner helping with take out. He was very helpful and attentive. Our designated server had an off day I assume--tired, not friendly, no smiles, no enthusiasm, clearly did not want to be of service, and created an uncomfortable experience within 5 minutes of being seated at a cozy and comfortable booth. He yawned at our table as he brought bread. Never smiled, didn't take our orders correctly. Didn't repeat the order. Did not offer any dessert (maybe this place doesn't have any). And, not once checked up on us to see how we were feeling about our meal. When my wife called him over to order the Chicken Wings dish, he just had a blank stare. As he walked away I had to call him back to inquire about what dipping sauces were available. It was so baffling, we had to speak with the couple at the next booth about their experience. By the way, we order several dishes like, * Tuna Crudo * Chicken Wings * French Onion Soup * 1/2 Smoked Chicken * Crispy Shanghai Brussel Sprouts Just to be clear, the dishes were great and I wish we had an opportunity for dessert. Though my wife had visited a few times , this was my first time at Rivers Casino and RC Supply Co. We came from O'Hare airport on a Friday night for a late evening dinner. The casino parking lot was packed and the casino itself very busy with customers enjoying slot play. The restaurant looks nice from both the outside and inside and while busy was able to accommodate us immediately. Had we thought ahead, we might even have booked a reservation through OpenTable. My wife and I ordered food to share. She got a salad and chicken marsala, I got a tortilla soup. Portion sizes were reasonable, and the food was very tasty. I really have no complaints at all. Service was outstanding and the atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable. Even with all the noise in the casino outside, the restaurant was quite enough to have a good conversation. read more

Great restaurant inside Rivers Casino. We've tried a variety of their offerings including: shrimp and noodles, chicken Parmesan, chicken Marsala, pan pizza, chopped salad, short rib grilled cheese. Every single one was delicious. They recently added a lunch special menu, which offers smaller portions for lower prices. Lots of choices. All meals start with homemade Parkerhouse rolls, served warm. Service has always been good. Food comes out quickly. Very convenient place if you're there to gamble, but well worth the trip if you're not there to gamble. read more

Sooooo delicious! This is a restaurant inside Rivers Casino. Made a reservation through Open Table so we could eat before we saw a 90's band play there. Anyway, we were promptly seated, and our server was super friendly. Our food also came out SO fast!! We ordered the roasted Brussel sprouts as a starter, and they are hands down the most delicious green vegetable I've ever eaten. Perfectly charred and caramelized without being burned. RC supply is a new restaurant located in Rivers casino. I love the look of this restaurant, it is very modern with industrial vibes. We were seated very quickly and all the staff was very polite. I ended up ordering the signature burger and for drinks I had the bend and ginger snap. The bend and ginger snap was very good. A nice and refreshing drink. It is a very balanced drink leaning on the sweet side though I wish it was a bit more ginger forward, overall very tasty. The signature burger was also good and cooked as ordered. The onion jam is amazing and a great punchy flavor bomb. It came with a huge side of fries. They were crispy and seasoned well. Portion sizes here are very generous. Service unfortunately was a mixed bag. One of the orders in our group was missed completely. Our entrees and seating positions were mixed up by the staff. I think this restaurant has a lot of potential, I would give it a few weeks to work out service issues. I want to give it another try in the future read more

This place was a pleasant surprise. From beginning to end we have a great experience. Our server was very helpful and not over the top pushy. We started with the crab hush puppies - they were out of this world good. Our meals came out and all were very good. Our table had the crab crusted snapper, the grilled salmon, the shrimp and noodles and the steak. Everyone enjoyed their meals and said they would order them again in a heart beat. We sat in the bar area and it had the excitement feel of the casino sounds but they had a back area of the restaurant if you were looking for more quiet ambiance. My second time at RC Supply with my boyfriend. The interior is very modern, classic, and romantic. Great date night spot hidden inside a casino. We love their complimentary bread. Service was great with each visit. My boyfriend loves their Frutti Di Mare pasta here, which is his go-to here. The last time we came, we got the pork belly bao buns, Frutti Di Mare, bone-in pork chop, lychee martini, and Japanese yuzu whiskey sour. The portions were generous, but my pork chop did not hit the spot. I'm not a fan of carrots, but the carrots that came with the pork chop were delicious. Pasta? Delicious. The Lychee martini was too sweet for my taste, but the whisky sour was pretty yummy. Our second time here, we got the pasta and a full rack of baby back ribs. The ribs came with coleslaw, corn muffins, and fries. I thought the fries would be soggy being placed under the ribs, but it was perfectly crispy and delicious. My boyfriend said it was one of the best ribs he has ever had. We were both shocked by the size. The value was amazing for what we got. The BBQ flavor was quite different than what I'm used to, but it was overall solid. It was very filling and we ended up taking half of the ribs to go. read more

This restaurant is buried deep in the bowls of The Rivers Casino (RC). It has no business being nearly as good as it is! It's roomy, clean, and appropriately well-lit (very unusual for a casino). The service was excellent, with waitstaff that have eaten the items on the menu and made honest and informed recommendations. when i booked this reservation, i had no idea it was located inside a casino. i was early, so i played this very addictive fish slot game, and won $85.85. with my new earnings burning a hole in my purse, i asked the hostess if i could be seated early. she was quite helpful, and was taken to a booth in the same room as the bar. like an idiot, i was overdressed, as a man quite close to me sported a saucy, well worn tank shirt and cargo pants. part of me envied his complete lack of caring, the other part of me screamed for a gin and tonic. our server was okay. not great. okay. we ordered drinks and of entertained ourselves looking around the restaurant. ho hum. anyway, my lovely date ordered beer battered fish and chips. i had the new york steak. the portions on the fish and chips was quite generous, i felt my arteries clogging just looking at the concoction. my steak was warm, not hot. apparently, the accompanying potatoes and carrots decided to join the steak, and my entire meal was lukewarm. at least the food temperature stayed consistent with my pinor noir. this review is quite boring and lacks my usual sass and and wanderings. is this my new 2025? what a dreadful thought. read more

We were greeted warmly by the hostess and directed to our table. Our waitress came very quickly to take our drink order. We were waiting on two more guests, the waitress was very patient and understanding. Our drinks arrived - Old Fashions and a Salted Caramel Espresso Martini - ALL WERE AMAZING! We ordered our food, most of us ordered the Braised Short Ribs - let me tell you...THEY WERE DELICIOUS, everything on the plate was yummy. And portions are very generous. 2nd time there. I wanted to try the BBQ Brisket sandwich. It was awful! stringy, chewy, cold. Comes with a small cup of BBQ sauce. there were hidden slices of blubbery fat underneath the strings of meat. Brisket should be sliced, not shredded. A large pile of fries that were cold and very crunchy. The coleslaw was very bland. All this with a charge of $20. Plus a cup of hot tea was $4. No refills of hot water were ever offered. I kick myself for not voicing my opinion to Jose, our server. My Bad! On the flip side, I've had their burgers and they are excellent. My friend and I tried the new restaurant inside Rivers casino today. It is nicely decorated and the tables are adequately spaced. Our server tried her best however, her English was very weak and she had a difficult time understanding any simple request we asked. We shared a calamari and a cheeseburger. The calamari was fair. The cheeseburger crumbled apart but was tasty and was overpowered by the bun. The French fries were way more than two people could eat and were the best part of our lunch. We did bring our concerns to the manager's attention who offered a dessert. We declined since I explained I'm a diabetic. No consideration was given towards our bill. Not better than Flipt! We made our first visit to Rivers Casino since The Pandemic and decided to try the new restaurant, largely because its menu looked significantly cheaper than our previous go-to, Hugo's. It was excellent. Our server brought COMPLIMENTARY fresh baked rolls with sweet butter. They were great. We ordered a side Caesar salad, Bang Bang Shrimp, and Colossal Fish and Chips. All were brought out in a timely manner, in the order we wanted, and all were more than generous proportions. The side Caesar was large enough to share and was dressed just right. The Bang Bang Shrimp was a huge portion and was delicious. The fish was light and fluffy with a giant portion of fries. We had no room for dessert. Our server offered to pack up leftovers and add a COMPLIMENTARY order of rolls! Our bill was $52.17. (We had carried in drinks from the casino.) Definitely worth going whether you gamble or not. read more
