    Kids CIMA Breakfast
    Clarrisa N.

We went on Mother's Day, in which they had a Mother's Day menu special. A kids menu is available. I got a latte which was delicious and we all had brunch menu items. Their servings are larger than normal. They are located inside the hotel, which was very clean and staff were very friendly.

This is the restaurant in the lobby of the Hyatt Centric hotel. I came here around 6pm on a Saturday and had no wait for a table at all. It wasn't very busy. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I got an iced tea with lemon to drink. It came with three lemon wedges in a plate on the side for me to add at my leisure which was nice. To eat I started with the potato leek soup. It was good - came out nice and hot and was well seasoned. Just the right start on a cold December night. For my entree I had their burger which came with cheese, carmelized onions, lettuce, tomato, and an aioli. All this made for a juicy messy burger! It was cooked properly as well and overall very good! You can have a salad or fries with your burger and I went with the salad and their house red wine vinaigrette dressing. All in all a pleasant meal with friendly attentive staff!!

We want to give a shout out to our server, Michael. He did a fantastic job, was very personable, kind and helpful. We would come back to the restaurant just to support and see him again. Cima is a newer restaurant that's been around for about four months. You can tell the chef has fine dining culinary experience. We tried to sample across the menu as much as we could with what our stomachs would allow. We loved the ambiance of the restaurant and the decor. It also has a beautiful outdoor space as well. The food is a flavor adventure for sure! Lots of different profiles. I give the chef a lot of credit. He's willing to try new pairings that you don't see in typical restaurants. I really like that they try to use local ingredients and have a rotating menu. Highly recommend the baked feta to share. The honey is a nice touch! The four-star mushroom ragout was something you don't normally see anywhere and totally worth the order. My wife had the pan seared branzino. It was crispy and delicious. The fish was uniquely paired with thin apple on top. I respect trying things outside of the norm and look forward to seeing all the different creations this culinary team has to offer. We will definitely dine here again. Thank you for a great dinner and evening!

We stopped here after our flight got in for a late lunch and everything was delicious! The bruschetta appetizer and Coma salad were both amazing and fresh. My husband had a chicken wrap and especially loved the fries. Great service too.

CIMA is by far one of the better hotel restaurants I've eaten at. Usually hotel restaurants are easy to pass up but CIMA knows what they're doing! After Hyatt Centric revamped their whole brand, they took CIMA along with them -- I would describe their brand as modern and approachable. We've dined here twice and both times got their Lamb and Classic Burger, it was that good! I also got their Old Fashioned which was very well balanced. The have a full bar stocked with high quality spirits. My lamb burger was delicious, so flavorful and the meat to bun ratio was perfect. Fries were nicely cooked and seasoned but I will say that I wish it came with more fries if I had to be particular. Service is friendly and the vibe in here is laid back. If you are in the area for a long layover in O'Hare, CIMA is definitely worth checking out!

Stunning! They just redid the whole hotel but brought a new chef in from Chicago. All the food was so fresh and so good! The old fashion was delicious, very traditional and solid with a great wine list. The restaurant and foyer was absolutely stunning, they did such a good job! I love the location too, will definitely be a huge hit with being right next to the airport.

    Banana Cake Dessert

My fiance and I had a layover in Chicago and stayed at the Hyatt Centric. Cima is located off of the lobby of the hotel. We each got a burger and they were absolutely amazing, probably one of the top 10 burgers in my lifetime. My fiance got a salad as her side and loved that, as well. The burger and a side (fries or salad) was about 17 dollars, not bad for the quality and quantity of food we got! For dessert we got the banana cake and it was delicious. Our server was Michael and he was very friendly and helpful. It was his recommendation to get the banana cake and he didn't miss! He is the definition of what customer service should be. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly. If we are ever in Chicago again, I'd look forward to stopping here for another great meal!

She walked away and then a gentleman walks up and literally asked us what we wanted. Food, drinks, what? I said, nothing....we don't want anything and we left. I understand (and presume due to the proximity to the airport) that a lot of their clientele are business travelers looking primarily for drinks at the bar. But my wife and I were dressed down and they just assumed we just wanted to eat at the bar. It just rubbed me the wrong way. We left and won't be coming back. Service was excellent and the food selection was perfect for those that are vegetarian or meat lovers. A few things to pass: 1. Parking. Park is the hotels' parking lot, take a ticket and drive up to the 4th to 11th level. Bring your ticket with you and the restaurant will validate it after you've eaten. 2. Order an appetiser to share and consider one of their whiskeys. It's a nice selection, they had a bottle of Bookers while I was there. I had the double bean burgers d it was excellent. I also had an order of the truffle fries. Liked them here because they were not soaked in truffle oil lije I've had elsewhere before. Big restaurant so even with a nice size party you don't likely need a reservation. Even though we were tempted to go to Capital Grill, right next door, this was a very good choice!!

We talked long with the bartender and a young man that worked there. Order a few drinks and talked with these two guys for fifteen minutes or so off and on before we even ordered anything. Just felt right, small conversation great atmosphere. We each ordered the three taco plate. I had one fish taco, one elote taco and one Arrachera taco. My wife hard three pork belly tacos. Hard to say which was out favorite because they were all equally as delicious and bursting with flavor from the fresh ingredients. We will be returning soon the March to try their corned beef and leprechaun margaritas before it's over. A must try restaurant in Norwood park.

The vibe was very comfy, not too upscale- think "chillaxed" vibes. I came with 2 girlfriends and we each had a different type of margarita. I got a pitcher of the cucumber margaritas and it was my first time having a cucumber margarita, and it DID NOT disappoint! Very might recommend! The bartender, Sean/Shawn was amazing! I also got to try their seasonal blood orange margarita, which was also delicious! We had the flautas appetizer and for my entree, I ordered the chorizo taco and the pork belly taco. I didn't even make it to the pork belly taco because I was full off the flauta and chorizo taco lol. The hot sauces that they bring to your table in the squirt bottles were bomb dot com!! Spicy enough for some "flava" but not burn your bottle hole spicy. Overall, I highly recommend this establishment for the vibes (I requested they play Bad Bunny and they obliged- zero questions asked and no pushback) and the food! If you're ever having group get together or small party, this place would be great! They also have brunch on the weekends which I will bring some moms back for, for some "Momosa" Dates! Americanos- you may as well give me a special discount code or something, at this point.. you'll never get rid of me!

However, I loved the opportunity to enjoy live music on a Tuesday night, particularly tunes appealing both to me as a Gen X'er and my Boomer father. The service reminded me of the extra lengths of care folks seem to go to in the Midwest. My waitress was very attentive to my dairy allergy...& in Illinois, the laws aren't as strict as in Massachusetts. I selected the salad with farro and chicken and the dressing was delicious. Very generous portions! The chicken was juicy and flavorful: well-seasoned with a Mediterranean blend that wasn't overpowering. The mixed green lettuce itself was notable. I loathe limp lettuce...so much so that I often switch to butter lettuce or romaine for the crunch. These were among the best mixed green leaves I've had-very fresh. The farro was the perfect texture, without being overly salty (as it often is elsewhere.) I was glad to have ordered the "flight" of red wines-all 3 of which I enjoyed. Note: we were able to order chicken fingers to go-which weren't on the menu, but which my very picky son loved. The ambiance was lovely, with an airy feel, at candle-lit tables, with a view of a nice lounge area. My visit to Flight was among the best hotel dining experiences I've had.
