Culver's has a decent burger. They aren't on par w/Au Cheval or Kumas Corner but then they aren't $15 dollars either. For $5 I got a double bacon cheddar burger w/onions, tomato's, lettuce, pickles & Mayo . I've even gone as far as experimenting with the Curder Burger- Butter Burger topped with a crown of golden fried cheese! Of course, you can't go to Culver's without ever trying their fresh frozen custard! The custard is rich and creamy and comes with a variety of flavors and with a rotational of seasonal flavors. The concrete mixer is my go-to and pairs well with cheese curds. There's so many great finds on the Culver's menu and I've never really had a bad meal here. I've tried their chicken sandwich & tenders, fish sandwiches, shrimp & cod dinners, salads are fresh w/ great dressing, and the hearty soups. Store was super clean; lots of staff busily working; cashier was friendly and polite, with extra points for bilingual. The staff had to reset the machine, and the clerk came over to explain and tell me that I'd need to wait several minutes--much appreciated. PERFECT BURGER I love Culver's but I'm always let down with the single cheese burger because it's never full of toppings. This location rocked it. I typically order a double cheese burger because it feels satisfying. I decided to order a single cheeseburger with everything but Mayo and Mustard. It was honestly one of the best Culver's burgers I've ever had. The tomatoes and raw red onion were thick cut. In fact, I had a whole raw red onion ring instead of the typical single onion ring. I even had more then one pickle. I was incredibly surprised at how good the burger was here. Now I know why this location has a solid four stars. This location is located next to the Rosemont Horizon it was renamed the Allstate Arena because Allstate paid money to have their name on it. It's still the Horizon to me. This area has really developed over the years. There use to be nothing out here but now the area is full of hotels and strip mall restaurants. If you find yourself going to an event or you are near the airport then this is the place to grab a bite. The staff was very friendly and the burgers were amazing. We didn't order anything else but I'm sure it's all good. You can't go wrong with some frozen custard topped with peanut butter cups. Thanks Culver's for rocking out some excellent burgers. I was stopping in Culver's on May 13 around 11:15 am and was greeted warmly by a nice girl bringing food out. However, upon entering the restaurant, the man (about 6 feet, hispanic) who was running the counter told me to put my mask above my nose. I unfortunately did not hear him and asked "what?" He aggressively asked me again in a very rude way, but I obliged (I didn't even realize it was down!) He was kind of obnoxious (eye-rolling, dirty looks, etc.) and I told him "I put my mask up, I am listening to you... I don't see the problem" He said "Enough" and "you can get out" in a nasty, aggressive and rude tone. I left as I was in no mood to give him my business. It was clear this middle-aged man was bored, and was looking to pick a fight with a customer. Let me assure you I am not picky, and I work in a restaurant so I generally do not put bad reviews in. However, this was appalling. I generally have good experiences with you guys and this was incredibly disappointing. I will not be coming back to this location anytime soon, and I hope he is reprimanded for his wildly inappropriate behavior. Culver's is known for their frozen custard and its other fast food delights, so this was my choice for dinner on a casual Friday evening in October 2017. I was staying across the street at the Wyndham hotel near the Chicago O Hare international airport and spotted this one literally across the street. This meal option can be your quintessential option if you want to go cheap on your travel tab or just if you are in the area in your daily commutes. For me, I liked the fact that it was one of those things where you want to try something else than the usual McDonalds and Burger King. I arrived here around 4:30pm after checking into my hotel and thought that this place is very nice alternative to anything that my stomach already had experienced. My stomach was pleased and encourage you to come here to check things out if you grow tired of the usual standard fare. For the most part though, I did think that it was generally good and average. While the food was different, it was decently priced, but felt a bit overwhelming with the choices presented to me. The overall experience here at Culver's at Chicago O Hare international airport was as good as any major fast food restaurant that can be. The ambiance was usually good and hopping. The inspiration I got from Culver's was that of their frozen custard, which I got a pint of before leaving the establishment. This particular Culver's restaurant location I visited is at 7050 Mannheim Road, literally a couple of miles from the airport. They except major credit cards, so that's always a good thing for anyone who does not like to carry cash. But they also except cash anyway. Because this restaurant is nestled with other restaurants in a big complex, basically The parking options here are quite limitless, unless you come here doing peak meal times or shopping times of the year. The beauty part of it is parking is free, so usually that's like most places anyway. Culver's fast food restaurant is basically your quintessential place to have a quick meal at a minimal expense. This place is like, as mentioned previously, Is very much like your average fast food joint. At least I'm Beyonce can't be quiet and calm, quiet peaceful, depending on when you come and dine here. The service here is quite standard at the counter so you can get whatever you want and be OK with that. I did like the fact that they had prepackaged frozen yogurt pints in a nearby freezer, just like that ice cream stores like Baskins and Robbins. For me though, I felt like this place is pretty good. I basically had a burger combo with fries and a medium drink. Not something that I usually a.m. for mayor with because this restaurant chain is not found in Hawaii, where I am from. However, that frozen custard is pretty solid and I took a pint to go and had it after my meal in my hotel room while watching television. That was the bomb! I really like their chocolate, although I usually get that anyway and not really any other flavors when I say speak to me. Still, it was a pleasant alternative to the usual fast food nation fare.
