I stopped in for a quick to-go lunch only to find out that my sandwich was free!! The chicken on the sandwiches are now crispier and very juicy. We're from California so have never been to a Culver's. We were pleasantly impressed! I ordered the Strawberry Fields salad that came with grilled chicken and it was delicious. The produce tasted fresh. My daughter ordered the butter burger with fries, and they were the yummy crinkle cut fries. I sneaked a few from her and can attest to their deliciousness. Typical for a chain. I was craving a pork loin sandwich since I was in the Midwest but I wasn't "mid" enough so their pork sandwich will have to do. It's a reasonable facsimile I guess. The pretzel bites with cheese sauce were alright. They are famous for their shakes, custard, and concrete whatevers. They seem to make most people happy. And possibly the only reason I got it is because the employee was wandering around behind the cars parked in the drive-through spaces and I yelled out my window to ask if it was an order of curds and fries. What's not to love about butterburgers & Culvers?! And it's not just frozen custard and burgers. They also offer fried shrimp, fish & chips and fried cheese curds. Due to local shopping, the casino and being located in an area that receives lots of traffic, the restaurant is often bustling. Plenty of parking and seating to accommodate any size of party. **If having wee ones with you, sightlines to the restroom or front of store are not clear. After going to the Premium Outlet Mall in Rosemont we were looking for somewhere fast & east to grab a bite to eat. We decided to go to Culver's as a quick place to grab a bite to eat. Culver's has a decent burger. They aren't on par w/Au Cheval or Kumas Corner but then they aren't $15 dollars either. For $5 I got a double bacon cheddar burger w/onions, tomato's, lettuce, pickles & Mayo . The Butter Burger never fails to satisfy the cravings and delivers with consistency of taste and quality. Cheese curds are always a must for me when I have Culver's. This is the first place where I tried my very first ever cheese curds and have been in love with it ever since. I've even gone as far as experimenting with the Curder Burger- Butter Burger topped with a crown of golden fried cheese! Of course, you can't go to Culver's without ever trying their fresh frozen custard! The custard is rich and creamy and comes with a variety of flavors and with a rotational of seasonal flavors. The concrete mixer is my go-to and pairs well with cheese curds. There's so many great finds on the Culver's menu and I've never really had a bad meal here. I've tried their chicken sandwich & tenders, fish sandwiches, shrimp & cod dinners, salads are fresh w/ great dressing, and the hearty soups. I love the variety of food they serve and the atmosphere and staff are great. Nicest Culver's I've ever been to! I stopped in this location around 8:00 pm for a frozen custard. Store was super clean; lots of staff busily working; cashier was friendly and polite, with extra points for bilingual. The staff had to reset the machine, and the clerk came over to explain and tell me that I'd need to wait several minutes--much appreciated. And when the clerk handed over my cone, took the extra step to put it in a couple of napkins. Nice work, Culver's team! read more

PERFECT BURGER I love Culver's but I'm always let down with the single cheese burger because it's never full of toppings. This location rocked it. I typically order a double cheese burger because it feels satisfying. I decided to order a single cheeseburger with everything but Mayo and Mustard. It was honestly one of the best Culver's burgers I've ever had. The tomatoes and raw red onion were thick cut. In fact, I had a whole raw red onion ring instead of the typical single onion ring. I even had more then one pickle. I was incredibly surprised at how good the burger was here. Now I know why this location has a solid four stars. This location is located next to the Rosemont Horizon it was renamed the Allstate Arena because Allstate paid money to have their name on it. It's still the Horizon to me. This area has really developed over the years. There use to be nothing out here but now the area is full of hotels and strip mall restaurants. If you find yourself going to an event or you are near the airport then this is the place to grab a bite. The staff was very friendly and the burgers were amazing. We didn't order anything else but I'm sure it's all good. You can't go wrong with some frozen custard topped with peanut butter cups. Thanks Culver's for rocking out some excellent burgers. Next time I'm in the area I will definitely be grabbing a single burger here. I hope I get the same chef who loads up the burger with toppings. I don't want a weak burger. I was stopping in Culver's on May 13 around 11:15 am and was greeted warmly by a nice girl bringing food out. However, upon entering the restaurant, the man (about 6 feet, hispanic) who was running the counter told me to put my mask above my nose. I unfortunately did not hear him and asked "what?" He aggressively asked me again in a very rude way, but I obliged (I didn't even realize it was down!) He was kind of obnoxious (eye-rolling, dirty looks, etc.) and I told him "I put my mask up, I am listening to you... I don't see the problem" He said "Enough" and "you can get out" in a nasty, aggressive and rude tone. I left as I was in no mood to give him my business. It was clear this middle-aged man was bored, and was looking to pick a fight with a customer. Let me assure you I am not picky, and I work in a restaurant so I generally do not put bad reviews in. However, this was appalling. I generally have good experiences with you guys and this was incredibly disappointing. I will not be coming back to this location anytime soon, and I hope he is reprimanded for his wildly inappropriate behavior. Use to work here. They have a lady manager that works here that dislikes people other than her race. Her, the GM, HR manager, and I sat down to talk about it and she said infront of them that she doesn't like me and she doesn't know why. HR should have fired her instead they gave me a hard time.
