The deep dish pizza at Giordano's is also pretty good - can't go wrong with a 12 inch deep dish to have some leftovers to bring home! It is expensive here, but tasty. If you're in the area and want deep dish pizza, I'd recommend a visit. They have thin crust pizza also and other dishes, but those are not what they're known for.

The response was indifferent and dismissive. There was no urgency and no accountability. When a server finally came to our table, he appeared annoyed and simply said, "Sorry." When I mentioned basic hospitality and said, "Hi, hello, good evening, sorry for the wait?" he responded that they "didn't think it would be this busy tonight." It was Valentine's Day. On a Saturday. Near O'Hare. Surrounded by hotels. With reservations booked weeks in advance. We ran into friends dining there who had the same experience. Unfortunately for them, their food had already arrived and it was undercooked, bloody meat. The guest next to us sent his steak back, and his partner did not eat at all.
