Enter Tara, who said she'd try her best to make something special. She delivered an adorable bear on my drink! She said she might be able to do better, but I loved her effort and enthusiasm. My friend and I headed outside to enjoy our drinks on the patio. Several minutes later, Tara came outside carrying another latte. She had PERFECTED the latte bear and gave it to us for free! Unfortunately there's only one person at the cashier register and I think there's only one register and there's only that one person who's taking the orders. The food however, a super delicious and came out very timely. So absolutely no complaints for me and they also have a water station set up so you can help yourself to water which is fantastic. After sitting around for about an hour to an hour and a half this place got super packed with families's children and strollers which made it even harder to move around. The ambience is fantastic so definitely worth it for your social media. I would come back here again, however I'm not really someone to order alcohol here at this time but for breakfast I think it's great.

This place was such an experience from start to finish. One of our favorite surprises was the self-serve ramen bar. It was quick, easy, and so much fun! They had a great variety of ramen options, making it easy for everyone to pick exactly what they wanted. We also couldn't resist trying the affogato, which was the perfect little treat. For dessert, we tried both the Misugaru Bingsoo and the Strawberry Ube Bingsoo. I absolutely loved that you can customize your bingsoo with any of their homemade ice cream flavors, and you can even choose between a cup or a bowl. The bingsoo is made with incredibly creamy shaved milk ice, topped with generous scoops of their homemade ice cream and delicious toppings. It was light, fluffy, creamy, and so refreshing. And the ube croffle...I'm still dreaming about it! It was soft, buttery, and crispy all at the same time. It reminded me of a funnel cake topped with ice cream--but somehow even better. It came with the biggest scoop of ice cream, and one thing we noticed throughout our visit was how generous every scoop was. The Asian-inspired ice cream flavors are unlike anything we've had before. We were a bit far from home and our kid was getting restless, so I looked up nearby indoor playgrounds and ended up here. It was $25 since it was a weekend until they closed at 6pm. Our kiddo had a fun time! It's not as gargantuan as some other playgrounds, but they have a baby and toddler area, and it's multi-story so there's a lot of climbing and sliding. They also have an area with a bunch of riding vehicles, and most fun of all was the ball room. I thought a place called ball factory would have more...balls? But the ball room is basically a room with air cannons that let you load and shoot these soft play balls around the room. It's surprisingly pretty fun even for the adults to fire off a few rounds. And as someone who has been to a few of these indoor playgrounds, I'm grateful you don't have to buy their proprietary socks. Like I went to one place that wanted grippy socks - and we had grippy socks, but they weren't theirs! Some places need better insurance policies I guess, so I'm glad the Ball Factory isn't insanely strict. What's also nice is there's a Polish grocery next door, so I grabbed a few items while my wife stayed here. Our only gripe is there could be more seating in the play area for us parents to catch up on our phones, but at least the food area has a lot of space. And kids even get a free ball on the way out! Overall I think we'll come back, but we'll be sure to eat lunch before and dinner after since outside food isn't allowed.
