I've honestly never seen a manager act that petty over something so insignificant. Seriously...what kind of business sense does that make? Three customers spend $60, and you're willing to lose them over sauce that costs less than a dollar? Instead of taking care of customers and supporting his employee, Garrett chose to argue over a condiment. This wasn't about trying to get something for free. We were simply asking for what was ordered. A good manager understands that customer service is what keeps people coming back. Unfortunately, Garrett showed the exact opposite. The food itself was good, but customer service can make or break a restaurant.
