I thought it was the mix of ingredients was well proportioned and the bread was just the right texture and thickness to hold everything in place but not too voluminous. It was good, but I'm sure one could get an equally good torta in the city. Overall, it was fine. Was it better than other options in the airport? Probably. Is it amazing otherwise? Not really.
