So I reorder the hotdog and used my card and it went thru, she wasn't paying attention and swiped it again and it was declined and told Me my card had declined. I paid for the hotdog with a card and my credit card company notified me the card was declined because of multiple swipes. This place rips you off. Last time I came here I ordered the windy city and asked if I could replace the meat with the black bean patty. No problem all done. The food wasn't stellar but it fixed my burger crave. Came again and asked for the avocado burger and have the black bean patty instead of the meat. Kept saying they have to keep it for their records. How do you not give a customer their reciept? Especially when they ask for it? Their food isn't even that good.
