However, I have conflicting views about the place because of the rushed, unfriendly , and bad service I always seem to get there. It's always the same few servers working, which is fine, but the same lady that takes our order every time we go, couldn't give nice and friendly service to save her life. She's never once properly introduced herself, and always seems very frantic running around. This last time, we weren't even charged for our drinks because she claimed she was too busy to ring them in. 2/3 of them were pretty nasty anyway and heck I'll take a free coffee, but that doesn't seem fair to the business. I also notice that the servers there do everything; host, buss, serve, run food, make coffees, etc. They seem quite busy, and based on the service I receive, I wish they had a few more hands to help out and ensure that guests receive accommodating and friendly service every-time.

The service was quite slow considering how empty the place was. Maybe they sent some staff home.
