    Gluten free brownie

Great experience! I stopped in for a Davsont (croissant donut) and I'm so glad they had a few left. I also bought a gluten free brownie to take home. The pastries are delicious and the staff are very nice!

They started lunch early just so i could try everything out! How cool is that? This place is really elegant and made me feel like i was in a big city with the service and quality of the pastries coming from the families grandmother in the kitchen .

Bacon & bean soup with homemade buttered sourdough

You hope when you enter a new bakery that you get delighted about each and every goodie you see. Instead of a kid in a candy store, it's an after-work-Friday-mom with her mom, oogling the english muffins and the soup of the day. The bean and bacon soup with the sourdough roll hit the spot. Talked with the owner and she verified that all the magic was house-made. And that english muffin? It'll have to wait until the next time, but I'll be back. Dreams do come true.

Good soups! Good buttery crusty croissant dough. Only 4 stars because same items are consistently sold out, they should adjust quantities based on interest.

Super great local bakery! Try the CDA rolls - like ocean rolls, only better! Also had the glazed buttermilk bar which was fantastic as well

The panini's and soup were excellent- creative options that are different than the standard- Thai chicken and spicy cilantro chicken.

Eva warmly welcomed & treated me so kindly, I immediately relaxed into my comfy spot to relax, sip and read for a while. Even though they use a premium chai, my dirty chai was too sweet for me, Eva insisted on remaking me another!! The Berry Streusel, lightly heated, made for a perfect combo. I highly recommend The Vault and Eva, grateful for you! BTW I had no cash and missed the add tip when using card. Eva's graciousness impressed me so much it allowed me to chill and enjoy!

They had a lot of unique latte options instead of just the same basic flavors you can get anywhere, and I liked that they leaned into local touches with huckleberry items. That's the kind of thing that makes it feel like you're actually getting something from the area and not just another copy-paste coffee stop. It's also in a great spot if you want to make more of an afternoon out of it. There are cute little shops around downtown, and you're close enough to wander over toward the park and the lake after grabbing coffee. It's an easy place to stop, walk around, and actually enjoy Coeur d'Alene for a bit. Definitely worth checking out, especially if you like flavored lattes and want something a little more interesting than the normal coffee chain run.

It feels very open with a long wooden table in the center and tables on the side wall and by the window with a few couches at that end. Turmeric chai was bomb! Lightly sweet with a light turmeric ginger flavor. And best of all it was caffeine free!! So great anytime of day or for those sensitive to caffeine like me. 8oz was $6 so that is steep for the smallest size but it was good enough I'd come back for it when in the area again. They are known for there hand pies so had to try one of those! I got the mixed berry since they were out of there most popular huckNberry and it was good, pretty sweet for me in the morning so wish I had tried a savory one but had good flavor and flaky crust. I bet the chicken pot pie one is really good in that crust. My friend got a seasonal Latte with pecan I believe and liked it a lot. Coffee forward which put the spotlight on the flavor / quality of the beans which she liked a lot. Anywho I'd stop by again

It feels like you somehow wandered into a slightly spooky Disney bayou attraction that also happens to serve brunch. Decorated to the nines and immersive, it is both a meal and an experience. We went for an early Sunday breakfast and were seated quickly. By the time we left around 9 there were still a handful of open tables, but I would guess reservations are smart from 9:30 on. I started with a cortado made with Evan's Brothers beans. They also offer a chicory blend if that is your thing. Our waitress was attentive, answered all of our questions, and was great about a few modifications we asked for. They do have some gluten free and vegetarian options, though not a huge amount of gluten free. We started with the beignets and they were excellent. Perfect portion for two with a couple topping options. I would go back just for those. I ordered their take on eggs Benedict and my husband had the classic breakfast plate. Both were really flavorful, but the seasoned potatoes were a standout. Portions are generous, we ended up getting two more portions out of the leftovers. Overall, a really fun and memorable brunch spot. I am looking forward to going back for one of the events when they have live music.
