Egg rolls
Andrea O.

Not much to say about this place, other than service is courteous and fast. I'm not into Vietnamese pho at all, so I'm probably not the best person to judge a pho restaurant. Got egg rolls and beef teriyaki, while wife and daughter got beef pho and chicken pho. The egg rolls were ok I guess, and the beef teriyaki was ok too, nothing to wit home about. The ladies were happy with the pho, but I tried the chicken one and I didn't like it, the chicken was too chicken-y, if you know what I mean.

Egg rolls. Crispy. Put it in your mouth.

Our friends came up to visit and after a few days being up the mountain snowboarding they all wanted something warm and soothing. Pho Le 1 is the best spot for that! It's comfort in a bowl. If you have kids or picky eaters ( I had two with me this time) I highly recommend the wonton noodle soup! It is always a huge hit. They also allow you to swap out noodles for another kind of you need to. This was the first meal I didn't hear a complaint about all week. The kids were so busy eating they hardly spoke. The portions are huge so if you don't feel up to cooking the next day, you will have left overs. Don't forget the Thai tea. For TOGO orders they have chilli sauce, soy sauce, and hoisin. So you can take it home and it will be just as good as if you ate it in the restaurant. Service is always excellent. We love everyone there.

Fresh rolls
Casey L.

We were excited to grab some fresh rolls while on the road through the panhandle. We got 4 orders -- two shrimp and two pork only. First we were misquoted the price as $6 per order, so when we went and picked them up they were more than expected at ($7.75.) But the lady working was really nice, so we just paid it and even left a trip. It was quite expensive for rolls totaling $38. We ate them in the car noticing how dry the pork was, but didn't think much more than that. We gave them a 5/10 in quality and size of the rolls in the order. We would have just chalked up to bad experience and not gone back, but we have been really sick all day and haven't been out of the bathroom. I think that not only was the pork dry it was bad and we got food poisoning. We hadn't eaten anything similar all day or had anything before or after that, so it looks like the only thing it could have been is the rolls. Spending a vacation day running to and from the bathroom hasn't been want we expected.

Rare and Brisket with Egg Rolls

My go to Pho. Eggs rolls and Rare and Brisket Pho is my main. Haven't tried much else but I'm def going to. Always clean always relaxing but large groups have been there too. All the servers are on point fantastic service all the time. I frequently come in and I love it. Pay at counter all forms of payment. Plenty of parking. Two bathrooms. And again every clean clean clean. Their flavors are perfect, I only have one Pho spot now all others don't compete.

I have a tablet at home that wants to date this beauty...

Solid soups. We went off the pho grid, and ordered other broth specialties. I love Bun Bo Hue (Spicy Beef), and Wifey chose Won Ton Egg Noodle. It was a chopstick & spoon slurp fest. Spring Rolls w/Peanut Sauce were excellent, as well. Plenty of all the right condiments on the table to satisfy spicy or sweet palates. Star of the the show was our Robot Server, haha. I asked it for more fresh basil leaves for my bowl, and it brazenly just turned it's wheels, and headed back to wherever the h*** it came from. Unexpected fun, and I'm sure the kids that come here with their parents love it. I did not get it's name. Lithium Lil' is my guess... ;)

When we walked in for lunch, we were greeted with a smile and sat immediately. Drink order was taken right away and I went with hot oolong tea to warm me up. We ordered a handful of appetizers to start: spring rolls, fresh spring rolls, crab rangoons, and pot stickers. It all came out nice and hot and everything was sooo good and packed with unique flavors. The fresh spring rolls were big and had 2 large shrimps per half, which is very adequate. The peanut sauce was traditional and consistency was great. For my entree, I ordered a small pho with tofu and the added vegetables to make it more heartier. The pho broth was perfect for the soul, noodles tender, and veggies not overcooked. I thoroughly enjoyed my soup. Service was awesome, food was 'pho'nomenal, and it was fun to see robot Brian helping to serve food! I'll definitely be back to try Hot Pot and dim sum.

The crab Rangoon and spring rolls came out fast and absolutely fresh and delicious. The peanut sauce was top notch. Went with a clear broth and the spicy level 3 with two beef. The veggies were just enough and the beef was thinly sliced and absorbed all the flavors. They came to check on us a few times. Great experience and will be back to try out their pho.

Tonight two people of our party had pho and one said it was the best by far, and the other felt that our usual haunt in Hawaii was more to her liking. I wasn't able to taste their broths but by smell alone, it smelt really delicious. My dinner, the boneless sweet/sour chicken with fried rice, was a good sized plate. (See attached pic). So much so, it will be a decent snack later on tomorrow in the form of leftovers. The service is what I want to also comment on. The staff was very welcoming and the food came out fast. Please also note that their "spring roll" is what most people call a summer roll. Their deep fried spring roll is called an "egg roll" on their menu so make sure you know what you want and order accordingly. All in all, it was a great experience and we will come back again on our next visit.

Our server was quick and smiled accommodatingly as the two of us ordered way too much food: "You seemed like you knew what you were doing." You know what? I did not know and I learned that I will be eating noodles for 4 days now! That's the kind of support I have been missing from waitstaff lately. Let me mess my bowels up. 5/5 spice why not? (3/5 is the correct amount) I feel like this establishment needs to add a karaoke bar; no explanation, I just feel like it would make it more like itself. Next time I might just start singing anyways. The staff would probably smile and say: " It looks like he knows what he is doing."

Amazing!!!!!! This review is long overdue…read more True hidden gem of a restaurant. I am from the Tri cities and when I come I head directly here. The wings are out of this world. The fried rice is sooo good. I ordered with Shrimp and it was just yummy. And to top it off I would be remiss if I didn't mention the Indonesian dessert -Banana Lumpia. Not a big banana guy but trust me you will love it. I've been begging the owner who is so nice and so positive to come down to the Tri cities. Also their Pho is what I usually get but now with the fried rice. It is now my favorite dish.

Okay for the prices I was expecting great portions but they were just not there…read more We got two starters, bao buns and the lucky budda rolls. The lucky budda rolls were delicious! It was vegetables and herbs and pork wrapped in rice paper. It was really refreshing and the sauces; peanut, sambal, and chili were so good! But they were 14 dollars and barely had any pork... The bao buns were good, the pork belly being really great. The bun itself was not great, but the sauce in the bao made up for it. But it was 12 DOLLARS for TWO small sized bao buns! The kalbi was tender and really nicely charred. The flavors were nice with a sweetness that paired well with the smoky flavor and was probably the best dish over all. The bombay chicken also had a really nice flavor, but was so dry it was nearly impossible to eat. I got the ko moo yang which is a marinated pork dish. The flavor wasn't exceptional - it was also dry. We did get sides; marinated greens, egg, radish, and noodles but the portions sizes for them were comically small. I swear there were 6 macaroni noodles. The Thai tea was overly sweet and this was mentioned-! they only had coconut milk and told us that but it was so chunky, a sort of curdle milke texture, it was hard to suck through the straw. Our service was very slow and a member of my party had mentioned that she didn't eat spicy food and so the server didn't bring over hot sauce for the rest of the party who do eat spicy? Plus it was very slow moving which was strange because there was no one there, like it took ten minutes for two drinks which were sodas. We arrived there around 3pm and left around 5pm. It didn't have interesting decor but the windows did allow a lot of natural light out. While I didn't pay attention two members of my party noticed that while the lobby was clean - the kitchen wasn't.
