Ok, the coffee is a bit more expensive. The wait can seem long. But, you will know as soon as you walk in that the coffee is great, it is in the air. Then you get your coffee. Hot, delicious. Perfect. As full as it gets, it isn't loud. Nice light. Easy place to hang out. If you want the best coffee in Spokane, this is the place.

Showcased (from Spain) in their rotation at the slow bar or an option to grab a bag to take home with you.

Had a great first experience here today! I've heard great things about this shop and roaster, all things lived up to the hype. The build out is beautiful and I can tell the staff appear to have chosen to work with this shop intentionally. Elliott brewed me a delicious pour over showcasing a roaster from Spain. The customers vary from young students, to people in their 50's or 60's so it truly seems like an inviting space for all. I was sent a mailer receiving one free drink for living in South Hill and I must say I'll definitely be back to meet up with a friend or grab another cup to go. 10/10 would recommend as a spot to visit if you haven't already!

Great place to sit and get a cup of coffee. Housemade black walnut syrup was AMAZING in my late. And the staff is very friendly.

This is my actual favorite coffee spot in the entire world. It's my biggest regret about moving away from Spokane. (Ok, maybe missing my friends is first, but it's a very close second!) I love the drinks they make, they have fun flavors and the syrups are all housemade! The Irange Cardamon and Lavender are the best ever, and you can buy them to take home, which of course I did. During the summer months, go for a Cold Brew Lemonade. It sounded weird when they first told me about it, convinced me to try it, and I am forever sold on it. One of my favorite summer drinks of all time, I wish I could have it in the winter! They have some fun food options: a breakfast sandwich on an English muffin is new, bagels of multiple flavors, sweet treats, avocado toast (add the egg!), and sometimes a cinnamon roll that is to die for. The staff are always friendly and fun to talk to. They want to make you what you're looking for, make you feel welcome and appreciated. The ambiance of the shop is open and airy but still cozy, with huge south-facing windows allowing in the beautiful sunshine. Come hang out and enjoy all they have to offer, so I can live vicariously through you!

This a really cute coffee place on 57th, just a bit past Regal, with lots of places to sit and tons of outlets. Their coffee is amazing. On our first visit, I went for an Americano and on the side had a small amount of coconut milk. The Americano is smooth and very, very drinkable. I didn't even need the coconut milk but decided to add some about halfway down my cup just to get the taste. Yes, I could definitely come here and just have an Americano without anything added in. They have some season specials, I believe right now called "Winter Specials," descriptions on the counter. The Moroccan Fog sounded really intriguing, so on another visit, I gave that a try. You can also do some shopping here for cups, t-shirts and of course, beans.

Revel is a fantastic neighborhood coffee shop. The spot is high on the south hill on 57th in a small strip mall. There is always parking outside and they have pretty abundant indoor seating despite the number of people who regularly study and work there. It's less noisy than average for a coffee shop which I find a bonus for sitting and reading. There are 2-tops on both sides of the cafe and high tables in the middle. I love the layout with high ceilings, wood paneling and comfy pillows for leaning or sitting on. In the past I've seen the owners working the coffee bar. They and the staff are friendly and laid back. The menu offers a large variety of beverages and they have pastry goodies including savory hand pies and individual quiches. And my favorite thing about Revel is the coffee. The espresso drinks are delicious. They make my go-to beverage, a soy latte, to perfection.

If you are looking for a great place to study or just have coffee with friends or family. This is by far the best shop. They serve only the best coffee at this establishment. Espresso machines are dialed in every day to achieve the highest quality pull for every shot. . . Awesome Coffee, Awesome people, Great Environment.

Enthusiastically greeted upon entering the crisp, warm but bright, coffee culture atmosphere. We were shown the specials and regular menu, welcomed to ask any questions we may have. Our choices were prompted with ease by in house made syrups and description of the specials. Two out of three in our party choose two of three specials (menu photo by Lisa P.) An Orange-Creamsicle and a Maui Wowie Latte. We very much enjoyed our smooth, flavorful well crafted beverages and will return for more! The other detail that completed our experience, I believe, was drinking from glass and ceramic ware. The third in our party had a pour over decaf.

Absolutely delicious coffee & teas, friendly & kind staff, and excellent ambiance inside. I love how the barista measures syrups on a food scale to be precise about the syrup in my vanilla soy milk latte. Iced peppermint tea was refreshing on a scorching hot day. In terms of seating, lots of relaxed and study / meeting spaces. I adored all of the hanging art and beautiful pothos and zz plants all around which made this coffee shop more homey and inviting.

Revel 77 was close to my daughters apartment so we stopped by. The chai was delicious, the coffee was great but the breakfast muffin was out of this world delicious. Add the avocado! It comes with a spicy aioli that is just right.

Immediate vibe shift. Warm. Vibrant. Eclectic mix of humans scattered throughout -- laptops open, friends mid-laugh, someone clearly pretending to work. The energy felt alive without being chaotic. That's a sweet spot. The woman who served us? Absolute pro. Friendly with everyone. The kind of person who makes you feel like a regular on your first visit. Easy to talk to. Zero rush. Hospitality done right. We grabbed a solid-sized table for the group while one of the crew made a pastry run. Strong team execution. Now for the order: Iced latte. Almond milk. Honey. My control beverage. My combine drill. It was exactly what I expected -- smooth, balanced, no drama. And somehow... it tasted better because of the room. Setting matters. Coffee absorbs vibes. That's science.* (*Not verified.) This is one of those places you can: * Meet friends for breakfast * Post up and "work" for 4 hours * Or grab a quick coffee before pretending you're not late Would I come back? Absolutely. On 2 separate trips to Spokane, I've visited the Grain Shed 3 and 4 times over the course of 3 days (yes, if you do the math, I went twice in 1 day, and the restaurant was NOT just around the corner!) Everything I've tried is delish, but in case you have to limit yourself, I highly recommend the OG, the beets and feta toast, the bread flight with sauces and cheese, the molasses ginger cookie, and maybe a chocolate croissant. I've heard their bread pudding and pumpkin pie (holiday special) are out of this world! I tried to get over to listen to their live music before leaving town, but still need to squeeze that into my schedule. Travelers: save space in your luggage for a loaf of bread. And of course moving on to the beer... the primary motivator to come here. I got the Kölsch beer here called Field Trip. I do love a good Kölsch as they are nice, light bodied beers. And they are especially nice in the summertime. Flavor features in this beer is maltiness, breadiness, a bit of hoppiness and a dry finish. Another beer that Steve and I tried was the INWPA which was a Pale Ale. It was also a nice light bodied beer which again hit the spot despite it being a different drinking session. Flavor characteristics in this beer is citrus, a yeastiness, hoppiness and a biscuity trait. Good beers and sandwiches and we are aiming for a return whenever we are in Spokane again.
