Brew Peddler is a small, locally owned coffee shop run by a couple with culinary roots, and it shows in the details. They roast their own beans, make their syrups and baked goods in-house, and source ingredients from local farms and producers. It's obvious they care deeply about what they serve and the role they play in Spokane's coffee culture. The service was friendly, and the espresso itself was excellent -- smooth and well balanced. I tried a latte with their apple caramel sauce, which was pleasant but didn't have distinct apple or caramel flavor coming through. In a region full of great coffee spots, this one didn't quite hit a 5 for me personally, but it's still a thoughtful, quality shop I'd happily return to and explore more of their menu. read more

What a fabulous place! Delightful staff, delicious pastries, and a true sense of creativity both in both presentation and ambience.

Found this place on Yelp and it was on my way to visit companies so off I went....small place nice layout nice guy in the front a one man show there.... He had a Columbian and a "Fresh Off The Press" (he said Guatemalan and Ethiopian)....either way I felt like the Fresh Off The Press was really good he gave me a taste of it and yeah if I were to drink it black today that would've been it.....I had a Almond Milk Latte using those beans and it was great overall. I definitely would come here again.....just don't get out to Spokane often.... FYI, They roast their own beans and make their own pastries offsite.... read more

Greeted with a smile and friendly welcome. Was feeling like tea on a chilly rainy day and they did not disappoint. They use loose leaf tea and let it steep for a few minutes prior and offer an ice cube do cool it down to be drinkable if you want. Small and quaint inside if you are in no rush to head out. This place is great!!! Care and detail go into everything they make and serve. From the custom Kabocha(Black pumpkin) spiced latte to the insanely tasty Granny Smith and Cinnamon Galette(mini pie) with hand picked apples from a local farm, the offerings are top notch. The server is wonderful with a caring and warm cheeky banter while expertly explaining the offerings and deftly producing everything perfectly. It's a joy just dropping in to this place! Ok, my 5 star review may get lost in the crowd here. I had a tasty almond cake made with quinoa flour, with some good drip coffee. I was also tempted by the sourdough danishes, along with other treats there. It's unique, inventive, with cheer and good service, and I think the experience is worth spending a little bit more for. Went here for the first time today and had the best experience! The service was phenomenal, the staff members were knowledgeable about all of the ingredients in every item and extremely helpful and friendly. The raspberry scone was the best one I've ever had (they even cut it in half for my kids). I was on the fence on a drink and ended up getting a dirty chai which was also incredible, perfect amount of spice and not overly sweet. Unique coffee shop. The owner is a fine dining trained chef which explains the creative, delicious baked goods as well as the hand crafted syrups for the specialty coffees. My wife and I ordered a normal latte and a hazelnut latte. Both could be the best we have had- ever. The skilled staff have their espresso shots dialed in for an exceptional coffee. We had the pleasure of bumping into the Brew Peddler at a local farmers market. Andrew, the owner and brew maestro, was extremely professional and accommodating. I had the hazelnut mocha and my husband had a masa macha latte (a unique signature drink). We were informed that Andrew makes all of his own syrups by hand. Amazing flavor!!
