My dad took me and my daughter here for my birthday and I wasn't expecting anything good or bad as It was my first time trying it. We went right when it opened at 11am. I thought it would be empty but to my surprise there were several people there already. It was not so busy that we didn't get a good parking or find a table. All the food was already hot and ready. Being so early I wondered if they would serve left overs but it all looked very fresh! I was very impressed with the selection of food here. There was several options of chicken and shrimp. I didn't try the Mongolian station only because I was stuffed from everything else. I loved all the different shrimp! The mushrooms were a favorite and the pineapple chicken and of course the shrimp. Even the sushi was fresh and yummy. I got water and could tell it was just tap and the ice melted pretty fast. My daughter got crab legs but they were so small she failed getting any meat out. But they do have the tool to crack them. It was very clean and modern. It got pretty busy as time went on which is probably why everything is so fresh. They have to keep refilling. I would say this is definitely a buffet to try. Its price is good and it's the only one in California! There is a salad station and fruit station, desert area and a sushi station. Id definitely go back! My only suggestion would be to have filtered water and make sure it's cold and play music with a central speaker. The bill was $67 for two adults (11yr and older are adult) and a senior.
Been a while, unfortunately, since I have eaten here. I gotta say Lin's Grand Buffet is worthy of its name and one of the better Buffets I have been to. The selection is quite expansive (Chinese, American, Mongolian Grill, BBQ, steak, sushi, salad, and desert) The food is cooked well and fresh. The steak was also quite good. Man the bourbon chicken was AMAZINGLY GOOD. The fresh fruit was also great (I love fresh pineapple that is just right). The ice cream was also very good. There is plenty of comfortable clean seating. The staff were friendly and the service was top notch. Lucas was fantastic and we forgot something at our table but he ran it to the door to give to us as we were leaving. Definitely have to give them a try if you like buffets.
Just discovered a new gem right off Murietta Hot Springs Place! This spot has an amazing selection, from a hot bar to sushi and made-to-order Mongolian BBQ. Super affordable too, with adult meals at $21 and lunch specials for $16. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area or looking for a place with something for everyone! Wow! For the first time here it's packed! Customers are waiting for up to 1 hr at different times of the day! The food is great! More than you can eat! This is one of the largest buffet we have ever been to! We ate so fast I forgot to take some photos! The place is clean and the staff are all over moving very fast!
I have not been to a buffet since before Covid and this place did not disappoint. Just look at my plates. They have Mongolian food ready to be cooked with your selection and steak made to order. Sushi and salad bar as well. Huge selection of food and a clean environment. Nice to see a buffet with so many selections. Will be back for sure
This was my second time going here and same as the first or maybe a little better the staff is friendly as soon as you walk in the door. Getting a drink can sometimes take a little bit during a rush but the staff is always quick to help! The buffet is clean and a great atmosphere for family and friends to gather. I really enjoy the steak to order option All the food options are great. They have basics to exotics. I'm glad to have found another great buffet. Thanks and Keep up the great work Linn's!
They are a relatively new buffet in Murrieta. They have a decent variety of sushi, Mongolian BBQ, and other Chinese items that you find in every Chinese restaurants. My favorite item was actually the salad which was fresh and had olives carrots, imitation crab and several other veggies I didn't want. The grilled items were ok, but didnt wow me. The staff kept the place clean (including restrooms) and were quick to pick up plates and refill drinks. If I'm hungry, I would come here again
I don't get the low reviews??! For a buffet it is definetely a 5 star!! This is the best chinese buffet I have ever had and that includes great ones in San Diego and Las Vegas! This is the first buffet I have been to that i will even eat the salad bar. Most chinese buffets, I stay away from the salad bar. This is also the only buffet where the "soft serve" is not "icy" tasting...Very creamy. They are the only chinese buffet where they have sushi that i actually like. I know people don't go to chinese buffets for sushi, salad and Ice cream, but that was definetely worth noting. Fri-Sun dinners have whole steaks and crabs included. Now for the food, they have a HUGE selection, and i like most of them especially the beef and shrimp dishes. They also have a mongolian bbq with some of the best noodles you can find on a buffet. They are always VERY friendly. I have not had a bad waiter/waitress yet, and we go weekly! It is always clean and comfortable and nice soft music. This is my favorite newer place.
Okay, so for the price of $21, you can get basically all you can eat Chinese food, some Mongolian grill, a selection of American food, and some sushi. Like, some days, the idea of having all you can eat Chinese food sounds lovely, but if I lived closer to this buffet, I'd be coming way more often. The service was excellent. There is no complaint, she was very attentive, never left our drinks unfilled and our table with empty plates. The interior is bustling with other diners and the space is well accounted for with plenty of seating. I think that this has been one of the best buffets I've ever been for and with the best price for sure. I will be coming back soon.

It's like the entire menu of every takeout place you've ever loved decided to move in together. Lo mein, sesame chicken, sushi, dumplings. It's a carb lover's playground. Now, let's talk about the heartbreak. I came here with dreams of cracking into some glorious crab legs... only to learn they only serve them on holidays. I'm talking Thanksgiving, Christmas, Mother's Day etc...But on a regular Tuesday? No legs for you! Still, for the price, it's an absolute steal. My wallet left just as happy as my stomach. So yes, I'll be back probably on a holiday, armed with butter sauce and a bib. Welp! On to the next!
I found out about this place since my parents wanted to try a buffet in the area. They do have senior discount. It's a busy place with a good amount of seating inside. The food is basic Americanized Chinese food. They have a good amount of fried foods such as fried jalapeno with cream cheese, fried shrimp, sesame balls with red beans, fried zucchini. They also have various chicken and fish dishes. The soups were ok, hot and sour soup, wonton soup, and egg drop soup. Their dessert area is fine, the fruit is mostly a miss. Their salad bar is small with basic salad and chopped romaine lettuce. The Mongolian grill is busy and has alot of toppings. The staff is nice and the place is clean.
Dillon was our server. So attentive and polite. Professional and courteous. Even the third hour we stayed for dinner. Always asking us if we need anything water. Soda. Coffee. Tea. Where to find what food on the buffet. Stay as long as you'd like. Such a polite young man sporting a great attitude. Loved the atmosphere too.

This was my second time going here and same as the first or maybe a little better the staff is friendly as soon as you walk in the door. Getting a drink can sometimes take a little bit during a rush but the staff is always quick to help! The buffet is clean and a great atmosphere for family and friends to gather. We visited tonight on a Saturday at 6pm with a party of 10 and were seated almost immediately despite the crowd. The price is $21 per adult, which is a great value, though keep in mind you pay upfront and there is an automatic 12% service charge. There is plenty of parking and the restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. The food selection is huge, featuring everything from sushi and a Mongolian noodle station to ribs and pizza. The salted pepper shrimp was a personal favorite with excellent flavor, and the kitchen did a great job of keeping the fresh food coming out hot. The waitress was friendly and we had no complaints. After a long break from buffets, this was a great experience and we will definitely be back. read more

I was going to another buffet up the street, but this one caught my attention and I'm glad it did. This is very classy very clean. Great great customer service. Everybody helps you. They have a great variety of food things that you don't normally have in regular buffets. They have deep fried zucchini. They also have the shrimp salt and pepper amazing. read more
2nd visit and it did not disappoint. This time it was on a Saturday at opening. I was 3 minutes late and there was a small line inside. It didn't take long to pay. We had a party of 10 and they were able to seat us in the "party" room. I was surprised they had one. The seating is still tight in the long tables. When you get up the person behind you would need to move up or you have to suck in your already bloated stomach. Their seafood options are mixed. The crabs were old and not fresh. But they have tuna poke! That's a new one for me and I loved it. The Mongolian grill cooks up one steak at a time but my brother asked for 2 and got it. His son discovered the steak and after that 5 of us ordered the steak. The steak is huge and it is tender if you don't get it too well done. read more
Checked newly opened Lin's all you can eat buffet in Murrieta. Some people say this place is cursed, but I think it was just waiting for the right business. The ambiance is incredible. Lots of tables and chairs. The buffet layout has amble space. Started off with the sushi, then tried the hot food. Loved the salt & pepper shrimp, green beans and bananas. After a short break we headed to the Mongolian BBQ section. You have an option of beef, shrimp or pork, veggies and noodles. The line was long, worth the wait. We tried almost EVERYTHING! This food is delicious. Come hungry. Our server Angela was amazing so if you go, ask for her. The cost for 2 with a drink was about $53. $26 per person for all you can EAT is a great deal. read more

Lin's Grand Buffet is the latest addition to Temecula and didn't disappoint. Stopped in earlier in the week for lunch and had to come back a second time to check out the dinner options. Price is more than reasonable for the dishes available. $16/ adults for lunch and $20 for dinner!?!? Easy on the wallet for sure. Typical menu items for both lunch and dinner include salads, kung pao chicken, beef broccoli, salt & pepper shrimp, pork ribs, dumplings and others. Additions for dinner include peel and eat shrimp, chilled mussels, blue crab, a seafood medley. You can also request a made to order steak! Was hoping for crab legs but didn't see them. I was told by a staff member that king crab would be available on special occasions (Mother's Day and Christmas)! Ice cream and assorted cakes for dessert. My only concern was that the cut sushi rolls tasted like they were pre-rolled and kept in the fridge for a while. The rice wasn't fresh but was quite hard. The fresh sushi tho was solid. Clean and modern buffet. Nicely decorated, perfect for bringing out of town guests. Wide variety of chicken entrees, though not much seafood options, which a nearby buffet offers. There's a hibachi grill area with raw ingredients a cook can grill for you. Food is delicious and fresh. Service is friendly. Ample parking during off peak hour's. Can be super busy and crowded. I wanted to check out this new AYCE Asian Buffet that opened recently in Murrieta, CA that already has a presence in both the states of AZ and TX. I read Lin's website for their buffet offerings which included a build your own Mongolian Grill station and a grilled steak station all offered at $20.99 for an adult weekend AYCE dinner, beverage extra, it was time to dine. My youngest son and I arrived around 1730, and the parking spaces closest to the restaurant was already full. Thankfully, the lot behind Lin's is quite spacious and we found a space quite easily. We walked in and my first observation was this place was already really busy. There were folks standing outside the entry doors as well as folks sitting on benches waiting for their tables. I walked up to the front counter located to the immediate right of the entry door after the lobby. I was greeted by a young host, Lucas, who was friendly and efficient. He asked how many diners, "two adults" and if there were any seniors, "yeah, me". I asked what the age requirement was and he replied "62". Score! A senior, weekend dinner is $18.99 instead if the normal adult pricing of $20.99. Add two sodas @$3.39 each our pre-tip total was $50.74. I'm not sure if they have an option to add a tip to your card, but you better be quick asking if they can . There is no screen that pops up to offer you the ability to add a tip, so I was lucky enough to carry enough cash to give a decent tip to our great server. Our unnamed (no name tags on any Lin's employee) server was a very friendly, and efficient server who kept our sodas filled and who took away our finished plates in a timely manner. First thing I observed in the dining area was that it is kinda smoky due to the steak grilling station and the adjacent Mongolian Grilling station. Tables are space adequately, a little tight between two chairs back to back with diners but not impossible to maneuver around. Lin's Buffet offering are on par at what one will find at other similar Asian AYCEs: green salad fixings, pizza , egg rolls, seafood (baked, stir fried, boiled, raw etc.) chicken wings, ribs, beef and broccoli, kung pan chicken, fresh cut fruits, cakes and pastries, puddings, jellos, soft serve ice cream. I wanted to try stuff I normally don't see offered at Asian style AYCE buffets: stir fried Octopus, kung pao chicken, orange chicken, salt and pepper shrimp, salt and pepper pork ribs, battered shrimp, Mei Fun, build your own Mongolian Grill. I missed the grilled steaks somehow, but volunteered my son to find and grab one. All I can say about all of the different shrimp dishes I tried was they all used the same mushy shrimp, and all were not very good tasting. The kung pao was decent but not spicy. The Orange Chicken was a tiny piece of weird tasting chicken with a thick crust and the sauce devoid of any hint of being Orange flavored. The Octopus and some of the Nigiri pieces I ate was not bad, I have had better and worse at buffets. I really like the Mei Fun the best at this buffet. Similar to chow mein but made with really thin noodles. The build your own Mongolian Grill plate was decent. I added to much noodles (which is the beginning of the building station) and chose ground beef and other ingredients. I am disappointed that no build your own sauces are offered. The grillers will ask if you want butter, garlic and how spicy. I asked for spicy, but it was really tame for this chili head. The grilled steak station is located immediately left of the Mongolian Grill building station. There's a small white sign indicating where you order the steak. My son came back with his long awaited steak. It looked pretty good. He cut it open and it looked cooked to medium rare. He did tell me that the chef grilling the steaks does not ask you how you want your steak cooked, so you may need to let them know! My son took a bite and the look on his face was of disappointment and confusion. He told me the steak tasted weird. Tried a piece and could tell immediately that they are wet brining the steaks, which will cause the texture of the meat to taste/feel mushy in one's mouth. Plus they added some type of seasoning/baking soda (?) that made the beef taste not like beef. Desserts were okay. My favorite was the the old school Canto almond cookies. The only real negative I observed was when I was in the Men's room, which was dirty and one stall floor wet with toilet paper on the floor. There was an employee who was picking up used paper towels off the floor near the garbage can while gloved.. Then, he exited the Men's room and I was behind him. He went straight to one of these clean plate dollies, and with the same pair of dirty gloves, pushed the dolly back to the kitchen area. After seeing that would I eat here again? Probably for the current regular adult price of $20.00 (Adult Weekend Dinner) + $3.39 (Soft Drink). One can make a few decent plates here that one will enjoy. read more

A friend and I had lunch at Lin's in Murrieta recently. It was Fantastic. The restaurant has filled a building with long cool tables of freshly prepared foods served buffet style. The restaurant is very open and spacious, with tables seating up to 400 or more. It is well lit, very clean, and not loud or noisy. Seating is in booths or at tables. Parking is plentiful. Service at your table is fast, offering drinks and removing used plates and utensils quickly. The food offerings are delicious and incredible. There is a large grill where you pick the ingredients you want cooked. On either side are stations of food offering numerous Asian cuisine. Sushi, vegetables, appetizers, fish, salads, desserts, meats, on and on. Go hungry, because it is a buffet. There is lunch special pricing, and senior pricing. You pay at the front door, and go eat! It's all great food and a comfortable atmosphere. We are absolutely returning soon. So many items we didn't try yet! Lin's Grand Buffet in Murrieta is Highly Recommended. read more
*NOW OPEN!!!!* Lin's Grand Buffet is now open on Murrieta Hot Springs Road, and locals in the Murrieta/Temecula area have been eagerly awaiting its debut. I love buffets!! I get excited about the wide variety of food options, even if I won't be able to try everything. Been here 3 times in the last 7 days like a kid wanting to go back to the candy store. The line is long (but the smart ones arrive at 10:30 am to be first in line and no waiting)! Pay first and you are given a number. We waited around 25 minutes the 1st day. When a table is available, they will call you and walk you to your table. Parking: Huge lot, since this structure was previously a Golden Corral there are plenty of parking spots. Pricing: very reasonable!! Lunch: $15.99 Dinner: $20.99 Food: So many choices!! My favorite being the jalapeno poppers. Panko-crusted, cream cheese stuffed half peppers, fried crisp to perfection!! *Buffalo wings need improvement. They were extremely salty all 3 times I've visited. It has good flavor so there's potential... but the salt level is ridiculous, they ought to call this buffalo wing flavored salt!! Didn't get a chance to try the Mongolian grill, maybe next time... this section is very popular and always crowded. Service: 1st visit: Our server (whom i didn't ask for her name) seemed like she hated her job then disappeared for a long minute so we had to ask Roanne who was in a different section for drinks. Roanne was such a pleasure w happy vibes, smiles, and was even dancing as she brought our drinks to us. 2nd visit: We were a group of 10 and Trina gave us great service!! She made sure all of us got our drinks and was quick to collect our dirty plates. 3rd visit: Cassie took very good care of us. She was such a pleasure to have as our server. Yesterday we all gathered 10 of us. Here at Lin's Grand Buffet it was easy to get to right off the 210 fwy. And a good parking lot too, we were the first one's there when it opened. Very clean and such a very large selection of food Mongolia grill with chicken, shrimp, ground pork With all the veggies and bean sprouts too. There plates at all the stations to get as many that you need The only thing I would say about is the sitting with we were very cramped in an not a roomy setting For a party of 10 But server she was great too Tracey I think was her name thank you read more
Came here today with 9 other Yelp Elites!! We came early at around 10:40am and got to be the first group inside Lin's Grand Buffet for lunch. FIRST IMPRESSION: It was very big and spacious inside similarly to a Las Vegas Buffet!! PROCESS: There is NO WAITLIST so you have to get in line at the cashier to PAY first and then you will be called to be seated... SUSHI: Made fresh and was very good! Presentation was a PLUS!! Came here for lunch right when it opened so my party of 10 was seated right away. No military discount, but they do have seniors discount. The restaurant was clean and the servers were great. Now my thoughts on the food. I honestly don't expect much from Chinese buffets, but I was pleasantly surprised. There was so much to choose from that I could barely fit everything on my plate. Everything looked and tasted fresh. I enjoyed everything, except I thought the whole baked salmon was a little dry, and the salt&pepper shrimp was a tad salty today. Many of the dessert cakes were a little dry. Our tables and chairs were aligned too close to others so people had a hard time getting back to their tables & was getting frustrated. But I'm sure that's an easy fix by just moving tables around. Aside from these little things, I really enjoyed my lunch and everything else was delicious. My favorites were the seafood boil, the tender beef dishes, and some of the different yummy battered chicken & pork dishes. Very solid buffet and very happy they finally opened! They opened yesterday 5/1/25 and we were on our way to lunch and saw the banners that said they were open. We got there around 12:30 and there wasn't a big line but the restaurant was almost full. For $15.99 for weekday lunch you can't beat it. When we were leaving there was a line. The food was actually delicious which was a pleasant surprise. Having a busy buffet is a good thing because the food is constantly being replenished. The Mongolian station is worth the price in itself. Great variety of ingredients including beef, chicken, pork and fresh veggies. Everything on the line was good or great and the spare ribs with the sauce were pretty amazing! It was moist and the flavors rivaled those at a Chinese restaurant. The soft serve ice cream was being serviced when we started but was working when we were ready for dessert. The highlight was the service provided by Jessica our server! She was checking on us and asking if everything was ok or delicious. I jokingly told her to have this same service in a month or year and she assured me she definitely will. Even though there wasn't a place to tip when paying when you enter we definitely left a cash tip. Overall very happy that Lin's is now open in the neighborhood. We had the buffet meal for six people on Christmas. Good thing we came at opening as the crowd started coming at noon. The place is very clean. Lots of selection. The staff was so helpful and friendly. They kept checking our table for our drinks, utensils, clearing our used plates and asking if we need anything else. The staff at the food stations or bars kept cleaning around and refilling the food trays. Still better than most comparable buffets if you're looking for variety. read more
I came here during the week day for lunch and it was really packed. Word has gotten around about this new chain fr Texas here. It's new so the place was very clean and staff were very friendly and super efficient. Food was mostly Chinese and decently good quality for a Buffett but the stand out is the Mongolian grill which does take a while but they seem meticulous at cooking and staff clean the grill very well each time . My only gripe was the sushi selection was not good and the nigiri has a giant amount of rice which is always red flag for me. Would still come back and try the dinner sometime. The food / the service was great. Super clean and service is fast as well as so may selections your belly just won't have space to fit it all ! The price was very reasonable we went on a weekend so higher but it was all good. Highly recommend and grateful something gonna come into that space . read more
Food is just ok, selection is limited compared to the other buffet places I've been. I only like the fried zucchini, jalapeño with cream cheese and the steak. Our server is nice and always checking on us, it's probably because the place is not packed on a Saturday lunchtime. Place is new and clean. read more

Availability: Crab legs are more common during dinner hours. Some reports suggest they may be available on weekends.
How is the sushi?
The sushi is fresh - the chefs are there constantly making more. I only had a few pieces and they were good. I'd have to try more to have a definitive opinion. There are many delicious items to eat, I was on a sampling tour. Go try it out!
Do they serve tamago (egg sushi) at lunch and dinner?
The last time I was there, they did not.

Not really sure. Lots of vegetable dishes but not necessarily "vegan"
Do they have crabs or more seafood during dinner?
They have sushi, and soft shell crabs that have no good meat, no crab legs at all!! Tgey have baked salomon, octopus in some sauce, very chewy not good my husband said! They need to up their game and add crab legs for sure!
What are their busiest times on a weekend and weekday?
I would love to know that too as don't mind crowds but also don't want food that has been sitting forever.
