Don't know what's going on here. Use to be a great place. Ordered take out tonight and had to wait longer then they said. Then when brought order home half the order wasn't there and food was cold Guess you now have to open bag and check order before you leave. Not good. Lots of other places to go read more

We went in with high hopes.. and the service just wasn't there. It is nicely decorated, but that is where the niceness ended. There was a big table of about 8 and not much else in there, but still the service was lousy. The busboy came with 3 ice waters, and mom wanted water with no ice, and lemon, he came back with half the order, had to come back for the lemon because he forgot. If you hire staff, please have them understand English...Noone came over to us to take our orders, our waiter actually stumbled upon us and took our order anyway. Food took waaay too long, 3 omelettes, really? Being Greek and diner connoisseurs, we expected much more but were disappointed. Even with a coupon, we will not be back. There are many more fish in the sea. read more

Went today for lunch with some friends. Very accommodating and great customer service. Food was good.

It is absolutely mind-boggling to us that this place has received good reviews. They call themselves the best but not only are they not the best...they are not good and not even mediocre. This place is absolutely the worst diner (or even restaurant) we have ever been to. The matzoh ball soup was tasteless, the matzohballs had the consistencey of cotton and completely fell apart in the soup. The bean burger was not cooked through and the accompanying slice of tomato was old and soggy. The meat sandwich also old and tasteless. Each dish that the 4 of us ordered was inedible. The service was rude and neglectful. Not once did the waitress ask how we were, fill our water glasses, ask if we needed anything. We had to ask 3x for a missing dish. Someone walking around who may or may not have been a busboy was useless. Please avoid this place. There are a lot of better diners nearby. This is the WORST, THE WORST, THE WORST. One more thing: on the way home we all felt nauseous from what we had eaten read more

Been here twice now. Happy both times. Refreshing to know I don't have to make the drive to Brooklyn for vegan diner food. Staff was helpful and attentive. Vegan nachos are delicious. Chicken and waffles are definitely a favorite. Can't wait to try more!!! Also...happy to support a business that goes above and beyond to create a full vegan menu not just a dish or two. read more

Great....if you like hot wilted salad, slimy cole slaw and soggy fries! They put the fries on top of salad for delivery - GROSS! I called and the manager Anthony said "oh sorry" and "that's what we always do". He didn't seem concerned that they sent a cole slaw that looked like it was in the back of someone's fridge for a month! The chicken souvlaki had an odd tastes, as did the sauce. He said I could call back when the owners were in when I asked would they give me a refund or a partial credit. I don't have time for that. Lindencrest diner from now on!! read more

YUM ! I was in heaven with all the vegan options ! I got the buffalo "chicken" grilled cheese it was so good. I love that this place has options for everyone. Can't wait to come again. read more

This was my first time at this diner and was very happy. The staff was friendly and cracked some jokes. I ordered the Belgian waffle which was perfect, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside! My husband ordered the farmers omelet with home fries and had to bring half home. The pancake options sound outrageous..red velvet, peanut butter chocolate and bananas foster..can't wait to try them. read more

Awesome shakes! Burgers were really good. Place looked great. Have been there a few times and they are always solid with their food and portions. Will be back again. read more

I'm not a big diner guy but this place is something else. The setting of the place is just gorgeous and the food is really second to none when it comes to diners. The portions are giant, fairly priced and the waitstaff is always friendly. This place caters to anyone- normal eaters, vegans, keto people, low carb, even gluten free people. Very deserving of Best Diner on Long Island. Personal favorites- the mac burger, Honey Mustard Chicken Panini and the chicken caesar wrap. read more

This place is amazing! My sister ordered my family food through doordash but completely messed up my salad. I wanted a chicken Caesar salad, but my sister ordered me a chicken salad. I called and ask them to make me a chicken caesar salad and they said no problem. It was ready very timely and i offered to pay for my sisters mistake but they said it was okay! You guys are amazing! Thank you! read more

First time eating at this Diner since it opened. Took almost 45 minutes for my hamburger to come to the table. They forgot the bacon on the hamburger along with forgot to bring the syrup I requested for the sweet potato fries. I told the waiter when I saw him and then brought me bacon along with syrup. Waiter asked if I wanted my soda refilled and I said yes. He never brought back my glass until I saw him and reminded him about the refill of soda. I will not be returning. read more

I love the inside of this place and the food is awesome. From the second you walk in before even sitting down you can tell the place is well ran. The guy who sat me and my girlfriend was nice from the first step in the door, sat us down and immediately the server came to the table. First time in this place, looking around everyone looked so friendly and clean. I got a grilled chicken wrap and finally the chicken was cooked how I expected it to be, my girlfriend got a dinner and we had left overs for the day after. Will definitely be back to try some of the appetizers that looked amazing as other severs were bringing them out. read more

Went here once before the new updated vegan menu and absolutely loved it! I got the buff chik'n wrap and the vegan shake. My boyfriend had matzo ball soup and a Reuben (he's not vegan) and he loved it as well. They're doing something right but adding a huge variety of vegan options, Long Island needed this. I plan to make a stop in soon for the new menu! read more

Food was typical diner flare. Hashbrowns were dry. Omelet was just ok. Coffee bitter. The service was meh. We will not return.

Finally a diner in the area that can be just like the Massapequa Diner that is also owned by the same people. Beautiful, clean, top notch, and the food is AWESOME. I would highly recommend them you won't be disappointed. read more

Stopped here to by some time while waiting for my dog's grooming service. The diner has a big lot, plenty of seating inside, and is extremely clean. Their interior decor too is nice, as it makes the place stand out. I liked how they had the old juice boxes at the table, bringing back memories from days of old. The menu was kind of small for a diner, but what we did order tasted great. Service was only average, as I wish my waiter would have come back more to check in my drinks, food, or to see if I needed napkins. read more

Great NY diner with delicious food and awesome service! Milkshakes are to die for as well as desserts. Breakfast here is amazing as is lunch, dinner etc. Portions are large! Love this place! read more

Horrible experience.. went there and we waited 30 min after ordering that they didn't have what they needed to make the order. Ordered an appetizer and there was a bug in it. Received my entree and there was a hair. read more

So just went to this diner and it's horrible. Ordered Mozzarella sticks and a Arizona ice tea. The mozzarella sticks came out and they we're not cooked right. The cheese did not "pull" at all and when touch it felt like playdoh. Then came time to pay the bill. Now literally everywhere a bottle of Arizona ice tea is 99 cents or a dollar. Not here. They charge 3 dollars for a Arizona. Like what? When I asked why it was so much money the guy told me it's because the "syrup" they use is expensive. Yeah definitely don't go here read more

I have given this Diner so many chances but I can't stay silent anymore. There is clearly no quality control here. The staff taking to-go orders doesn't know the menu. One host had the audacity to tell me tacos are not a sandwich when I inquired about my fries that came with them even though they are listed in their specialty sandwich category. I always order French fries well done and they are always barely cooked. I ordered a black bean burger which is supposed to come with avocado and pepper Jack and it had neither. The patty was barely cooked and completely fell apart. I am so disappointed. The staff is friendly but clearly the kitchen is horrific and there is no one checking orders before leaving the building. read more

Very slow service.. we waited over 10 minutes for the waitress to come over, waited another 20 for out appetizers to come out and then another 20 for our entrees. The waitress never even came over to let us know how much longer the entrees will take. read more

I usually always have great experiences at diners but this one was the best!!! I had the pleasure of speaking with a staff member Taylor, she was very kind and made sure I had everything I needed!!! I will be coming back shortly! Thank you for the great service and food!! read more

I came here yesterday with my girlfriend and had to say it was a great experience. I ordered the Sriracha Chicken Wrap and she just got a cheeseburger. The wrap was amazing and our server Taylor was on top of her game. Always came back checking to see if we needed anything in a timely manner although the place was busy. Very satisfied with how our experience turned out. Definitely will be back!!!! read more

I came for dinner with my grandmother. The decor is beautiful. The food is great, with great prices. 10/10 would eat here again if I lived closer. read more

Headed to the diner to treat my 3 kids to dessert. Sat at the counter and waited for service. And waited. And waited. The two servers/manager/hosts couldn't be bothered to look up from their phones or stop chatting to take our order. Ended up having to walk out. Popped across the street and the nice girls at Uncle Louie Gs were more than happy to help us! read more

Honestly, the only reason I come here is because of the milkshakes (which are really good). Otherwise, the service is embarrassing. The waiters come to you three times during your meal if you're lucky. Once mine actually only came in the end to give me my check. The food is okay, but the service will probably be the reason I never go back. read more

Overpriced / very friendly staff however for delivery the chicken fingers where soggy and they give you 6 for 10 bucks and then the cheese fries where soggy :( so maybe it's just delivery but for 22 dollars they better be good chicken fingers ! read more

Decided to try this little diner when in the area last night....tired of Blaze & Red Robin and wanted a warm place to eat and get out of the snow. Very happy with the decision! Quick service (w/ a smile) and great food! The seafood bisque soup was fantastic! My son ordered a fixed price item that comes with a drink, soup & salad, the entree & dessert. Large portions and all very good! I ordered a roast beef sandwich, after asking if the roast beef was rare. Waitress said medium, I asked if it was red, she said yes...needless to say, the BEST roast beef I have ever had! Coleslaw was great too. My husband's order was for chicken salad, came out as chicken breast.....no big deal. They offered to change it, but he was just as happy with this version. Had a really sweet young girl as our waitress (turns out to be the cashier/hostess' daughter). We really do not have a lot of great diners to chose from up in Huntington, so glad we tried this little gem since we shop down here all the time! Keep up the good work......we'll be back! read more

I've ordered from this diner many times with usually good results. This time not so much. For starters the delivery guy banged on my door like an animal which is uncalled for. I requested back door delivery he went to the front door and said "oh well they never told me". As far as food my burger was way over cooked topped with undercooked bacon (ew). Boneless wings were pretty much chicken nuggets with sauce on them came with no celery or blue cheese as advertised. Overall they lost a monthly customer out of me. read more

Went here for the 1st time with my fiancé and brother for breakfast. The food was delicious, nice sized portions and the coffee was really good. I'll definitely be returning again to try for lunch and dinner. And of course, go back for breakfast! Now to add some "suggestions" so to say....Some of the breakfast meals that are listed include home fries and toast, some you have to purchase a la carte. Usually, you can pick both for an additonal charge or get one or the other. The breakfast menu was only 1 page all the way at the back of the menu while lunch, dinner and late night snacks ruled the menu. I hope they can add a lot more to it and get some more variety of breakfast foods, especially omlettes. read more

I only dined inside once prior to the pandemic but service was excellent from what I remember. It's a pretty typical diner but their vegan menu is the hot ticket! We ordered food from here a number of times over the past couple months and my only 2 issues were that 1- they did not list avocado(or guacamole )as an ingredient online in their nachos and my husband has an allergy and couldn't eat them because of it. Maybe it was Uber eats' fault - I'm not sure who puts the menus and ingredients online in all honesty... but also there was another time one of our orders was a spin dip burger that they literally left out the spinach dip. So 2 out of 4 orders didn't go well. I was torn between a 3 or 4 star rating and the only reason I gave a 4 is because it is so tough to find a vegan menu with as many options as theirs. But not as keen to order delivery any more from this place due to the mistakes. I will definitely try dining at the establishment again when things calm down post covid! read more

This is by far my favorite diner in town. Anything you get on the menu is delicious, and want to make you come back again for more. I am a fan favorite of either the siracha chicken panini, or the bacon mac burger, with a Fireman's Park shake, although I sometimes order a chicken quesadilla. The delivery drivers are respectful and the orders come at a reasonable time, and the waiters are hardworking aswell. read more

They have delicious food, a wonderful staff, and great prices! I highly recommend this diner. The dinners specials are amazing including mouthwatering desserts. This is our favorite weekend eatery! read more

My favorite diner ever- I used to come here as a teenager, but the new owners have made this place 10 times more amazing!! Beautiful, colorful, unique atmosphere. DELICIOUS, gourmet, homemade food. Some of my favorites are the spinach pie, split pea soup, the Sriracha aioli wrap. And excellent service!! Every person there is so friendly and smiley. Love it here. read more

My family and I have been going to the LIndenhurst Diner since it opened. They have been consistent with their service, the food quality and the cleanliness of the diner. That doesn't always happen in every restaurant. The waitstaff is great, and the last time I went there the waitress said she loved to work there. That's important because if they're happy, then your experience is always great. The owners are really nice too. I know when I go there I will always have a delicious meal with great service. So I highly recommend it, hence the five stars. read more

Out of the 4 diners in Lindenhurst-this is truly the one with fresh delicious coffee. And the waitress was extremely attentive. Plus free WiFi. This is the only diner in town that will get my business going forward. Very clean also.... read more

Love the creative menu. Food was great. Our waiter, John K had excellent customer service skills. I will definitely return here!

Food and specials are great. So is the service. Rumor is that it is operated by the same owners as the Massapequa Diner. If so, this place is much better. read more

Bought groupon for my sons birthday dinner 2/03/2017. Lets see where should I begin? Area where we were waiting to be seated very small and crowded right near front doors. Every time someone walked in we would freeze. UgHHH! Finally seated after short wait. We were sat in booth. Heat vent above all booths blasting us with hot air, none of us could breath from it, switched us to different booth in back assuring us it was cooler, and it was until the heat kicked back on and it was very unpleasant. It took a long time for waitress to take our order. Soup was good but waitress dripped soup all over table and some fell on my sons jeans. Brought my husband's meal with his salad at same time, so his hot meal sat on the table for awhile. That was not the worst of it, food was not very good and portions were small. I paid 15 dollars for greek salad with chicken and the chicken was so dry i kept choking on it. My husband had a 20 dollar shrimp meal and he was not full. I hope this review helps I will finish groupons already bought. I will never return to this diner. There are so many better choices to eat at. I like Red Robins salads and Panera. Dont waste your money hear, no better then other diner that did so bad. Grand opening of more the same. read more
