SAH felt dusty, hot and dark inside. Waited at the front counter for a bit til an employee greeted me. Nice and knowledgeable but SAH did not have the key blank either. Ended up at A-Abbott Locksmith in Orange who was able to cut me a new key.

I stopped in to have a key cut for my SUV using key blanks I had already purchased online, only to be told they wouldn't cut them because they weren't purchased from their store. At no point over the years was I ever told this was their policy. After years of supporting this business, they refused to perform a simple key-cutting service. Customer loyalty should count for something. Very disappointing experience. We'll be taking our business elsewhere.

LEVOLOR found our original purchase order and replaced our blinds. LAKEESHA, our representative at Lowe's Tustin, then SUMMER, the manager and JEREMIAH Bischof, the Lowe's installer did a fabulous job making sure our product arrived safely and completely, then coordinated the installation on a date that was perfect for us.
