Hands down the deepest most intense deep tissue massage I have ever had. She had an amazing ability to apply continuous pressure to skirt the edge of discomfort without going over the line for longer than a second or two. I have learned to appreciate the massage method AD uses and Shaylyn has it down! I have had similar massages from Piper as well on multiple occasions - now I have two to choose from! I also learned the music they play is called "low fi" and it is a great part of the overall sensory experience along with the scents they put in the air. Once I stop traveling to Austin for work in a few months I will miss this place.

After ten minutes of some back walking and so-called "massage" they started pressuring me to pay for more than a massage. I told them that I only wanted a massage. She was not happy and told me to wait for another person to come in--this was after they'd already switched people a couple times--in addition to my already having to wait in a room before they started. I was so disgusted and angry I just got up and left after ten minutes. It was a total waste of fifty dollars. Bottom line. Stay away from here if you want a massage. Two phone calls, which she happily took, and five visits to the front door as other people arrived. Obviously very understaffed. Also, this place should've spent a little bit of money on soundproofing. I could hear all sorts of jibber, jabber conversations, which was very offputting. My massage started at 11:15 and even though I paid for an hour, with five interruptions plus the two phone calls. I was out the door by 12:35. That's not an hour. Save your money, find a better place. I know I'm going to.
