I have to frustratingly try over days to get a massage accepted. I hardly get my preferred therapists anymore because of app defects( even though i confirm the timing with my therapists, prior). I have a premium membership.. with points over points accumulated because I cannot use those when I have the time. my massage therapist was Stacy who was phenomenal! She came in 15 minutes early and brought with her a table, sheets, a heating pad, essential oils, and music. It was my first ever massage so I told her that I didn't quite know what to expect and she walked me through it. the night before, i had mad anxiety about what to do when the massage therapist comes-- "should i just be undressed?" and made my boyfriend call the Soothe hotline to double check. haha.
