I stopped using them for about 6 months because I had plenty of supplies, but on March 7th I contacted them to restart service with one very clear condition: I needed supplies delivered by Friday, 5/22, because I'm leaving the country the following week for 3 weeks. Despite confirming the urgency, UPS tracking now shows the package will arrive 2 days after I leave. At this point, maybe one of the neighbor kids will steal the package thinking it's something fun or valuable -- surprise. I will absolutely be discontinuing service with Performance Home Medical for multiple reasons, including the fact that every single person I've talked to -- from intake to managers -- has been completely incompetent and incapable of handling even simple customer requests. I've spent hours on hold waiting for answers, and I've been lied to by both representatives and managers and the call back system they have doesn't work at all. NEVER AGAIN!

I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately I've been extremely disappointed. One of my meds they told me they do not have in stock and will not be ordering it. When I asked why not or if they'd ever order it they said not many of their patients request it. Other times when I've asked about it they said there is often a shortage because it's being over-prescribed which seems like the opposite issue then no one needing it. Still they never offered to carry it so I had to go to a separate pharmacy just for that med. My other meds became more expensive at Edmonds Pharmacy than the other pharmacies so I ended up transitioning them elsewhere. There is never a notification of meds being ready via text/phone or any other method so sometimes I'd go and they'd not have gotten the order or they had something waiting for me for a long time that I didnt know they filled. Today was the last straw though, I tested positive for Covid after having severe symptoms and wanted to get the prescription for Paxlovid filled nearby but when the provider contacted Edmonds Pharmacy they were told that they don't carry Paxlovid. My provider called me shocked and told me it was unbelievable they dont carry this of all things. Please think about the community you're serving and re-evaluate the decision to carry meds your customers are requesting.

I…read morewaited from March 2026 till September 2026 for a basic wheelchair with a power assist from Norco. The power assist is on back order. Finally got called to pick up just the wheelchair with out the power assist and sadly the wheelchair was the wrong color, had lots of unwanted add ons and it was damaged and dented in transit to Norco. A new $16,000 wheelchair! I left that wheelchair and headache of a company behind and called the folks at MSHH Donor Closet. They actually answered the phone and answered my questions. The next weekend I went to visit them. I didn't expect to actually find what I needed. I was warmly greeted immediately. Three different volunteers offered to help me. In 15 minutes flat I had a suitable manual wheelchair in a nice brand for only $85.00. A great volunteer who is a physical therapist named Scott even fitted me and adjusted the brakes on my second hand but new to me wheelchair. I took my new wheels and with my husband acting as my power assist I went to the farmers market in Edmonds and to a Mall. Something I could not do all in the same day if I was walking. I have to start the process of getting a wheelchair with a power assist over with a different durable medical equipment supplier but at least now I have a wheelchair to tide me over. I have L&I which at times does go at a slow pace themselves on dishing out these approvals. Having only one tech knowing how to do a particular job doesn't make any sense when you offer your services throughout several counties. A repair shop that deals with L&I and other types of insurance should have people doing daily check ups on the approvals. I call my claim manager exchange pleasantries keep things on an even keel and find out the approval NU Motion had been waiting on took place several weeks prior to my call that I had just made prior to calling L&I. I hang up recall NU Motion get a voice mail leave a pleasant reply informing such. I get a return call stating they just ordered the items I needed. I'm a bit disappointed in the way this panned out, as it's been over a month and I still have no idea when these parts will be in. "We'll give you a call when they get in." Then what? I've been dealing with this type of stuff for over 30 years. I've seen people who are go getter's and get these approvals in a timely manner and I've seen those who totally forget what is what. I guess, I'm asking too much for better service as things we need fixing help us lead more close a "normal life" than for those who are able bodied, and haven't a clue.

I recently switched because of issues with getting a new chair based on medical reasons. From what their manager told me the two individuals working on my paperwork never started the work. Although they had me personally contact my Pt and Dr. to get the paperwork thet asked for. My doctor was so pissed about this last time I had a visit we spoke about this issue for five to ten minutes instead of the appointment I was there for. The corporation that owns this branch needs to look into them and find out why they have employees talking to clients on a recorded line about their personal problems instead of working on the paperwork or why they are calling them about the same conversations on two separate months. It was Janice that I felt with and her manager Andrea. Andrea said she would be taking over and would call with updates on Thursdays, missed calling me on a Thursday only to email me at the end of day. Then proceeded to avoid my calls twice before I canceled the order only to have Medicade call me a day later to make sure I canceled the order. Again I have never dealt with such incompetent individuals and someone should take this seriously.
