They've fumbled to many times. All the large chain pharmacies have gone down the tube! I've gone through 3 in the last 2 years, and unfortunately probably need to find another pharmacy. Not allowing customers to use the bathroom even minutes after 6pm even though you waited unnecessarily long for checkout is absolutely wild

Thank you for the friendly conversation to the clerk on Saturday around 4... maybe. I found the jugs of water quickly and multiple sizes and brands. I came here after not finding any at Safeway. I swear Safeway rarely has water lately. Looks like a found a reliable source. This location is very convenient to my home as well. I have to say that the pharmacy is a separate situation that needs help. I might be switching out if my insurance is good at CVS. But I will still shop Walgreens for life. They have selective items that my whole family likes. The sales can be amazing at times. $1.99 for Tide pods (13 tablets) same price for scent beads, fabric softeners and static sheets. This was my first visit to Walgreens in over 5 years. The last time I was there, you did a bait and switch sales that stopped me from going. But that is not the basis of this visit. On this day I stopped in to pick up some chips hoping to be in and out. I went to the check out and no one was there. I waited 3 minutes. 2 registers and No one was there to ring people up. I could have walked out the door with my product without paying. I thought theft was a big issue in retail these days? A cashier who was helping another customer finally walked up with the customer to check her out. I got in line behind her. The customer who she was helping said that she doesn't like to come into this Walgreens because there is a guy who works there who made a pass at her last time she was in. The cashier knew who she was talking about and also said that she didn't even feel comfortable working with the guy. The customer said they talked to the manager about it previously and even filled out a survey but nothing was done. The cashier said that nothing would be done with the surveys and to write corporate! Really? Then why are we filling out these surveys to begin with? This took about 10 minutes and the cashier did not call another person up to help. I don't blame the cashier. I blame Walgreens corporate. When the cashier did help me she was nice and even apologized for the delay. Because of the rape culture Walgreens seem to hire and because I like to shop and feel safe and because I also like to not wait, I will again continue to not shop at Walgreens. read more

I would not recommend this Walgreens to anyone honestly. If you want to go somewhere you are threatened, they keep ur id and money over a return. This place is absolutely horrible. My sick mother went here get medicine for her kidney failure she was treated like dirt. A manger there that how by Cam threaten my mom , tried keep her id and money. Her and coworker autumn also stood there call her dumb , slow and saying she can't do math. My mother also has lupus she it's hard to her remember some things , however she was just trying get her items that were on sale & her medication for her kidney failure. One of the worst pharmacies I've ever had the unfortunate experience to attempt to use. They claim to not get medications, prescriptions aren't refilled when called in through their phone system even when the system says it should be ready. The staff is less than courteous to the point of being rude. They can't even supply the correct form to move prescriptions to another pharmacy. These guys are awful at best. read more

This is by far the worst Walgreens I have ever dealt with. In particular, the snarky, rude, condescending, smart ass phone manners of the pharmacy staff, particularly the young male it was my misfortune to communicate with at approximately 7:30 PM the evening of February 13, 2024, was totally unacceptable. The location is relatively easy to get in and out of. But the parking lot was almost full, but inside the actual store was nearly empty. The outside was filthy dirty, complete with unsavory people standing around outside smoking. Inside is laid out weird but if you're willing to wonder around a bit, you'll find what you need. Most of the stuff is pretty cheaply made so don't expect to find anything awesome here. The one staff person I encountered was friendly and helpful. In all, only come here if you need to. read more

Typical Walgreen's layout and sketchy neighborhood feel, so you know you're in the right place. I got passport photos in like 10 minutes which was great. People that go here are sketchy, never know what you'll see. Theres nothing you really need at Walgreens in general, most of the stuff is cheap dollar store type stuff marked up, you'll regret buying. The parking lot is really weird, its always full and they aren't all in the store... I remember there is typically one main guy that works the register, he is cool and makes the experience way better, otherwise it would just be another ghetto store in the area. It took 45 minutes to drop off a prescription, there were 5 people in front of me. They should have an easy way to drop off, not being forced to wait for everyone in front of you arguing about why they can't get refills on pain killers etc. Couldn't believe some of the stuff i heard waiting in line, and the creeper hovering over my shoulder awkwardly. I had to wait a ridiculous amount of time, considering I spent less than 30 seconds to drop off, and for the worker to tell me to come back in 2 hours. Couldn't help but be upset for coming here. Check out the poster sign they'll take you behind to get a flu shot, but don't go behind it- bums haven't found this location-yet. For as many people that use the Rx, there needs to be more people working, because they were working as fast as they could, and it was tedious. 1 Blond girl was breaking a sweat actually working, can't imagine what they do when someone needs a break or eat lunch lol. Didn't see a pharmacist, so hopefully they were working in the back, but I didn't ask. When I came back to pick up , and waited in a long line again, it wasn't ready. Drive through doesn't work, if theres no one to staff it, and it just is taking away from the person already working the counter. This really isn't that complicated of a service, its sad to see Mcdonalds do the same type of service model better. Can you believe Walgreens is a Fortune 500 company. read more

They really know how to make someone who hadn't done anything wrong feel like shit. I came in to return a teething guard that winded up snapping in the process of shaping it. I had a FULL PRINTED RECEIPT with the card use to purchase it. When my boyfriend told the associate that it snapped, she replied with a snippy "oh" and proceed to scan my receipt. The associate (her name started with an S and she looked like she was European) proceeded to ask me to put my phone number into the pinpad and did not tell me WHY she needed it, then goes, "Oh you don't have a wellness card?" I told her no then she proceeded to ask me for my address as well as my phone number AGAIN. At this point, I'm already peeved because I have a FULL PRINTED RECEIPT and I'm being treated like I had stole something! The associate then gave me cash back (I had used a debit) instead of crediting my card. Coming from a person who works in a Retail/Customer Service area, you ask for that type of information when the client does NOT provide a receipt. If you want to return something with a receipt and you don't have a wellness card, prepare to be interrogated. Shame on you, Walgreens! I will never purchase from a company with a poor return policy. read more

If you want to be verbally harassed on the phone while dealing with stressful insurance problems be sure to go here! On hold while dealing with an insurance issue at the pharmacy when an employee from a different department picked up the phone, insisted that I WASN'T trying to talk to the pharmacy I was trying to pick up my cards and refused to believe that MAYBE just MAYBE she was the one who made a mistake?? After I finally convinced her that she worked in a drugstore with a pharmacy so its not absolutely unthinkable that maybe I was talking to the pharmacy she just said "oh" and put me back on hold without apologizing for being a rude idiot. The pharmacy has a bad history of straight up lying to me. I take a medication that happens to be injected. I typically don't fill at this Walgreens location, but I do however fill at one very nearby. They have all of the same information about me and my medications that the other pharmacy has. Yet one day, I'm out of needles and stop by to pick some up. The pharmacist refused to sell me the supplies I needed to safely administer my medication. That is wrong on so many levels. First of all, they had verifiable proof that I need needles and syringes to take my medication. But even beyond that, absolutely anybody is supposed to be able to access clean needles at any pharmacy regardless of what they're going to use it for. That's not their decision to make. Even if I were a drug addict, access to clean needles is a public health concern. I was also told recently that the medication I need could not be dispensed to me for legal reasons. It's considered a controlled substance and, according to them, by some law that doesn't exist, they couldn't dispense the size of vial my doctor ordered. A quick call to another Walgreens nearby revealed that to be a flat out lie. They not only filled it, but happily answered my questions and even told me they would request prior authorization from my insurance company to cover it. Apparently this particular Walgreens is run by liars. read more

I ordered two at home Covid tests for same day delivery. The fact that it was not delivered within the timeframe I was given should have told me something. However, the next day, I got an email saying my order was out for delivery and another telling me that it had been delivered. It never came. Worst experience from this Walgreens, the lady with no eyebrows was down straight rude, stood at the register for 3 minutes before she came over didn't greet me in fact didn't say a single word to me. She threw my items in a bag walked away while I paid came back gave me my recipe still not saying a single word. I went in about 9 pm an hour before they closed a young lady came in asking to use the bathroom and her response was "no it's closed" who closes the bathroom an hour before the store? My experience today was totally uncalled for. 42 years old waiting for a prescription that was said to be ready in another 30 min. I wasted as much time as possible and came back 20 min later only to be told to wait an hour. I asked if that could be sped up since I was already here and was told otherwise. Then, was told that I was unable to wait in the drive through, which I've done in the past when no other cars were waiting, and came inside. Then I was told that I couldn't stand in the line that I was standing in (the one with the payment machine) and again. Nobody else in sight. So I moved to the other side of the rope and asked if there was anything else he'd like me to do. He then said that he'd transfer my prescription. I didn't care if I picked it up here or somewhere else. Only then he said he wasn't going to fill it and I asked then to have it transferred. He then stated it was unable to be transferred. Great place if you like to sit and be ignored for 15 minutes and then greeted by rude staff. I have been going to this pharmacy for years but the last couple months it has gone downhill so quick that I am transferring my prescriptions elsewhere. The last several times I have come to this pharmacy both walk in and driving it has taken me no less than 20 minutes to be helped when no one was in front of me. I used to fill my prescription(one) at this Walgreens because I lived right down the street and it was close and I only had one so it wasn't a big deal. Putting that into consideration, I knew the pharmacy service was not up to par. But to put it into perspective, the staff in that pharmacy is over worked and understaffed. You can tell in their faces, they would rather be anywhere else. Having one person run the the drive through, the phone calls ,and the counter is ridiculous. The pharmacist in the back is working too, but you need at least 2 techs running the front with that kind of traffic on a daily basis. No wonder there are mistakes and upset customers or that it takes at least 2 hours to refill anything. You have to imagine the paperwork is also rolling in with orders and requests. One time I was standing in line waiting and the woman in front of me was so rude to the tech over an issue that was clearly the fault of the medical office, there was literally nothing she could do at that point in time. I almost wanted to step in and defend her because this woman was completely out of line. It doesn't matter how long you have been on a medication, you don't treat people so poorly. Yes she is there to service you, and hundreds of others with the same problems! I get my prescriptions at Target now (I have two of them now!) simply because it is closer to where I live now in Lynnwood, and it never seems as busy as Walgreens, that might be in part because I never see less than 3 people no matter how slow they are, and because of this, they are always in a decent mood! Just reviewing the pharmacy side of this location, sometimes you really have to give these people a break, the service stinks, go somewhere else if you need to, but don't take it out on the staff, or lack there of. read more

I've been pondering why they won't do anything. I did get the date wrong when I first talked to the tech was INCORRECT and so was I but I called shortly after the script was dropped off the day I got it. Since I didn't drop it off I called to see if there would be a problem due tot he way it was written and was told that if there was a problem the pharmacist would call the doctor, standard you know what. Then I called back immediately asked to speak to the pharmacist and given run around. She even told me that the pharmacist hadn't gotten to them yet which I knew because they always take a long time. Petty feud with a pharmacy and untrained or reliable staff as well as herself as a manager. I'm not calling back. I have enough rudeness in my life to let her give me inadequate service! read more

Do not come here to get a passport photo taken! My passport application has been DELAYED because my photo was not satisfactory! I specifically ordered a passport photo from Walgreens, not some random photograph. They took the photo themselves and printed it. And it was rejected. Walgreens pharmacy at this location (11216 4th Ave W, Everett WA 98204) is the worst. My mother travels to see me in WA a lot and requires quite a bit of prescription medicine. With Walgreens being in a lot of states, they advertising that you can get prescriptions from anywhere easily - well that is totally false. My mom travels to Texas and Washington and she always has issues with her prescription due to no fault of her own. One of her medicine requires she take 18 pills a day and because of this, she requires (2) bottles of pills. She calls in her prescription, because she has a window of time to call or else the pharmacy will need to call her doctor. So she gives the pharmacy a heads up for them to order - which is what the pharmacist tells us to do. She gives them few days more than they say (cause they always say it will be ready the next day) before she picks up the prescription. They always give her only one bottle (which is not enough) and we always have to say, the amount of pills that is required (which is on the prescription when she calls it in). They then tell us to come back tomorrow and they will have the rest. We ask to take the one bottle that is available and they say that can't because they can't provide partial prescriptions. The pharmacist (with the degree and all) tells us they will have it all the next day. We come back the next day and what do you know???...they don't have the 2nd bottle. They say that we should have called - we told them we did and we told them what the previous pharmacist said the day before. They ask us who this was as if they don't know what other pharmacist works there. There are no notes on my mom's account. I ask them why they would not have the entire prescription if we called in ahead of time, the pharmacist says 'well there may be other people with this prescription so they may get it first'. So even though we called it in and they are supposed to be filling it for her and saving it until we get there, there is not guarantee that it will be filled. This same issue happens every time and then they say that their prescription system may not be the same as another state..what!!! I ask them specifically what should we do to ensure this doesn't happen next time and that my mom will not go for days without her medicine. The pharmacist says 'Call us the day before or even a few days before'.. I told her ' I did call a few days before'. Then she says..'well sometimes we don't have enough but we can get it the next day'.. I told her 'that's why we call so we can ensure you have the amount and we don't need to waste our time coming to the store until you have all the medicine. Then she says 'well sometimes other people have this medicine and they take it' and i say 'so it doesn't matter that we call to ahead of time to make sure you can fill the prescription?' .. So disappointed in this store. It usually takes 5 trips to the pharmacy before we can get the full prescription. They obviously don't care that people don't get their medicine as it seems like a first come first serve. And they don't care to know their other pharmacist or assistant that works there in other shifts so as to tie-in any issues. Not once in the entire conversation do they apologize and ensure that they do what they can to make sure it doesn't happen again - to even acknowledge that they did not follow up on their word. We will be going to a different pharmacy after this event. read more

This pharmacy is completely disorganized. Two separate occasions I have been notified my prescriptions are ready when they are not. I tried to call about what keeps happening and was told the fault had to be on my end before they blamed the automated system and my insurance company. Twice now we have waited for over an hour to get prescriptions. That are always slow and never have long lines either. I would give 0 stars if I could but I can't. And just to clarify these are occasions when we were just picking up prescriptions that were already filled. All that takes is picking it up from the tray and ringing it up. read more

I have had one good experience with this pharmacy among many many times it has been awful. This is for the pharmacy specific. They have no idea what customer service is. It takes forever for them to even acknowledge you. I have had many just walk right by me several times before saying so much as "ill be right with you. Every time I go through the drive through they ignore me and will have customers walk up inside that they help before even saying anything. Walgreens should really require them to take some kind of customer service class. I have finally decided to switch pharmacies after giving this Walgreens many chances to do better. read more

This review is solely based on my experience with the Pharmacy. This is by far one of the worst Walgreens Pharmacy I have ever been to, save your energy and go somewhere else. The representatives are not helpful nor customer friendly. I have on many occasions filled a prescription over the phone or through texting, when I'm notified they're available for pick up - I'll drive there. Once I arrive someone who is visibly annoyed that you've interrupted them will come over to "help" you. They will blame any system they can - 'oh the phone system isn't always accurate, use the texting system instead' or vise versa. It got to the point that prior to driving there I would call to confirm the prescriptions were actually available for pick up. Go figure that now speaking with a representative is no longer accurate either, when I arrived to pick up the prescriptions I was told they're not available for pick up until the next day. Ashlee, one of the many visibly annoyed representatives I've dealt with did not listen, spoke over me, and explained that they were busy and could not help. I believe in giving the benefit of the doubt, but after almost 2 years of similar experiences - I'm done. I will never go to this Walgreens for anything, nor will I go to any other Walgreens based on these experiences. read more
