This review is in regards to the Eye Care clinic and glasses counter. We had an excellent experience today when my six year old son needed his first real eye exam and subsequently, glasses. We were initially helped by Austin, who was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. Once at the clinic, we saw Dr. Thompson, who was everything you'd hope for in a clinician who was evaluating your small child. She was calm, kind, patient, and knowledgeable, explaining everything, and answering my questions. Once at the glasses counter, we were helped by Keri, who was just the nicest person to work with. She helped us find two great pairs, and measured my son to make sure he got the perfect fit. She was so helpful, even checking my coverage with our insurance first. We really appreciated her guidance and assistance. We will definitely be returning to Costco when we need vision care again!

Our car needed new tires. Ugh. There are so many other things I would like to buy than tires. Of course I did some shopping around to compare tire prices. Costco prices were $20 cheaper than Les Schwab with the promotional coupon going. We chose Costco for several reasons: Pricing and cash back rewards on our Costco Visa Product quality Lifetime tire maintenance Excellent warranty Nitrogen filled tires We purchased four Bridgestone 19" Turanza Quiet Track tires for $1178. This price included the tires, install, disposal and service. Tires need to be paid for at time of ordering. It took one day to get our tires in. We received a phone call once our tires had arrived. Once the tires were in stock we were able to schedule an install appointment. Install took one hour. There are a few dedicated tire center parking spots near the tire center to park in. Once parked you need to check-in at the tire center. We received a phone call once our install was complete. We picked up our keys at the tire center. Our car was parked behind the tire building ready to go. Thank you Costco for providing top quality products and outstanding customer care.

Love this Costco. Smaller one compare to the other Costcos near by. But you will find almost everything you need from here. Staffs are awesome. My go to place for Gasoline as well. Food court is a little slow but great service all the time!

Good spot to stop by when traveling and get gas, use the restroom, pick up some snacks for the trip. That membership works everywhere.

A couple of ladies from eye service department have the worst customer service. They need to be trained to smile and not be rude.

I love Costco. What makes my experience not so good are the entitled, rude and Karen-chad employees at the self check out. Do better.

As I approached the self-checkout area with only five items, I noticed an associate glance at my cart, change direction, and then proceed to follow me closely to the register. When I turned to ask why, the associate replied that he could help me scan my items--while continuing to focus on the two boxes of sneakers in my cart. I explained that I was fully capable of scanning my own purchases. The way this interaction unfolded felt intrusive and gave me the impression that I was being scrutinized, rather than assisted. It left me questioning whether I was being unfairly targeted as a paying member. I came simply to make a purchase, not to feel policed. I later spoke with a manager, Dominick, who was professional and empathetic. He explained that Costco has been encouraging associates to assist more at self-checkout. While I understand and respect that initiative--particularly for heavy or bulky items--the manner in which this situation occurred came across as forced, aggressive, and unnecessary. I value Costco and have always appreciated the high standards of service and integrity your company is known for. My hope is that this feedback will be used constructively so that assistance at checkout continues to feel helpful and welcoming, rather than suspicious or invasive.

So, I decided to head to the Everett Mall (I was meeting up with some friends in Everett to game that night), because someone told me about Wishes. I was concerned that it would be a toy store with a few games in the back. No way! This place is Boardgame heavy. In fact, I saw titles and expansions I wouldn't expect to see in any Boardgame store. Dice? Not much of a selection. At all. I wanted a block of 36 D6s from Chessex. They might have had a handful of Chessex polyhedral sets. I was disappointed. But I decided to walk through the boardgane section. Again, Wow! Lots of depth of titles. I think I saw Twilight Imperium from a row away, and I thought, 'Would they have any Cthulhu Wars expansions? Nah, not in a mall, right?' OMG. I was so wrong. I found a shelf practically dedicated to Cthulhu Wars and Dark Souls! I highly recommend Wishes in the Everett Mall! The two employees I met (Zack and John?) were both friendly and helpful. I ended up buying a Cthulhu Wars expansion - The Sleeper. I still can't believe they had it in stock.

Pre-Covid pricing?! Inflation, what inflation? I love you WinCo!…read more This store has the exact layout and signage of older Cub Foods stores in Minnesota and other Midwest states. I worked at Cub for about 10 years in the 90s so I almost fainted when I walked in a few weeks ago. It is an exact replica. I've been in the area for 3 years and have been so disappointed in the grocery stores here. Prices elsewhere (I'm especially looking at you Safeway ) are convenience store levels of ridiculousness. And product selection is usually dire at conventional stores unless it's Walmart (ugh) or Fred Meyer. I get it, conventional grocery stores are pricier because of "service". But let's be honest here. Mainstream grocery stores now offer less than zero service. Shoppers are generally treated like an inconvenience. "Hey Safeway clerk, your 2% milk is empty at 5pm. Can you please bring some out? No? What do you mean you don't have anyone to restock?" Hmm, only self-checkout open? Let me ALSO do your employee's job. Do I get a self-checkout discount? Previous to my recent discovery of WinCo, I bought staples at Costco and only shopped the BOGOs or loss-leaders at QFC/FredMeyer and Safeway with an occasional emergency visit for a needed item or two. But I think I could do 99% of my shopping at WinCo, get everything I need and still save a significant amount of money. Does anyone know of the connection between WinCo and Midwest-based Cub Foods? The similarities are not coincidental because the signage and layout are identical and unique.

While I was entering my cash, an employee named Tara came up, leaned over, and in an accusatory tone asked if I had entered the water, scrutinizing my screen closely and even putting on her glasses to "inspect" it. When I told her I had and asked if she could check her own screen, Tara became offended and escalated the situation, yelling in front of other customers, "You don't have to be rude, I am just doing my job. I can call a manager." This public humiliation was completely unnecessary. After completing the transaction, I spoke to the store manager on duty, only to be met with a generic "I will talk to her," with no meaningful resolution. This incident raises serious concerns about Winco's self checkout procedures. Customers are already forced to perform cashier duties due to understaffing, and now we are subjected to suspicion and harassment for simply doing their job. Checking for unscanned items is part of an employee's job, yet Tara chose to publicly accuse and yell at a paying customer instead. Winco, this behavior is unacceptable. Self checkout should not come with humiliation, intimidation, or yelling from employees. Your staff needs proper training to treat customers with respect while doing their jobs
