Update: customer service got back to me right away and said they must've sent the wrong one accidentally. They are sending out another arrangement to make it right. Im satisfied with that. I appreciate their efforts to make it right. I ordered flowers for a family member after a death. I ordered the premium upgrade. I got photo of the delivered flowers and it doesn't look like the premium upgrade was applied to the arrangement but it was still charged. I wouldnt order the upgrade again based on that. read more

I'm not from the area, but I've ordered from them multiple times now. The arrangements for my friends have looked great. They were one of the more affordable florists around there, in my opinion. A few different occasions and the flowers have been fresh and pretty. The designer choice is usually my favorite to choose, since they pick what looks nice. I wish the delivery fee wasn't so high, but understand with gas prices and travel times. read more

I am so tired of ordering flowers online from services that are not necessarily local. Here it was three days from Mother's Day and I needed some flowers for Mom. I moved to the peninsula a few years ago but have driven by Stadium Flowers so many times in the past and they have been in business for years. I went to their website and they were having a sale on hanging baskets and were upfront that it would not be in full bloom when delivered. I saved a little by having the basket delivered on Saturday instead of Sunday and Mom really liked her basket! I was pleased they had live plants since mom is allergic to some flowers that are usually included in Spring bouquets. The basket was enormous, too big for mom's wimpy hook. The roses must be extremely pricey at market price right now because my 2 dozen red roses bouquet was overpriced for what I received. Some dull, dry roses with zero decoration and one layer of parchment paper not even covering the entire bouquet nearly $90 not including delivery. I was hoping the parchment paper (if done right) would give it a rustic vibe but no, I had to embellish the bouquet myself. If you have any sense of creativity, I recommend making up your own bouquet, may turn out cheaper or at least the same to get your exact taste. read more

Omg don't call anyone else, this companies service is out of this world. Excellent! On top of that the azalea plant I ordered was tremendous. Beautiful with lots of buds that are still gonna open up. This is the only place I could find that had a plant that somebody could put into the ground. It was huge 12 x 15. Delivery fee was worth. Every penny, my friend wasn't supposed to leave the hospital and all of a sudden got released. They got it to her before she left. They went the extra mile to make sure it happened. My sister lives in eastern Washington and had ordered and had delivered a flower arrangement with a glass bird for the centerpiece for our Mothers 81st birthday (July 6th). She has ordered from Stadium flowers before and we've always had good luck. This time the flowers that were once beautiful within two days started dying and within a week we're almost all completely dead. It was taken care of like any other flower arrangement. Also, on the beautiful glass bird, there was a crack right on the tail. So I decided I was going to call the number listed on the note for the Everett stadium flowers. The lady I spoke with needs a refresher on customer service. She immediately started said it must had been something from we've done to make it happen! There was no apology, no trying to make it right. I had to push the issue until she said, ok well the only thing we can do is if you bring in the arrangement tomorrow (she didn't even ask if that's something that would work for my schedule) and I will send the girls at that shop a message to swap out "some" of the flowers! And to replace the bird. Than she quickly ended the call before I could even say anything further. I still wanted her to know that I had taken pictures of the flowers when my mom received them and two days later when they started dying and then a week later when they were all dead. And furthermore, since this was nothing of my doing why should I have to use my gas and my time to drive to Everett just for their screwup to make it right?? in my opinion they should look up the order, completely redo it and deliver it here and collect the one that they wanted me to bring...doesn't that sound like the right thing to do???!!!!! I'm not sure what has happened to customer service these days? What happened to the motto: The customer is always right??? Especially nowadays when word-of-mouth travels fast through social media hence why I am leaving a yelp review. I sure don't want somebody to go through all this. I am sure my sister paid a hefty amount of money for that arrangement not to have it completely be dead in a week! read more
